Munculnya pemikiran prospek kehadiran partai politik lokal di SumateraBarat, berawal dari sebuah kekecewaan masyarakat Sumatera Baratterhadap partai politik nasional. Mendasari dari sebuah kekecewaan padapartai politik nasional, maka partai politik lokal diasumsikan dapatmemberikan solusi dalam rangka penguatan politik lokal di daerah SumateraBarat, dan dapat mengakomodir aspirasi masyarakat lokal yang lebih baik.Karena ditenggarai selama ini partai politik nasional yang sentralistikmengakibatkan kurang diberikannya ruang kepada masyarakat daerah untukdapat merasakan hadirnya partai di tingkat daerah. Tujuan penelitian : 1)Untuk mendeskripsikan kurang optimalnya fungsi partai politik di ProvinsiSumatera Barat 2) Untuk menganalisis prospek kehadiran partai politiklokal sebagai akibat kurang optimalnya fungsi partai politik nasional saatini. Adapun tinjauan teori yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini tinjauanpartai politik lokal dan tinjauan desentralisasi. Dalam penelitian ini, penulismenggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain penelitian eksploratifdeskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dandokumentasi, sementara teknik keabsahan data yang digunakan penelitimenggunakan triangulasi teknik dan trianggulasi sumber pengumpulan data.Pemilihan informan dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling dansnowball sampling. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, maka dapat dijelaskanProspek kehadiran partai politik lokal di Sumatera Barat, seiring denganpermasalahan yang terjadi di dalam partai politik nasional. Jawaban darihasil penelitian adalah prospek kehadiran partai politik lokal di ProvinsiSumatera Barat, ada dua sisi pandangan yang berbeda. Di satu sisi partaipolitik lokal memberikan prospek yang positif terhadap penguatan politiklokal dan desentralisasi di daerah Sumatera Barat, namun di sisi lain partaipolitik lokal berpotensi menimbulkan implikasi negatif serta kendala-kendalayang mengakibatkan kehadirannya di Provinsi Sumatera Barat menjadi kiansulit untuk diwujudkan dalam waktu sekarang.

Criminal offence is a part of crimes against morality, where the obscene action does not occur in adults but also happens to minors. Either directly or indirectly the children fall victim to the crime of fornication and experience various disorders against him both physically and non-physically. The objectives of this study are as follows: first, to know the criminal liability of the perpetrators of the minors; Both legal policies against criminal acts of child abuse of minors; The three fundamental judges in the punishment of the perpetrators of criminal acts of abuse under minors. The author uses normative juridical method of approach, to determine the application of the principles and norms contained in the legislation. The source of the legal material used consists of primary legal materials, secondary legal materials, and tertiary legal materials. The tools used in the research are the literature, books, documents and other Tertid sources, and the results of this research as a basis for solving the underlying problems in this research. Data analyzed in a quantatif will be presented in the form of a systematic description by explaining the relationship between different types of data, hereinafter all data selected and processed later in the analysis descriptively so that besides Describing and submitting answers to the problems expressed are expected to provide solutions to the problems in this research. In this study the author examines and analyzes the criminal offence of minors under the name of the convicted Amrin Samuran Pulungan at the Medan state court to punish perpetrators with imprisonment, fines and has been shown to be legitimate and Convince the guilty of committing a criminal offence based on the testimony, instruction and description of the defendant.

At the time of the economic crisis in 1998, many conventional banks collapsed while Islamic banks were not affected. After the crisis, Islamic banking experienced significant development in Indonesia. The problem is what is the direction of policy regarding supervision of Islamic banking in the national banking system in Indonesia? The method used in this research is normative legal research using the statutory approach. Data sources used in this study are secondary data, namely data obtained from statutory regulations, scientific journals, and legal literature. The data collection technique used in this research is literature study. The data analysis technique used in this study is qualitative analysis. The results of this study are policies regarding supervision of Islamic banking in the national banking system in Indonesia towards a better direction. In Act Number 7 of 1992 and Act Number 10 of 1998 it is stated that supervision of Islamic banking is carried out by Bank Indonesia as the central bank. However, based on Act Number 21 of 2008, supervision of sharia banking is not only carried out by Bank Indonesia, but is also monitored internally by the Sharia Supervisory Board. After the ratification of Act Number 21 of 2011, supervision of Islamic banking moved from Bank Indonesia to an independent institution called the Financial Services Authority.

Responsibility by corruptors who carried corruption even individually or together is very important thing if we want to against corruption and give them a deterrent effect on corruptors. In Indonesia, corruption is an extraordinary crime, so it requires extraordinary punishment. This can be seen in the legislation that provides space in punishing and eradicating state losses, namely in Regulation Number 31 of 1999 Jo. Regulation Number 20 of 2001 about Eradication of Corruption. The method used in this study is a normative juridical research method, by collecting data in a literature review by research about legal norms in regulation about corruption. The position of the tax court in accordance with the explanation of Article 27 paragraph (1) of Law Number 48 Year 2009 concerning judicial power is mentioned as one of the special courts within the state administrative court. In this case, according to the provisions of this article, the tax court must be in accordance with and must not conflict with the basic principles of the provisions of the judicial power law which constitutes the mandate of the constitution that should be obeyed. In Law Number 14 of 2002 concerning Tax Courts there are four legal remedies in resolving disputes namely, objections, appeals, lawsuits and reconsideration. What is meant by 'objection' 'in the implementation of the provisions of tax legislation may be that taxpayers feel less or dissatisfied with a tax assessment imposed on them or upon deduction or collection by a third party, in this case WP may submit an objection. Whereas the appeal remedies are a continuation of the objection remedies. In a sense, there is no appeal before going through the objection because the appeal filed is an objection letter as a form of tax dispute resolution at the Objection Institution level. Appeals in the Tax Court are conducted in the Tax Court, whereas if you see Law Number 48 of 2009 concerning Judicial Power, the legal remedies for appeals in a court of law should be under the authority of the Court of Appeal (Level II Court).

Tenaga Kerja Bongkar Muat (TKBM) yang memiliki peran pokok dalam pencapaian kinerja kegiatan bongkar muat barang dari dan ke kapal di pelabuhan serta gambaran umum tentang Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang sangat berperan pada seluruh aktivitas di pelabuhan. Pada dasarnya Tenaga Kerja Bongkar Muat merupakan bagian yang tak terpisahkan dari Sumber Daya Manusia di pelabuhan secara umum yang karena fungsi dan perannya di pelabuhan lebih specific dibidang bongkar muat barang maka disebut dengan istilah Tenaga Kerja Bongkar Muat Barang. Hal tersebut didasari melalui kesepakatan bersama antara Asosiasi Perusahaan Bongkar Muat Indonesia (APBMI MEDAN) dan Primer Koperasi Tenaga Kerja Bongkar Muat (TKBM). Adapun tujuan penelitian yang diangkat pada tulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaturan sistem kerja bongkar muat yang merupakan sitem kerja borongan, sistem kerja tanpa adanya waktu yang ditentukan dalam penyelesaian aturan Keputusan Menteri Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi No.100/MEN/IV/2004, yang menyangkut Undang-Undang Nomor 13 tahun 2003 tentang Ketenagakerjaan tanpa adanya bentuk perjanjian khusus atau tanpa adanya hubungan kerja langsung antara pekerja dengan penyedia jasa sesuai dengan hukum Pedata mengenai perjanjian umum, seta hubungan kerja sesuai Undang-Undang Ketenagakerjaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menerapkan penelitian yuridis empiris, sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersumber dari data primer.

Notary Public is a public official who is authorized to make credential deeds as a means of proof. Besides being given a notary protokol, it is also obliged to save the notary protokol, both its own and other notary protokols. Regulations related to depository of notary protokol in article 65 paragraph (5) of the UUJN only state that the time for submission was issued 25 (twenty-five) years or more sent by the Notary recipient of the Notary Protokol to the Regional Supervisory Council. This can lead to legal considerations of the notary who will accept the protokol responsible for the notary protokol which is of great concern, which causes rejection of other notaries who will accept the protokol. This study uses a normative method with steps of description, systematization, and explanation of the content of positive law related to using laws and regulations, accessing history and obtaining concepts. Based on the results of the assessment and analysis, the notary protokol is not regulated by the exploitation in UUJN so as to make an agreement on the law so that it can keep documents on the notary protokol while he is still working and also open the work agreement by getting permission from the Notary Association Regional Supervisory Board. Indonesia. While it was agreed that there was a refusal to accept the notary protokol, legal considerations would be given to the notary recipient of the protokol. Tackling these responsibilities can be incorporated into codes of ethics, the notary profession, and approved by the government regarding sanctions for reprimands and compensation from membership.

State-Owned Enterprises (SOEs) has a role to improve the nation's economy is very central, in the implementation of SOEs are excluded to monopolize market share based on the Act based on article 33 Paragraph (2) of the 1945 Act basically can be excluded in certain sectors with the welfare of the people, however, in practice, monopolistic practices are often found that are not in accordance with the stipulated regulations. Aviation companies under the auspices of SOEs are necessary considering that the aviation sector is very much needed by the community. This journal examines business competition in BUMN monopolies. This study aims to understand the concept of monopoly carried out by SOEs in the aviation sector and efforts to overcome it. The method used in this research is a normative juridical approach which in the main data processing uses secondary data, namely data obtained from literature reviews. The approach used in solving problems is per se illegal. A good corporate government can be a reference for KPPU in determining the limits of activities in monopoly carried out by SOEs. Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Batam yang merupakan salah satu Dinas Tenaga Kerja ada di Indonesia harus selalu memberikan perlindungan kepada pekerja dan pengusaha di Kota Batam. Hal ini disebabkan karena pekerja merupakan aset pembangunan nasional yang secara normatif di jamin oleh Undang-Undang dan hal tersebut adalah suatu hak yang yang harus diterima oleh pengusaha. Maka dalam hal ini Dinas Tenaga Kerja Kota Batam harus mengadakan perlindungan keselamatan dan kesehatan kerja bagi pekerja untuk menghindari kecelakaan kerja dan penyakit yang timbul akibat hubungan kerja terhadap para pekerja dan pengusaha. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian normatif (Normative Approach) yaitu Undang-undang di samping bertumpu pada penelitian normatif, juga ditambah dengan pendekatan teoritis. Selanjutnya dalam menganalisis data digunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan juga didasarkan studi berbasis perpustakaan, yang berarti bahwa bahan yang diperlukan untuk penelitian harus tersedia di perpustakaan, arsip, dan database, undang-undang dan dokumen lainnya (Ibrahim, 2005).

Abstract Hutan adat merupakan sejarah baru dalam pengelolaan hutan di Indonesia. Sejak awal Indonesia berdiri perlindungan dan penataan kawasan hutan khususnya yang berkaitan dengan hak-hak masyarakat adat memiliki problematika tersendiri dimana masyarakat adat harus berjuang maksimal untuk mengimbangi kebijakan regulasi Negara dalam bidang kehutanan dan pengelolaan sumber daya alam. Jauh sebelum Indonesia Merdeka kesatuan-kesatuan masyarakat adat diakui berikut hak-hak tradisionalnya sepanjang masih hidup dan sesuai dengan perkembangan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian hukum sosiologis dimana data-data yang dikumpulkan di lokasi penelitian diolah dan dianalisis dengan kalimat-kalimat dikaitkan dengan teori-teori yang peneliti sajikan. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengakuan tentang hutan Adat dalam Wilayah Kekuasaan Datuk Laksamana Raja di Laut didasarkan pada pendekatan historis yang melekat sebagai sebuah kekuasaan pada masa Raja atau Datuk Laksamana berkuasa yang kemudian pengelolaan nya dilanjutkan oleh para keturunannya. pengelolaan hutan adat pada saat sekarang dalam wilayah Datuk Laksamana Raja di Laut sifatnya sangat parsial dan belum diikuti dengan perangkat yang jelas sebagaimana mekanisme penetapan hutan adat oleh negara sehingga status hak Hutan adat tersebut menimbulkan ketidakpastian di tengah masyarakat.
