Abstract

Concrete is widely used to build infrastructure, with the increasing use of cement in Indonesia causing Portland production to increase and have a negative impact on the environment. This is because in the cement production process the combustion results release CO2 which is released directly into the air. Therefore we need another alternative that can replace cement. This study aims to analyze the effect of adding lime to geopolymer cement on geopolymer mortar. From the results of this study, the effect of the addition of lime was very influential on the compressive strength value at the age of 28 days, the addition of lime with a percentage of 1%, 2%, 3%, and 4% in each percentage at the age of the test object 28 days. The highest compressive strength value in the addition of lime was obtained at a percentage of 4% with w/c 0.30 at the age of 28 days with a compressive strength of 1.6 MPa, and in the percentage of using lime the lowest compressive strength could be at a percentage of 1% with a w/c of  0.45 with a compressive strength of 1.2 Mpa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memastikan layak atau tidaknya rencana pembangunan jalan berdasarkan indikator ekonomi NPV, B-C R, dan (EIRR). diikuti dengan analisis kepekaan selama umur rencana konstruksi yang berpotensi mempercepat kerusakan sehingga memperkecil keuntungan. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada ruas Jalan Kembur-Metuk berdasarkan kondisi fisik permukaan jalan sebelum dikerjakan dan setelah dikerjakan yang berpengaruh terhadap Biaya Operasional Kendaraan (BOK) baik komponen biaya tidak tetap maupun komponen biaya tetap. Untuk menghitung Biaya Operasional Kendaraan yang merupakan komponen biaya tidak tetap meliputi biaya konsumsi bahan bakar minyak, biaya konsumsi oli, biaya konsumsi suku cadang, upah tenaga pemeliharaan, dan biaya konsumsi ban. Ddiperlukan beberapa data terkait seperti harga kendaraan, ban, bahan bakar minyak, dan upah mekanik mengikuti harga berlaku Tahun 2022 (tahun penelitian), demikian juga bunga pinjaman bank sebesar 13,50% Tahun 2022 dan pertumbuhan lalu lintas sebesar 3,50%. Keuntungan yang diperoleh dari Biaya Operasional Kendaraan diperhitungkan selama sisa umur rencana jalan menggunakan faktor diskonto yang dikonversi menjadi keuntungan saat ini. Dari pengolahan data dan analisis ekonomi diketahui bahwa B-C ratio sebesar 0,924 1, menunjukkan proyek tidak layak secara ekonomi, NPV sebesar - Rp. 4.072.545.356,34/km 0 (bernilai negatif) juga tidak layak secara ekonomi, sedangkan EIRR sebesar 16,008% 13,50% (suku bunga pinjaman bank)

Abstract

This research aims to determine the results of the effect of adding pieces of tire rubber on the flexural strength of concrete. This research was conducted at the Civil Engineering Laboratory, Campus C, Bina Darma University. The object used in this research is the effect of adding light steel pieces on the flexural strength of concrete with percentages of 5%, 10% and 15%. The results of research and analysis regarding the influence of adding light steel pieces on the flexural strength of concrete in the form of small pieces measuring 2 cm long and2 mm wide have a very positive impact on the flexural strength value, this is in line with the increase in the flexural strength value for each percentage of the object. tests such as normal concrete have an average flexural strength value of 3.25 Mpa, the 5% percentage has an average flexural strength value of 6.41 Mpa,the 10% percentage has an average flexural strength value of 7.40 Mpa, and15%has an average flexural strength value of 5.59 Mpa, meaning there is an increase in the normal concrete flexural strength value of 3.25 Mpa. So these pieces of tire rubber have a positive effect and are suitable as an alternative addition to modified concrete mixes, and are suitable for use in structural concrete beams in residential buildings, house foundations and bridges.

Abstract

Roads are an important and main foundation in moving the wheels of the public and territorial economy, considering their significant and main ability to support the appropriation of labor and products as well as the versatility of the population. Roads enable everyone to get services such as education, health care and employment. Asphalt What was used in this research was SIR 20 rubber asphalt (Standard Indonesian Rubber) which came from PT MBS (Modified Bitumen Sumatra). This research was carried out with the aim of finding out how much influence the fineness of rice husk ash as a fine material substitute has on the AC-WCNR coated asphalt concrete mixture in terms of durability and flexibility. And to find out what the optimum mixture value of rice husk ash is as a substitute for fine material in the AC-WCnr asphalt mixture. The percentage of Au content of rice husk used in research II is 3 variations 4%, 6%, 8%, and to use 4 zones, zone 0, zone 1, zone 2, zone 3 as a substitute for fine material mixed with AC-WC NR and test specimens normal without a mixture of rice husk ash. This research tested using the Marshall test method by reviewing the effect of rice husk ash on flexibility and durability. Based on the Marshall parameter test results in terms of zone variations and the percentage of substitution content for rice husk ash, the flow value can be concluded that the optimum value for using rice husk ash content in zone 2 is 4% variation, namely 3.74mm, and in zone 2, 8% variation has decreased by 3.50 mmm. The durability value of the mixture is seen from variations in the substitution level of rice husk ash, namely that the optimum variation in substitution for rice husk ash occurs in the 4% zone 2 variation, namely 96%.Keywords: Rice Husk Ash, Rubber Asphalt, AC-WC NR, Durability and Flexibility

Abstract

 Daerah Irigasi Kabuyutan di Kabupaten Brebes yang memiliki luas areal fungsional 3729 Ha mengalami beberapa kerusakan. Diperlukan Analisis Kinerja Operasi Dan pemeliharaan Jaringan Sekunder Irigasi Kabuyutan Kabupaten Brebes. Analisis yang dilakukan berupa penilaian dengan berpedoman pada standar yang berlaku. Analisis dilakukan dengan berdasarkan Penilaian Kinerja pengelolaan Irigasi Berdasarkan Pendekatan Permen PUPR No 12/PRT/M/2015, yaitu: Indikator prasarana fisik, indeks pertanaman, sarana Penunjang, organisasi personalia, dan Perkumpulan Petani Pemakai Air (P3A). Setiap aspek penilaian tersebut memiliki nilai indeks kondisi maksimum yang berbeda tergantung pada besarnya pengaruh aspek tersebut terhadap kondisi sistem irigasi tersier yang ada. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kondisi serta nilai pada komnen penilaian yang ada di Daerah Irigasi Kabuyutan. Hasil penilaian kinerja fisik untuk saluran sekunder adalah 55.60% didasarkan pada banyaknya kerusakan linning saluran sekunder. Untuk produktivitas tanam yang ada di D.I kabuyutan adalah 76.33% di lihat dari penurunan produktivitas setiap musim tanam. Pada peralatan OP dengan nilai 72.13%, penilaian kondisi Transportasi dengan nilai 67%. Hasil penilaian kondisi terhadap peralatan kantor dan alat komunikasi 64.50% dan 65%. Kondisi organisasi personalia 74.20% berturut-turut dinilai dari masih banyaknya petugas yang belum memahami OP. Sedangkan untuk personalia 63.30 %. penilaian kondisi terhadap perkumpulan petani pemakai air 75.75%. dasar penilian yang dilakukan adalah perkumpulan petani air sudah memilki badan hukum.

Abstract

Coastal abrasion, soil pressure and rainfall are factors that greatly affect slope stability in the coastal area ofNorth Bengkulu. This can cause landslides on the road body if no protection is provided on the slope. In this study, an analysis was carried out on the retaining wall plan starting from shear stability, rolling stability, soil bearing capacity and continued with the analysis of the borepile foundation permit using manual calculations, after which the analysis was continued using Plaxis 8.2 to determine the Global Safety Factor. The results of the study showed that the existing slope had a safety factor of 1.051 (Not safe) so that to meet the geotechnical requirements of SNI 8460: 2017, the slope reinforcement at this research location used a safety device, namely a retaining wall combined with a borepile foundation. The next stage is the analysis for the Global Safety Factor using Plaxis 8.2 modeling which shows that the reinforcement of the retaining wall combined with the borepile foundation has a safety factor of 2.387 (Safe). The retaining wall has a height of 7.5 meters and an additional 6 meters for selected embankments which are equipped with drainage and vegetation, then the drilled well has a depth of 6 meters and a diameter of 60cm.Keywords: Abrasion, Borepile Foundations, Plaxis 8.2, Retaining Wall, Safety Factor

Abstract

Pendekatan PERT digunakan dalam penelitian ini, dan dengan menggunakannya, proyek Rehabilitasi Saluran Induk Glapan Barat dapat menghemat uang dengan mengurangi durasi awal 214 hari menjadi hanya 210 hari. Dengan percepatan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan menjadi 30 minggu (210 hari) dengan biaya tambahan sebesar Rp. 26.406.307,49, analisis metode PERT pada pekerjaan Rehabilitasi Saluran Induk Glapan Barat (Lining Precast Condition) menghasilkan durasi 210 hari, yang lebih cepat dari jadwal yang direncanakan selama 214 hari. Dengan 210 hari tersisa, ada kemungkinan 93,29% untuk memenuhi tujuan penyelesaian proyek, dan kemungkinan kegagalan 6,71%. Analisis metode PERT dari pekerjaan Rehabilitasi Saluran Induk Glapan Barat (Kondisi Lining Insitu) menghasilkan durasi 217 hari, yang lebih lama dari 214 hari yang dijadwalkan. Probabilitas kegagalan sebesar 87,77%, dan waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan dipercepat menjadi 31 minggu (217 hari) dengan biaya tambahan sebesar Rp. 28.877.073,11. Probabilitas peluang pencapaian target penyelesaian proyek selama 217 hari sebesar 12,23%.

Abstract

The increasingly rapid development of the technological era makes human activities easier, technological advances not only offer aspects of convenience and practicality but one of the most important things is the security system. One of them is a smart lockdoor product that is here to provide a high level of security, namely an integrated intelligent automatic door lock system that not only provides safer security but also provides the necessary information. The electrical engineering laboratory is a place for students and lecturers to carry out learning and practicum activities, this room is to store all kinds of equipment used for learning electronics and microcontrollers. Laboratories are very often used for lectures and practicums, indicating that the laboratory space is very productive, so the doors in the laboratory will be very vulnerable to door break-ins, making it easier for theft. The door security system in the UBD electrical engineering laboratory is very important to protect important items, current mechanical progress. This that the system should be able to be checked remotely is a must to make things easier. Currently available locks have an inadequate level of security or are considered insufficiently protected, smart lockdoors are the key to developing useful and effective security systems based on the internet of things, a technology that allows devices to communicate with each other via the internet. The problem is that conventional door security systems that use padlocks cannot provide a complete sense of security because they cannot remotely monitor users of conventional door security systems which are not equipped with theft warning system precautions. Therefore, an internet of thought (IOT) based door security system was designed using the SW-420 vibration sensor, which is supported by installed features such as RFID, fingerprint sensor, vibration sensor, camera and notification system connected to the user's cellphone. As for the vibration sensor with the aim of increasing door security, this research succeeded in implementing a smart lockdoor system based on the Internet of Things (IoT) using the ESP 32 module. Through the use of IoT technology, this system allows users to control the door using a mobile device or device. others connected to the internet network. In system testing, it was found that this system was able to work well in locking and opening doors remotely with a fast response. Abstract

Several factors can influence company performance, namely effectiveness and efficiency, authority, and creative thought initiatives within the company. These important factors are related to the influence of human resources, K3 management and company finances on company performance. From the data from the questionnaire, there were 25 respondents from the planning consultant business entity at INKINDO Palembang, with qualifications in Human Resources, K3 (Occupational Safety and Health), and Financial Reports. Judging from the analysis of each variable that influences the performance of planning consultant business entities in the city of Palembang, the conclusion is that based on the t-test, it is found that the Human Resources (HR) variable has a positive and significant effect on company performance at INKINDO Planning Consultants in the city Palembang. The K3 variable (Occupational Safety and Health) has a positive and significant effect on company performance at INKINDO Planning Consultants in the city of Palembang. The Company Financial Report variable has a positive and significant effect on company performance at INKINDO Planning Consultants in the city of Palembang. Based on the results of the calculated F test, the simultaneous or joint influence of Human Resources (HR), K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) and Company Financial Reports on the Performance of Business Entities at INKINDO Planning Consultants in Palembang City was obtained.Keywords: INKINDO Palembang, Planning Consultant, SPSS 25

Abstract

PT. Pertamina Hulu Rokan Zona 4, sebagai sub-holding upstream PT. Pertamina, melakukan renovasi pada workshop Work Over Well Service di Limau Field dengan memasang fasilitas over head crane (OHC) untuk mengangkat barang-barang berat. Analisis kekuatan struktur bangunan existing diperlukan untuk memastikan bangunan mampu menopang beban tambahan OHC. Penelitian ini menggunakan perhitungan manual dan perangkat lunak komputer CSI SAP2000 ETABS untuk menganalisis data struktur dan pembebanan serta Plaxis 2D untuk menghitung daya dukung pondasi yang menyangga bangunan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menentukan apakah struktur bangunan existing layak untuk instalasi OHC, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi analisis kekuatan struktur, serta menghasilkan kajian ilmiah untuk mengidentifikasi masalah potensial atau kelemahan struktur secara dini.  Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi struktur, simulasi kolom dengan pembebanan maksimum OHC  tidak mampu menahan gaya yang terjadi dengan nilai PMM Ratio 1. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan penambahan kolom sebagai penyangga balok runaway overhead crane. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan dengan menambahkan kolom support, terlihat bahwa kolom dan balok mampu menahan gaya yang terjadi dengan nilai PMM Ratio 1. Dari defleksi vertikal balok runway memenuhi standar dengan nilai maksimum sebesar 6.14mm, yang lebih kecil dari batas yang diizinkan sebesar  8.75 mm. Sementara itu, defleksi horizontal juga memenuhi standar dengan nilai maksimum sebesar 3,1 mm, lebih kecil dari batas yang ditetapkan sebesar 4 mm.
