The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of the reading guide method on learning motivation in social studies subjects, to determine the influence of the reading guide method on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects, and to determine the influence of the reading guide method on learning motivation and student learning outcomes in social studies subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Gempol, Cirebon Regency.This research is a quantitative research. The design of this study Quasi experimented using the nonequivalent posttest-onty control group design. The study population was 15 students from class IX H and 15 students from class IX I, totaling 30 students selected through random sampling. The instruments used in this study were in the form of tests, questionnaires, observations of learning activities and documentation. The results of this study show that, there is an influence of the reading guide method on learning motivation in social studies subjects with a Sig value of 0.003, there is an influence of the reading guide method on student learning outcomes in social studies subjects with a sig value of 0.012, and there is an influence of the reading guide method on learning motivation and student learning outcomes in social studies subjects with a p value (sig) of 0.451. this means that student learning motivation and learning outcomes are influenced by the reading guide method.

One of the skills students need in the 21st century is digital literacy. Digital literacy is the ability to understand and apply information from various digital sources. This study aims to measure the status of the digital literacy level of class XI students at SMA N 1 Karanganom. The research method used is quantitative descriptive. Data collection techniques through the distribution of digital literacy survey questionnaires. The dimensions of digital literacy analyzed in this study consist of 7 pillars of digital literacy, namely the pillars of information and data literacy; critical thinking pillar; pillar of communication skills; ethical pillars in technology; personal security pillars; device security pillar; and pillars of ability to use technology. The results showed that the highest percentage results were in the ability to use technology pillar with a percentage of 95.78% while the lowest percentage results were in the device security pillar with a percentage of 75.16%. This means that the majority of class XI MIPA SMA N 1 Karanganom have mastered and implemented the 7 pillars of digital literacy in everyday life.

This study aims to determine the independent character of seventh-grade students, the obstacles experienced by Social Sciences teachers in the process of forming independent characters, and to find out the role of the Social Sciences teacher in forming and enhancing the independent character in Social Studies learning that has been carried out so far. This type of research uses a qualitative research approach with a descriptive type. The research subjects were social studies teachers for grade seven, deputy head of curriculum, and seventh-grade students of class VIII A. The data sources here used primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques carried out included observation, interviews and documentation studies and giving questionnaires for students' independent character instruments. Data analysis includes data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Data validity using data triangulation. Based on research results, it is known that forming independent character for class VIII students is difficult and easy. There are many factors behind it, especially internal and external factors of students. The role played by social studies teachers in increasing independent character is by using lesson plans with elements of independent character, using media and tools that contain independent character. Through habituation of the personal attitudes or behavior of social studies teachers become role models for these students.

This study aims to find out the influence of student learning independence and discipline on the results of learning English class VIII SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Lala Kabupaten Indragiri Hulu. This research used a quantitative approach of associative type of research. The data analysis technique used multiple linear analysis. The results of the study obtained a calculated F value of 67,673 > Ftabel of 3,099 and the result of a Sig. value is 0.000 < 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence between Student Independence (X1) and Learning Discipline (X2) on English Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Lala, Indragiri Hulu Regency (Y). Based on the results of the coefficient of determination, the result of R Square was 60.3%. This shows that the two free variables consisting of Student Independence and Learning Discipline contributed to influencing student English learning outcomes by 60.37%. Based on this, it is concluded that the better the Student Independence and Learning Discipline, the better the English Learning Outcomes of Class VIII Students of SMP Negeri 1 Sungai Lala, Indragiri Hulu Regency.

GREDU Learning is a web-based learning platform and application that provides features to be able to upload and access assignments in the form of files, images and videos regarding learning to students related to the material to be studied. Usability is an aspect that can be used as a basis for measuring the level of success regarding the implementation of a platform or device system to achieve goals. The research method used is Usability testing using the USE Questionnaire. USE Questionnaire is a questionnaire that is used to measure usability consisting of, efficiency, effectiveness and level of satisfaction. This test was carried out using the ADDIE method and based on the USE Questionnaire with the 4 aspects used in the USE Questionnaire, namely Ease of Use, Ease of Learning, Satisfaction and Usefulness. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of use of the GREDU Learning platform for students. Based on the results of the analysis, the total percentage value is 76.08%. So it can be concluded that the use of the GREDU Learning platform is feasible and can be used as a learning platform.

This research was conducted with the aim of being able to describe students' perceptions of the mathematics physics electronics module and to know the differences in students' perceptions between Regular A and B classes in the mathematics physics electronics module. This research was conducted using a mix method approach. The total sample is 60 students from two classes. The significant difference between the two classes and the correlation results show that the perception of regular classes A and B has a relationship so that this will affect the usefulness of the physics-mathematical e-module later. And currently students are feeling confused in understanding mathematics physics lessons. Students need teaching materials that are very interesting and of course easy to understand starting from the language, explanations and material. Because the better the positive perception that students give, the students feel that they really need an electronic module to be used in the mathematics physics learning.

The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between learning motivation and the Number sense ability of fifth grade students at SDN 80 Pekanbaru. This type of research is using correlation research, the subjects in this study are fifth grade students of Elementary School 80 Pekanbaru. The data in this study were collected using questionnaires and tests, and analyzed using SPSS 24.0. The results of data analysis can be concluded that the product moment correlation calculation results are known sig. (2-tailed) between learning motivation (x) and number sense (y) is 0.000 of 0.773, so it can be concluded that there is a relationship between learning motivation and number sense variables. Because the r count in this analysis is positive, it means that the relationship between the two variables is positive.

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of communication and compensation on the performance of lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University. The quantitative approach is the approach used in this research, with correlational research looking for the influence between independent variables and dependent variables. In this research, the population is all teaching staff or lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business (FEB), Pamulang University, totaling 286 people, using a saturated sample. As for the questionnaires that were returned and could be processed, a total of 131 questionnaires were obtained. The research sample included 131 respondents. The instruments used in this research were the communication and compensation questionnaire and the lecturer performance questionnaire. The results of the research show that there is a significant influence of communication variables on the performance of lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University. This is because lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University carry out good communication, both with students, colleagues, and superiors. There is a significant influence of compensation variables on the performance of lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University. This is because Pamulang University provides good and appropriate compensation to lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University. There is a simultaneous influence of communication and compensation variables on the performance of lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University. This is due to the balance between the communication used by lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University and the compensation received by lecturers in the Bachelor of Accounting Study Program at Pamulang University.

This study aims to see the effect of Quartet Card Learning Media on Student Learning Outcomes in Social Studies Subjects in Class IV SDN 101782 Tanjung Rejo. The research subjects were 21 fourth grade students of SDN 101782 Tanjung Rejo. The method used is Pre-Experimental type experiment using One Group Pretest-Posttest. The instrument used in this research is a multiple choice test, with a total of 20 questions. The data was analyzed through the paired sample t test, based on the results of the t test obtained a sig value. (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05, meaning that the alternative hypothesis () is accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the application of quartetcard media has a significant effect on student learning outcomes in social studies lessons in class IV SDN 101782 Tanjung Rejo. Thus, it can also be recommended to teachers to be applied during learning.

This study aims to determine the improvement of learning outcomes of eleventh grade students at SMK Baramuli Airmadidi through the application of direct instruction model assisted by presentation media on the sense of sight and optical instruments. This research is a type of class action research. The subjects in this study amounted to 20 people. Data collection techniques in this study used test techniques with research instruments in the form of written tests. Data analysis techniques were quantitative and qualitative descriptive. The results showed that the application of direct instruction model assisted by presentation media was proven to improve the learning outcomes of eleventh grade students at SMK Baramuli Airmadidi on the sense of sight and optical instruments. This can be seen from the increase in student learning outcomes starting from the pre-cycle with an average value of 42 with a percentage of 0% completeness categorized as very low, then increasing in cycle I with an average value of 68 with a percentage of 45% completeness categorized as low, and increasing again in cycle II with an average value of 79 with a percentage of 100% completeness categorized as very high. This research is useful to add insight for teachers in terms of using learning strategies and learning media, so as to improve the quality of learning in the classroom.
