Abstract

An organization or a company must be able to manage its management to win the competition in an all-competitive era in order to survive to grow and develop in accordance with company goals. Every organization always has problems on human resources. Therefore, with the existence of the problem, it is necessary to have a leader who has transfrormational leadership patterns so that problems within the company can be resolved. In addition to improving the performance of employees within the company, organizational commitment and high work motivation are needed in order to achieve and fulfill company goals well.This study aims to examine the influence of Transformational Leadership (X1), Organizational Commitment (X2) and Work Motivation (X3) on Employee Performance (Y) at Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Amuntai Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Utara, either partially or simultaneously. Samples were taken as many as 67 employees using saturated sampling technique. Data collection using questionnaire while data analysis using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis through SPSS program version 23.00The test result proves that Trasnformational Leadership had a significant effect on Employee Performance partially with the influence of 81,1% including very strong category, Organizational Commitment has significant influence to Employee Performance partially with big influence 44,3% including strong enough category, Work Motivation has significant effect to Performance Employees partially with a large influence of 61.9% including strong category while simultaneously Leadership Trasformasional, Organizational Commitment and Work Motivation significant effect on Employee Performance with a large influence 88.4% including very strong category while the remaining 11.6% influenced by another variable.  Keywords: Transformasional Leadership, Organizational Commitment, Motivation Employment and Employee Performance

Abstract

Quite high demand for Motorcycles Trail type in Puruk Cahu is inseparable from tofografi conditions Murung Raya District Region consisting of Mountains, most of the road that contacts between districts with other subdistricts still no road hardening and besides that at this time Sport Touring is also very loved By society. This can be seen by the total sales amount of 584 units of Kawasaki Trail Motorcycle KLX 150 since 2009 until 2016.This study aimed to examine the effect of Product Quality (X 1) Price (X 2) and Communications WOM (X 3) of the Purchase Decision on the User Motorcycle Trail KLX 150 in the area Kabupaten Murung Raya. Samples taken as many as 55 users Motorcycle Trail KLX 150 in the region Kabupaten Murung Raya saturated sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaires, while data analysis using SPSS version 21 o'clock. The results of this study prove Product Quality (X 1) is partially significant effect on the purchase decision (Y) sig. 0,0001 and far-reaching 60,2% the, Price             (X 2) partially not significant effect on purchase decision (Y) sig. 0,705 and 6.5% big influence and Communication WOM (X 3) partially significant effect on the Purchase decision (Y) sig.0.023 and far-reaching 25.6%, while simultaneously e r Product Quality (X 1), Price (X 2) and Communications WOM (X3)  berp e been influence to purchase decision (Y) sig. 0,000 and far-reaching 47.5%. Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of job satisfaction (X1) and Motivation (X2) of the Employee Performance (Y) on the Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Muara Teweh Kabupaten Barito Utara. Samples taken as many as 54 employees were selected with saturated sampling technique. Collecting data using questionnaires, while data analysis using SPSS. The test results prove job satisfaction significantly influence employee performance with large partially apengaruhnya 37.2% and Motivation significant effect on employee performance partially to great effect 57.3%, while simultaneously Job Satisfaction and Motivation significant effect on employee performance with great the effect of 26.7% while the remaining 73.3% is influenced by other variables.  Keywords: Job Satisfaction, Motivation, Employee Performance

Abstract

PDAM Puruk Cahu district Moody highway is Companies engaged in the services the provision of clean water. One of them the purpose in the form of a PDAM is sufficient needs community will clean water , covering provision, development service means and infrastructure and distribution of clean water , medium aim others is come along and develop economy use support development area with expand field work , as well looking for profit as source main financing for area Research this aim for test influence Transformational Leadership (X1), Physical Working Environment (X2) and Work Discipline (X3) against Performance Employee (Y) on Regional Water Company (PDAM) Puruk Cahu sea way partial or simultaneously . Sample taken as much 24 employee using saturated sampling technique . Collecting data using questionnaire while analyst is using data Analysis Regression Multiple Linear through SPSS version 23 program . Results testing prove Trasnformasional Leadership significant effect on Employee Performance partially with big influence of 5,6%, Physical Work Environment significantly influence to Performance Employees partially with the influence of 48,7%, Work Discipline significantly influence Performance Employees partially with a large influence 41,1% while simultaneously Transformational Leadership, Physical Work Environment and Work Discipline has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a large influence of 73,6% including very strong category while the remaining 26,4% is influenced by other variables.  Keywords: Leadership Transformasional, Lingkaungan Physical Work, Work Discipline and Employee Performance

Abstract

The test results prove partially the characteristics of the customer (X1), and the quality of service (X3), affecting the decision to use Islamic banking services (Y), while customer knowledge (X2), no partial effect on the decision to use the services of sharia banks in Bank Kalsel Syariah Banjarmasin. Characteristics of customers (X1) is a variable that gives the dominant contribution to the decision to use sharia banking services with a contribution of 35.9%. While simultaneously shows the influence of significant variables Customer characteristics, knowledge of customers, quality of service to the decision process using the services of sharia banking. This is evidenced by the value of Adjusted R Square regression model of 0.246 which means that the dependent variable is influenced by the independent variable of 24.6%. Abstract

In order to achieve satisfactory performance, professional capabilities are needed to achieve this through several stages or conditions. Formal education is still inadequate to achieve professional capabilities. For this reason, HR capabilities of employees must be empowered through training, education and development. HR management according can be interpreted as utilizing human resources within the organization, which is carried out through the functions of human resource planning, recruitment and selection, human resource development, career planning and development, provision of compensation and welfare, occupational safety and health, and industrial relations.This study aims to examine the influence Self Efficacy (X1), Motivation (X2) and Job Satisfaction (X3) towards Employee Performance (Y) PT. PLN Puruk Cahu well Murung Kingdom's e waypartially or simultaneously. Samples were taken as many as 56 employees by using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire while the data analyst is using Multiple LinearRegression Analysis through the SPSS version 23 program.The test results prove that Self Efficacy has a significant effect on Partial Employee Performance with a magnitude of 1.9 % including the weak category, Motivation has a significant effect on Employee Performance partially with an influence of 53 % including the category is quite strong , Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Employee Performance partially with a large effect of 73.8 % including verycategories strong while simultaneously Self Efficacy Leadership , Motivation and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Employee Performance with a large influence of 37.5 % including categories weakwhile the remaining 62.5 % is influenced by other variables.Keywords: Self Efficacy, Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance

Abstract

Abdurahman, NIM D2A215001 Analysis of Business Environment PT Adaro Energy, Tbk. Thesis of the Master Program in Business Administration, Post Graduate Program of Lambung Mangkurat University, guided by Saladin Ghalib and Maryono.This study aims to determine the factors of the business environment that are the strengths and opportunities of PT Adaro Energy, Tbk. As well as business environment factors which are weaknesses and threats to PT Adaro Energy, Tbk and what business strategies PT Adaro Energy, Tbk is based on existing environmental conditions.To achieve these objectives this study uses a qualitative approach, type of case study, data collection with interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis with EFE, IFE and SWOT.Of the many strength factors, the most prominent are business models that are integrated from the mine to electricity, low costs, large resource reserves and long-term contracts.Whereas the environmental factors that pose a threat are fluctuating prices, alternative energy, regulatory uncertainty, carbon emission concerns, and the global economic downturn. While the weaknesses of current production are only supported by one mine, remote mining location, long-term investment and high risk, capital intensive and need special expertise.Based on the grand strategy, the business strategy carried out by PT Adaro Energy is aggressive focusing on developing the domestic market and vertical diversification. Abstract

Organizations are formed to achieve a certain goal that has been set before, because basically the organization is a form of union of humans to achieve a common goal in which there are activities, therefore the organization needs to have qualified employees and have high enthusiasm and loyalty. Lately, many organizations or companies, both social or business organizations, face problems with human resources. Companies that face human resource problems can be overcome if the company has a good organizational culture, work discipline and compensation that is appropriate for employees.This study aims to examine the effect of Organizational Culture (X1), Keja Discipline (X2) and Compensation (X3) on Job Satisfaction (Z) and its impact on Employee Performance (Y) at PT. Three Kapuas Leaves. The sample was taken as many as 65 employees using a saturated sampling technique. Data collection using a questionnaire while data analysis using SPSS version 2.0 SmartPLS Analysis.The test results prove that Organizational Culture (X1) has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z) with a significant effect of 28,21%, Organizational Culture (X1) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a influence of 33,89%, Work Discipline (X2) has a significant effect on Satisfaction Work (Z) with an effect of 33,11%, Work Discipline (X2) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a magnitude of 34,09%, Compensation (X3) has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction (Z) with a magnitude of 22,21%, Compensation (X3 ) significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a magnitude of influence 16,47% and Job Satisfaction (Z) have a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y) with a magnitude of 7,6%.Keywords : Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Employee performance

Abstract

Every organization always has problems with human resources, so with the existence of these problems it is necessary to have high work motivation, organizational culture which is a reference for every leader and leader who has a transfrormational leadership pattern so that problems within the company can be overcome. This study aims to examine the effect of Work Motivation (X1), Organizational Culture (X2), and Transformational Leadership Style (X3) on Organizational Commitment (Y1) and Employee Performance (Y2) on PT. South Kalimantan Regional Development Bank Rantau Branch as many as 38 employees using sampling techniques saturated with quantitative method approaches. Data collection used a questionnaire while data analysis using Smart PLS Analysis.The results of this study in the form of Work Motivation (X 1 ) have a significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y 1 ) with a large influence of 62, 3% are in the strong category, then Work Motivation (X 1 ) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y 2 ) with a large influence -27.6% are in a very weak category. Organizational Culture (X 2 ) has a significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y 1 ) with a large influence 18.4% in the very weak category. Organizational Culture (X 1 ) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y 2 ) with a large influence of 26.8% in the weak category. Transformational leadership (X 3 ) has no significant effect on Organizational Commitment (Y 1 ) with a large influence of -3.4% in the very weak category. Transformational leadership (X 3 ) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y 2 ) with a large influence of -23 , 9% in the weak category and Organizational Commitment (Y 1 ) has a significant effect on Employee Performance (Y 2 ) with a large influence of -7.70% in the very weak category.Keywords: Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, Transformational Leadership Style, Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of Product Quality (X1), Service Quality (X2) and Price (X3) on Customer Satisfaction (Y) on Vinila Textile and Accessories either partially or simultaneously. Samples were taken by 85 customers using accidental sampling technique. Data collection uses a questionnaire while data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis through SPSS version 23.The test results prove Product Quality does not have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction partially, Service Quality has a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction partially, Price has a significant effect on customer Satisfaction partially while simultaneously Product Quality, Service Quality and Price have a significant effect on Customer Satisfaction.Keywords: Product Quality, Service Quality, Price and Customer Satisfaction
