Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the what, why, and how of decision making in educational leadership based on religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. From this study it was concluded that decision making in educational leadership is the optimal effort of educational leaders to make permanent and appropriate decisions which are: (1) based on religion means based on God's teachings that require justice, by not favoritism, without hatred, not following the winds. lust, do not twist the facts, and dare to testify; (2) based on philosophy means based on knowledge and inquiry with reason that respects the existence of free and responsible human beings, by democratic way (non-directive, accommodative, and participatory); (3) based on psychology means based on psychology that emphasizes the basic drives (hormic) of human behavior, through instinctive approaches (perceptual, emotional, and motoric) and personality (disposition, temperament, and character methods); and (4) based on sociology means based on social science that pays attention to networks of social actors, by way of visual identification of networks and centralization of intermediaries

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze what, why, and how the development of an entrepreneurial spirit in leadership based on religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. In this study it was found that the development of an entrepreneurial spirit in educational leadership is the maximum effort of educational leaders to develop entrepreneurial talent for educational stakeholders which by: (1) based on religion means being guided by God's teachings which command humans to have noble entrepreneurial spirits, by scattering on earth, seeking sustenance. lawful, and remembering Allah; (2) based on philosophy means being guided by knowledge and inquiry with reason that requires material fulfillment, which is built with causality, complexity, and realistic thinking; (3) based on psychology means guided by functional psychology, by entrepreneurial practice, entrepreneurial awareness, and observation of entrepreneurial behavior; and (4) based on sociology means being guided by social science that requires independence, by independent investment, not dependence on foreign investment

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the what, why, and how of cooperative and conflict in education based on religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. The results of this study are that cooperative and conflict in education are cooperation and disputes in the educational process which by: (1) based on religion means being guided by the teachings of God who wants goodness, where cooperation is woven in virtue and piety, energy, closest people, peace , patience and prayer, material and immaterial benefits, while conflicts are handled by deliberation and tahkim (arbitration); (2) based on philosophy means guided by universal knowledge and the meaning of life that requires reconstruction, which is carried out by means of democracy or consensus; (3) based on psychology means being guided by Islamic knowledge of thought and behavior, which is handled through belief, rational, integrated belief and rational methods, and authority methods; and (4) based on sociology means referring to social science as the complexity of social systems, through qualitative approaches (historical, comparative, and case study methods) and quantitative approaches (deductive, inductive, empirical, rational, and functional methods).

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe and analyze the what, why, and how of professionalism in education based on religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. The results of this study are that professionalism in education is a skill in learning which: (1) based on religion means having the idea of God's mandate that commands expertise, by behaving in a trustworthy, fair, teaching and careful manner; (2) based on philosophy means having the idea of universal science and the meaning of life as pure and original ideas, using theocentric, totality, spiritual, soulcentric, inner knowledge, and value goals ways of thinking; (3) based on psychology means having the idea of science of the mind and human behavior that wants to be humanistic, by client centered therapy, life history, and the need hierarchy model; and (4) based on sociology means having the idea of social science of prosperous development, by economic investment

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze what, why, and how of education management based on religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. From this research, it was concluded that education management is planning, implementing, and supervising educational resources which are: (1) based on religion means based on God's teachings that command comprehensive arrangements, by means of proper and accurate planning, implementation, and supervision; (2) based on philosophy means based on a realistic study of nature and the meaning of life, by thinking rationally, naturally scientifically, harmoniously, and critically; (3) based on psychology means based on a comprehensive scientific study of the human mind and behavior, by means of introspection, experimentation, and comparison; and (4) based on sociology means based on social scientific studies that require progress, with a progressive, rational, and conscious society perspective.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze the what, why, and how of strategic planning of education based on religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. In this study it was found that educational strategic planning is a plan for achieving 5 or 7 year goals of a systematic learning which with: (1) based on religion means being inspired by the belief in God's teachings that command careful planning, by preparing and investing potential resources, adjusting abilities, oriented to win the struggle and the general welfare, saving, and determining output and outcome; (2) based on philosophy means being inspired by academic knowledge about the cultural values of the nation, with a divine, humane, united, populist, and socially just perspective; (3) based on psychology means that which is inspired by the science of thought and behavior, especially the development of human cognition, through the stages of knowledge, understanding, application, analysis, synthesis, and evaluation; and (4) based on sociology means that it is inspired by social science about symbolic interaction, through the stages of symbol meaning, acting and interacting differently, modifying meaning, choosing meaning, determining different actions and groups.

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the what, why, and how of the vision of education based on religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. The results of this study are that the vision of education is the ideal and realistic ideals of human empowerment to be realized in the future which is: (1) based on religion means that it is inspired by the belief and superpower of God's control because it is related to universal values, by examining His verses, purify oneself, study the Qur'an and its meaning in its entirety, and develop knowledge; (2) based on philosophy means that which is inspired by knowledge and reality as well as fundamental existence because it is related to the existence of human thought, which is carried out by means of the study of intelligence instruments, experiments, and the environment; (3) based on psychology means that are inspired by cognitive and behavioral sciences because they are related to the existence of human consciousness, by means of analysis studies of ID, ego, and superego; and (4) based on sociology means that is inspired by social science because it is related to the existence of reciprocal reactions to people's behavior, by means of the exchange of social potentials

Abstract

This study aims to describe and analyze the what, why, and how of education accountability based on religion, philosophy, psychology, and sociology. The results of this study are that the education accountability: (1) based on religion is a spiritual responsibility to God as a result of an educational act, which should be done fairly, ihsan, satisfactorily, not cheating, not violating the rules, and not contradicting; (2) based on philosophy is intellectual accountability to the rules of logical thinking as a result of an educational act, which should be carried out by means of essential, perennial, pragmatic and progressive, and reconstructional thinking; (3) based on psychology is an emotional responsibility to a sense of humanity as a result of an educational act, which should be done by considering aspects of the nature, behavior, and the right situation around it; and (4) based on sociology is social responsibility to the position of society as a result of an educational act, which should be done by fulfilling the functional needs of the community, both political stratification, economy and social status

Abstract

The purpose of writing this paper is to analyze the approaches, methods, and techniques of learning Islamic Religious Education. The use of Islamic education methods is how an educator can understand the nature of the method and its relevance to the main goal of Islamic education, namely the formation of a person of faith who is always ready to serve Allah SWT. The conclusion is that educators in the Islamic education process are not only required to master a number of materials that will be given to their students, but they must master various educational methods and techniques for the continuity of transformation and internalization of Islamic Religious Education subjects.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the progress of the times that change the way of life and human interaction, with the help of current technology it is easier to violate the norms of society and religion. Therefore, it is necessary to fortify oneself with religious character values. This study uses a type of library research research, namely research conducted through data collection and scientific writing that aims to solve a problem.  The results of the study indicate that the internalized religious character values ​​are the Illahiyyah values ​​(related to God) and the Insaniyyah values ​​(related to humans). The steps used consist of three stages, namely the value transformation stage, the value transaction stage, and the value transinternalization stage. The method used is a direct and indirect method, through separate subjects and integrated into all subjects, through activities outside the subject, namely habituation or self-development, through example (uswah hasanah), through advice and pay attention as well as reward and punishment methods.
