Abstract

The Center for Home Industry chips on Bandar Lampung. The problem of this is the waste that has not been managed properly, the chip waste IRT waste in the form of fruit peels, leaves, fruit stalks, humps has the potential to be made of high-selling value products, diversification can be in the form of hand sanitizer products. The purpose of this activity is to solve the Partner's problem by disseminating research results in the form of transfer of waste treatment technology into a hand sanitizer. The method used is lectures and discussions on the dissemination of research results, assistance in processing wastewater into hand sanitizer products. The need for partners to process waste products into products that have value in the form of making herbal solid soap, followed by liquid soap, hand sanitizer, natural anti-microbial, feed making, composting and liquid fertilizer. The percentage increase in knowledge and understanding of the material after the service activities is the utilization of waste (40%), making feed (50%), making hand sanitizer (70%).

Abstract

KThe existence of a school website is very important to disseminate information needed for schools, teachers, students and the community. With the website, information can be easily managed by the school. For example, important announcement information, the school operator can input the information through the website portal so that the public can read the information effectively and efficiently without having to come to school. In addition, the public can communicate with school operators through the chat feature and download the required documents via the web. Another feature is the photo album and video activities carried out by the school as a promotional media as well as the features that are connected to social networking services namely Instagram. The results of the final interview this activity was obtained that this website provides many benefits for the community as well as ease in managing information systems by operator.

Abstract

Given the English vocabulary instructional method used by teachers of PAUD Qurrotul Uyun Pamekasan is not groundbreaking and varied since they constantly teach the English vocabulary from the textbook, additionally they never employ a modern technology tool such as smartphone gadget. Despite the fact that they frequently bring the gadget when the teaching learning porcoses in the class is occurring. In view of that the learning atmosphere becomes unappealing, the pupils becomes passive and dependent learners. Hence the aim of community service activity is to give pupils of PAUD Qurrotul Uyun Pamekasan training regarding English vocabulary learning employing English For Kids application. Method used in this community service is training by utilizing steps with activity theoretically and practically. The results are to be able to enhance pupils’ leaning motivation, to be able to lessen pupils’ boredom while learning, as well as to be able to create pulpils become autonomous pupils.

Abstract

Every household produces waste cooking oil that was discharged into the environment without any environmental control. This situation is exacerbated by the lack of public knowledge about the impact of it on health and the environment. Because of that, that was necessary to have an innovation in the use it into products of economic value as solid soap products. This activity was carried out with the PKK Karang Anyar partner, Sawah Besar, Central Jakarta which was conducted by online due to the Covid-19 Pandemic period. This activity was able to encourage the independence economic of partner eco-based. The partners agreed that the training provided could increase the added value of waste cooking oil waste, prevent environmental damage, and increase community entrepreneurship. In addition, it could reduce household expenditure in terms of reducing spending on washing agent related to the economy that was felt heavy when Pandemic Covid-19.

Abstract

Bangsal Village is in the Pampangan OKI of South Sumatera. Bangsal Village has community groups of micro small and medium enterprises (UMKM) including Buffalo Cattle, Palm Sugar and Buffalo Milk Jelly Producers. So far, the bookkeeping and financial reports carried out by the UMKM group are still manual paper records. In addition, UMKM don’t have staff to manage their financial reports, but by involving Ibnul Falah high school students. The students don’t have enough knowledge to use the computer technology like Ms.Excel for financial reports. The ms.excel workshop activities are given to community and ward village students in order to manage financial reports and bookkeepings easily. In addition, assistance and evaluation are also carried out so that the material is truly understood. The results are quite good, it can be seen from the average score obtained from the assignment, which is 76.7 and the average written test score is 78.1

Abstract

Inovasi dan pemasaran merupakan hal yang sangat penting dalam kemajuan sebuah perusahaan, hal ini tidak terlepas pada Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) adalah sektor ekonomi nasional yang paling strategis dan menyangkut hajat hidup orang banyak sehingga menjadi tulang punggung perekonomian Nasional. Namun masalah yang dihadapi oleh usaha ataupun industri kecil kebanyakan adalah pengelolaan industri dan pemasaran. Dengan pengabdian masyarakat terkait pendampingan UMKM pada jenis makanan tradisional Dodol nanas diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi UMKM. Metode penyelesaian masalah yang digunakan berdasar pada pendekatan manajemen dalam meningkatkan hasil produksi dan hasil penjualan dengan 3 (tiga) tahapan pelaksanaan program yaitu persiapan, pelaksanaan serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Program yang dilakukan adalah dengan inovasi kemasan sesuai dengan aturan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Subang dan perluasan pemasaran pada sosial media serta pasar besar.

Abstract

Papua dan Papua Barat termasuk daerah yang memiliki angka transmisi tinggi untuk cacing bersumber tanah; beberapa penelitian melaporkan angka prevalensi lebih besar dari 50%. Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia menyarankan pemberian obat cacing rutin untuk anak usia sekolah yang didukung dengan peningkatan perilaku hidup bersih. Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) dari Universitas Papua memberikan kegiatan penyuluhan kesehatan dan perilaku hidup bersih kepada anak-anak Sekolah Dasar dan para orang tua dengan menargetkan dua desa yaitu Desa Sidey Makmur dan Desa Kaironi di Distrik Sidey, Manokwari, Papua Barat. Tim PKM merancang dan menggunakan bahan kampanye berbasis gambar seperti poster, flipchart dan film pendek selama kegiatan PKM. Tim PKM melihat pesan yang disampaikan menggunakan media berbasis gambar dan bersifat audiovisual dapat dipahami dengan muda oleh semua peserta dari berbagai latar belakang pendidikan, gender, dan usia. Pendidikan kesehatan berbasis gambar efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas kesehatan masyarakat pedesaan di Papua Barat.

Abstract

IbM (Science and Technology for the Community) is part of community service in empowering partners. This program is carried out in Cenrana Village, Bone Regency, South Sulawesi Province in processing dried anchovies into Abon Asin Gammi with a population of 2,040 people. During this time, Gammi is a home comestible with a distinctive aroma and very appetizing. However, no one has tried to sell it as a peculiar Bugis product. Therefore, Gammi has the potential to become a peculiar Bugis souvenir in the form of Shredded Salted Gammi. The method of implementation is through three main components of IbM implementation, namely Counseling in the form of short seminar, training and demonstration of Abon Asin Gammi processing and mentoring to partners. The results of Science and Technology for the Community program were able to increase partner knowledge and productivity in processing salted anchovy into Shredded Slated Gammi. The resulting product has two variants are soft and rough which is packaged in pouch packaging with a net weight of 30 grams.

Abstract

Abstract Nagari-Owned Enterprises (BUM-Nag) or in most regions in other provinces known as Desa-Owned Enterprises (BUM-Des) is a manifestation of the mandate of Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, where the village government, in this case, Nagari is prosecuted accordingly Mandiri to be able to explore the wealth and potentials that exist in the Nagarinya area to be used as assets and sources of Nagari's financial income and is required to be able to carry out Nagari's financial management independently. BUM-Nag is an alternative business entity that needs to be developed to encourage the Nagari economy, with the hope of creating new economic resources for Nagari to utilize and to prosper the Nagari people's economy. This service activity aims to contribute thoughts and counseling about strengthening the BUM-Nag institution as a form of effort in improving the nagari economy. Service activities were carried out in Nagari Tabek Patah and Nagari Situmbuk, Salimpaung Subdistrict, Tanah Datar District. This activity uses the participatory rural appraisal (PRA) method, assistance, and counseling by looking at the potential possessed by Nagari as a creative business unit of the community and the potential that must be optimized. The result to be achieved from this empowerment activity is to increase the knowledge and capability or capacity of Nagari's apparatus on institutional strengthening and management of BUM-Nag as a form of effort in improving Nagari's economy
