Abstract

Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia mendayagunakan manusia sebagai tenaga secara manusiawi, agar potensi fisik dan psikis yang dimilikinya berfungsi maksimal bagi pencapaian tujuan organisasi, manajemen ssumber daya manusia menjadi hal penting dalam organisasi, karena menyangkut persoalan-persoalan seperti kesediaan tenaga kerja berbakat dalam rangka mendukung pertumbuhan bisnis yang direncanakan, kualitas tenaga manajerial dan pengendalian biaya yang sangat besar,Saat ini manajemen sumber daya manusia diartikan sebagai pengelolaan jumlah tenaga kerja yang sangat berbakat. Pengharagaan baik berupa reward dan punishment adalah suatu cara yang dilakukan agar kinerja yang dihasilkan bisa memenuhi harapan dari suatu organisasi. Karena di saat sekarang dinamika bekerja sudah sangat kompetitif sehingga memerlukan suatu sistem dimana sistem tersebut bisa memberikan pengaruh bagi pegawai untuk memberikan prestasi kerja yang maksimal, punishment atau sanksi diberikan tidak bermaksud untuk mencari kesalahan melainkan untuk memberikan rasa aman dalam bekerja dan tetap sesuai dengan SOP yang berlaku. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kebijakan pengharaggan dan sanksi Pegawai Pada Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Sanggau. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah melalui observasi, kuesioner, dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik analisa data yang digunakan untuk menganalisis adalah analisis kuantitatif dan untuk pengukuran data digunakan regresi linear berganda. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa kebijakan tersebut berada pada predikat “baik”. namun terdapat beberapa kekurangan yang harus dibenahi.

Abstract

This analysis was conducted to see whether there was an increase in regional tax revenue, the realization from year to year will increase according to existing factors. The study used a qualitative descriptive method, which provides an overview of the object being studied at the present time based on existing facts. Using primary data sources and secondary data with data collection techniques in the form of interviews and documentation. The location is in Kubu Raya Regency at the Regional Revenue Agency located at Jalan Supadio, Arang Limbung, Kec. Sungai Raya, Kubu Raya Regency, West Kalimantan. Regional tax revenue for Kubu Raya Regency has not reached the target, namely the swallow's nest tax and groundwater tax, one of them. Factors that inhibit regional tax revenue are economic downturn, declining purchasing power of the community, and changes in local/national policies. The study aims to determine the Factors That Influence Regional Tax Revenue at the Kubu Raya Regency Regional Revenue Service, and to determine supporting factors, regional tax revenue, factors inhibiting regional tax revenue

Abstract

Perbankan merupakan salah satu entitas keuangan yang berpengaruh disuatu negara. Sebagai tempat penyediaan dana dan penghimpun dana masyarakat tentu nya Tingkat Kesehatan bank akan mempengaruhi pandangan masyarakat serta citra yang melekat di bank tersebut. Penelitian ini ingin mengetahui Tingkat Kesehatan bank dua negara yakni Indonesia dan Malaysia. Penelitian ini memilih bank yang memiliki predikat nomor satu di masing masing negara yakni BRI dan Maybank. Analisis deskriptif dan analisis CAMEL dipilih untuk mengkomparasi kinerja keungan dan menganalisis Tingkat Kesehatan bank di tahun 2023-24.  Analisis CAMEL berisi indikator dari Capital yang diproyeksikan ratio CAR, Asset diproyeksikan oleh ratio NPL, Management diproyeksikan oleh ratio NPM, Earnings diproyeksikan oleh ratio ROE dan yang terakhir Liquidity diproyeksikan oleh ratio LDR. Hasil analisis deskriptif penelitian menunjukkan pertumbuhan kinerja yang baik untuk BRI dan Maybank disepanjang tahun 2023 dan 2024. Maybank memimpin dengan total asset yang lebih banyak dibandingkan Bri. Sedangkan BRI memiliki profit tahunan yang jauh lebih banyak dibandingkan dengan Maybank disepanjang tahun 2023 dan 2024. Analisis CAMEL juga menunjukkan bahwa BRI dan Maybank memiliki Tingkat Kesehatan yang baik disepanjang tahun 2023 dan 2024.

Abstract

Countries that are predominantly Muslim, halal products whether branded Islamic or not are an option for consumers. Consumers believe that Islamic brands and labeled products provide peace and security in using them. Research has been conducted with the title Analysis of the effect of perceived product quality and Islamic branding on trust. The research objective is to measure the influence of perceived product quality variables and Islamic branding on trust. This study uses a quantitative approach using a descriptive causality method by describing the conditions as they are based on data obtained during research on students of the Yarsi Pontianak Academy of Pharmacy as many as 120 respondents. This aims to process data quickly and precisely. Based on the formulation of the problem and the results of data analysis that has been carried out on the effect of perceived product quality and Islamic branding on trust (case study on Akfar Yarsi Pontianak students), it can be concluded that the results of this study show that perceived product quality and Islamic branding simultaneously have an influence of 38.3% on trust in halal products.

Abstract

The phenomenon of open unemployment in Indonesia is an important issue that needs serious attention, especially when the economy is growing steadily. While economic growth should create more jobs, there are challenges such as a mismatch between the education graduates receive and the needs of the job market, as well as more investment going into sectors that do not absorb much labor. This study aims to understand the factors that influence the unemployment rate in Indonesia, by looking at the influence of economic factors such as economic growth, the number of college graduates, investment, population growth, and minimum wage. Using data from 2017 to 2023 across 34 provinces and the panel data analysis method, this study finds that economic growth and population growth have a significant effect on unemployment, while the number of college graduates, investment, and minimum wage show no significant effect. The findings suggest the importance of creating equitable economic growth and improving the matching of education with labor market needs.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the employee's work discipline in the pontianak city land office. The research method that the author uses in this study is the survey method while the data analysis method uses average analysis. The population in this study were 45 municipal land office employees in Pontianak. In this study using a non probability sample that is total sampling / saturated sampling as a sampling technique, this technique takes the same sample with a total population of 45 employees. Based on the analysis the results obtained in the form of leadership often provide direction or guidance for employees, leadership assertiveness encourages discipline and conditions of human relations with leaders and coworkers encourage discipline which is equal to 4.71 with very good meaning because it is in the range of class intervals 4.51 - 4.71 and the lowest value is the sanction given is felt to be heavy with a value of 3.69 or with a very bad meaning because it is in the range of class intervals from 3.69 to 3.89. Overall based on the research respondents obtained an overall average of 4.41 so that the disciplinary work of employees in the land office in Pontianak City is good.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of financial performance and earnings management on the value of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2020-2024. The data used in this study are secondary data. The analysis of research data uses multiple linear regression. The research variables are financial performance, earnings management and company value. Using the cluster sampling method to take samples. The number of samples in this study was 30 service companies. The F test and t test and determination analysis were used to determine the magnitude of the influence of financial performance and earnings management. The results of this study indicate that the variables of financial performance and earnings management have an effect on company value.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the use of Google Sheets, a free and cloud-based software, in facilitating inventory checking and recording processes in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). SMEs often face challenges in managing inventory due to limited resources and the absence of sophisticated inventory systems, which may lead to inefficiencies such as overstocking or stock shortages. The integration of a cost-effective and user-friendly tool like Google Sheets offers a practical alternative for improving stock management. Using a case study approach, this research analyzes several SMEs that have implemented Google Sheets as part of their inventory management practices. The findings reveal that Google Sheets significantly eases data entry, enables real-time stock monitoring, and supports collaborative work without additional software licensing costs. Moreover, features like automated formulas and conditional formatting reduce human error in inventory documentation. In conclusion, the study finds that Google Sheets enhances operational efficiency, transparency, and data accuracy in inventory management within SMEs, making it a viable digital solution for improving business performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether or not there is an influence of investment, labor, and consumption levels on economic growth. This study uses a quantitative research type. The results of the study indicate that simultaneously the variables of investment, labor, and consumption levels affect economic growth. While partially, the variables of investment, labor, and consumption levels affect economic growth. From the regression results, the R-Squared (R2) value is 0.410. This means that the independent variables are able to explain the variation in economic growth in Pontianak City 41.00% while 59.00% is influenced by variables other than the variables in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of advertising, endorser credibility on purchase intention of e-commerce shopee where e-wom is an intervening variable. Based on previous research and associated with supporting theories put forward by experts using the SPSS program as a statistical data processing tool. This type of research is associative research. In this study, the researcher used a nonprobability sampling technique because the researcher did not know the total number of members of the population studied. The sample in this study was 100 samples.
