Abstract

Satu diantara isu sentaral saat ini adalah tentang mutu dalam penyelenggaraan pendidikan. Isu ini berkaitan erat dengan isu penjaminan mutu pendidikan. Hal ini dikarenakan bahwa peningkatan mutu hanya mungkin terjadi jika diiringi dengan kegiatan penjaminan mutu yang intensif. Pelaksanaan penjaminan mutu pada tataran operasional merupakan salah satu tugas uama pengawas sekolah yang diimplementasikan dalam bentuk kegiatan pembinaan dan pengawasan. Dengan demikian, maka upaya optimalisasi peran pengawas sangat penting.  Tugas pembinaan dan pengawasan oleh pengawas sekolah akan menjadi optimal jika didukung oleh pihak lain. Salah satu lembaga yang secara khusus bertugas melakukan penjaminan mutu pendidikan, terutama pada jenjang PAUD, pendidikan dasar dan menengah adalah Lembaga Penjaminan Mutu Pendidikan atau LPMP, karena institusi inilah secara khusus disebutkan dalam standar nasional pendidikan.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the competence of Teachers of SMAN 1 Belimbing Melawi Regency. This research is a School Action Research. The subjects of this research were 28 teachers from SMA Negeri 1 Belimbing, consisting of 17 women and 11 men. Data collection techniques are done using questionnaires, interviews, observation sheets of teacher activities, notes and documentation. Analysis of the data used is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study indicate that the application of an Android-based test using Google form in the midterm and Midterm Assessments can improve teacher competency. This is seen based on the evidence of an increase in teachers who chieve understanding and can make questions based on android from pre-action, Cycle I and Cycle II. In cycle 1, as many as 21 teachers or 75% already understood the steps ofmaking test questions based on android then in the second cycle, as many as 27 teachers or 96.43% of teachers were able to apply android-based tests in the final semester evaluation effectively and efficiently

Abstract

Performance of teacher is reached result of them in executing based duties of efficiency, seriousness and experience and also usage of time in course of learning to teach in school. Teacher performance will good if teacher have executed elements which consist of and faithfulness of commitment the highness at duty teach, mastering and developing lesson materials, discipline in teaching and other duty, creativity in executing instruction, cooperation with all school citizens, leadership becoming student peer, good personality, ad for andobjective in guiding student, and also responsibility to his duty. Abstract

This study is a product development research which aims to produce media that explains neighbor norms in society. In this study involved a content expert, a media expert, fellow teachers, small group and large group trials. Subject trial is pebelajar class VII MTs SirajulUlum Pontianak. Data was obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. Analysis of the data using an interactive model of data collection, data presentation, data analysis and conclusion verification. Media development results validated by experts to ensure the quality of media produced. Tests performed on a small group trial and field trials. The results showed that the media used fit for use as a medium of learning. The average level of eligibility based on the expert content of 4.7% or excellent category; media expert validation 4.9% or very good, small group trial of 8.96% or excellent category; and field trials by 8.93% or excellent

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks recount pada peserta didik dengan melaksanakan kerangka Pembelajaran Bahasa Berbasis Tugas (TBLT) berbantuan dengan internet video call dan kartu pos. TBLT yang di ambil dari teori Jane Willis yang terdiri dari (1) Pre-task, (2)Siklus Task and (3)Fokus Kebahasaan. Tambahan pula, media otentik seperti video call dan kartu pos meningkatkan antusias peserta didik dalam proses pembelajaran.Hasilnya menunjukan bahwa penggunaan video call dan kartu pos memerlukan pengaturan waktu yang baik begitu pula bimbingan yang efisien selama proses menulis.

Abstract

Upaya Meningkatkan Hasil Belajar Matematika Siswa Kelas X TAV SMKN 2 Pontianak Melalui Model Pembelajaran Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis apakah melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas X TAV SMKN 2 Pontianak pokok bahasan Trigonometri. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari dua siklus. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X TAV SMKN 2 Pontianak Tahun Pelajaran 2015/2016 yang berjumlah 37 siswa yang terdiri dari 17 siswa putra dan 10 siswa putri, seorang guru Matematika Kelas X TAV SMKN 2 Pontianak , dan seorang observer. Indikator keberhasilannya ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, yaitu apabila sekurang-kurangnya 70% hasil belajar siswa kelas X TAV SMKN 2 Pontianak Tahun Pelajaran 2015/ 2016 pokok bahasan Trigonometri sudah mencapai sekurang-kurangnya 70.Pada siklus 1 rata -rata kelasnya mencapai 67.31, siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 19 anak (51.35%) dan yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 18 anak (48.65%) dengan nilai tertinggi 98 dan nilai terendah 45. Pada siklus 1 untuk nilai rata-rata hasil belajar yang diperoleh belum mencapai indikator yang ditetapkan, dan untuk prosentasi ketuntasan masih dibawah indikator yang ditetapkan. Pada siklus 2 rata-rata kelasnya mencapai 75, siswa yang tuntas sebanyak 31 anak (34.78%) dan yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 6 anak (16.22%) dengan nilai tertinggi 95 dan nilai terendah 53 Pada siklus 2 hasil belajar yang diperoleh sudah mencapai indikator yang ditetapkan.Berdasarkan hasil penelitian di atas, dapat disimpulkan bahwa melalui implementasi model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X TAV SMKN 2 Pontianak

Abstract

This study aims at developing supplementary reading materials with local values of Sukadana for extensive reading activity designed for the ninth grades students of SMPN 1 Sukadana. Using research and development model adapted from Hyland (2003) and stages of materials development model adapted from Tomlinson (2012) as the bedrock of the study, supplementary reading materials containing four local stories is produced. The pictures and illustrations laid were able to assist the students in understanding the texts and also to attract them to read. The students are expected to use this product as additional materials for extensive reading activity since such materials are not available in their school library and in the market. In addition, teachers can implement Extensive Reading activity by utilizing this product since it can help the students to read more fluently and to expand their knowledge.

Abstract

This research is a School Action Research. The subjects of this study were the teachers who taught at SMP Negeri 3 Kuala Mandor B. This research took place in 2 cycles. Each cycle consists of one meeting, Data collection techniques using observation, and documentation. The type of data collected is observational data on teacher learning outcomes in class. The School action research conducted in these two cycles is considered successful if there is an increase in teacher performance reaching 85% of teachers who have achieved mastery with an average grade of 75. Based on the results of the study, improving teacher performance in the learning process, through coaching Academic supervision the results are very good. This was evident at the first meeting of the 5 teachers who were present at the time of the study the average grade reached; 65.50% increased to 83.75%. From the analysis of the data above, teacher development by the school principal through Academic supervision is effectively implementedin an effort to improve teacher performance achievements, which means that the process of developing school principals is more successful and can improve teacher performance in the learning process, particularly SMP Negeri 3 Kuala Mandor B, Kubu Raya Regency. It is therefore expected that principals can carry out coaching through ongoing academic supervision.

Abstract

It is time to consider aspects of creative education in educating the students, especially in the era of globalization which is full of competition.Creativity is needed in terms of making something new. This study aimed to look at the efforts of early childhood teachers in developing the creativity of early childhood teachers at ten-early childhood institutions (PAUD) in the city of Pontianak in 2015. The method used in this research was by direct observation using a structured observation instruments. The results obtained, by the 80% of teachers observed had to do things that support the creativity of the PAUD with excellent category, but 50% of the teachers still did inhibit creativities.

Abstract

Academic procrastination is an academic task delaying behavior with otheractivities that are not so important. Academic procrastination has certain types,features, aspects and effects that mark it. Academic procrastination at a certain level is very detrimental to the students, because it can have an effect on their academic achievement. Academic procrastination that leads to a decline in academicachievement should be immediately assisted for solving its problems in several ways. In this case the counselor is required to play a role to alleviate the students who have the problem.
