Abstract

This study examines the value relevance of earnings and equity of sustainability reporting through direct effect and managerial ownership as an intervening variable. This research employed quantitative data using secondary data from firms listed in IDX80, an Indonesia Stock Market index, in 2022. Also, this study used the financial elements data derived from www.idx.co.id and www.stockbit.com as complimentary. At the same time, ESG Score data were taken from www.csrhub.com. Data testing was then performed utilizing multiple linear regression analysis for cross-section data. This study concludes that sustainability reporting is positively associated with the value relevance of earnings and equity while the increases in management ownership moderate negatively to the value relevance. This study contributes to the literature on value relevance and sustainability reporting by updating the study of the value relevance of sustainability reporting both from direct influence and through managerial ownership as an intervening variable. This study is expected to suggest that the Financial Services Authority (OJK) improve financial policies in the capital market by adapting the measurement indicators in the ESG score version of CSRHUB in the POJK.

The main obstacles mentioned encompass technological impediments, cultural opposition, and insufficient infrastructure. These observations emphasize the significance of strong knowledge management techniques in enhancing competitive advantage and emphasize the necessity for specific tactics to overcome difficulties in implementation. This study adds to the existing knowledge in the field of knowledge management (KM) by presenting factual data from a developing market setting. This study aims to determine Continuance Intention on a technology by using Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Trust, and Satisfaction and implementing the Stimulus-Organism-Response Model and Expectation-Confirmation Model. The research type of this study is quantitative, using a correlational method. Respondents in this study were visitors to Samarinda Central Plaza who had used QRIS. Data was collected using purposive sampling and Structural Equational Model (SEM) as a data analysis technique. The results prove that all hypotheses are accepted, and in the mediation test, only Trust cannot mediate Perceived Usefulness on Continuance Intention. Keywords: Stimulus-Organism, Response Model, Expectation-Confirmation Model, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Trust, Satisfaction, Continuance Intention.

Abstract

This study explores how Indonesian mid-career diplomats perceive international mutations, defined as assignments to diplomatic missions abroad. Using a protean career orientation lens, we investigate how financial security, personal development, and internal factors like family influence their decisions. Through thematic analysis of interviews with nine mid-career diplomats, we uncover a dissonance between their career aspirations and the current mutation system. Findings suggest that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs could benefit from incorporating diplomats' goals while ensuring organizational needs are met. This research contributes to understanding career management in diplomatic services and underscores the need for a more employee-centric approach to international mutations.

Abstract

The agricultural sector, although a key pillar of Bogor Regency's economy, contributes relatively less compared to other industries, largely due to limited entrepreneurial capabilities and an underdeveloped entrepreneurship ecosystem. This study aims to identify strategic priorities for enhancing agricultural entrepreneurship productivity through ecosystem strengthening. Using Importance-Performance Map Analysis (IPMA) on data collected from 110 agricultural entrepreneurs, the results indicate that while networking elements exhibit strong performance, several critical areas require strategic intervention. Specifically, promoting a research-driven entrepreneurial culture, expanding market access, empowering intermediary institutions, and reinforcing ecosystem leadership are essential. Strengthening these elements is expected to foster a more dynamic and sustainable entrepreneurial environment, ultimately accelerating the agricultural sector's transformation within the service-based economy. Abstract

This study examines the impact of knowledge sharing and competency on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), with organizational commitment as a potential mediating variable, within the Regional Civil Service Agency (BKD) of Central Java Province. Recognizing the challenges of suboptimal OCB and low organizational commitment among employees, this research seeks to identify key drivers to enhance voluntary performance beyond formal job requirements. Using purposive sampling, 88 employees with a minimum Diploma-III education and three years of experience were selected for analysis. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results reveal that knowledge sharing positively and significantly influences organizational commitment but does not directly affect OCB. Conversely, competency positively and significantly impacts OCB but does not influence organizational commitment. Furthermore, organizational commitment does not mediate the relationship between knowledge sharing, competency, and OCB. These findings offer practical insights for public sector organizations seeking to foster OCB through strategic focus on employee competency development and collaborative knowledge-sharing practices. Future research is encouraged to explore additional mediators and contextual factors influencing OCB in public institutions. Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic, although officially declared over, continues to influence global communication behaviors. In this context, mobile communication devices have become essential tools for both business and non-business communicators. This study investigates the antecedents shaping consumers’ attitudes towards Covid-19-related communications delivered via mobile advertising in South Africa. Using a quantitative approach, data were collected through an online survey with purposive sampling, and hypotheses were tested using one-way ANOVA. The findings reveal that despite the widespread ownership and use of mobile devices and the severity of Covid-19, consumers do not automatically engage with mobile communications. Key factors influencing attitudes include message credibility, perceived relevance, and emotional appeal. The study highlights the need for communicators to strategically consider these elements to enhance message effectiveness. By identifying critical antecedents to mobile communication acceptance in a post-pandemic environment, this research contributes to the broader understanding of consumer behavior in mobile advertising and offers practical implications for designing more effective health and commercial communication strategies. Keywords: Covid 19, Consumer Attitude, Communications, Antecedents.
