Abstract

This study aims to investigate the extent to which the experience of the Auditor obtained from the length of work, from the number of audit assignments, and from the number of types of audited regional work unit related to increasing auditor expertise in the auditing field. Expertise (expertise) is the skill of an expert. Experts (experts) are defined as someone who has a certain level of skill or high knowledge in a particular subject obtained from experience or training. By taking a sample of 71 auditors or government internal control apparatus (APIP) at the Inspectorate of Bangka Belitung Islands Province, Bangka Regency Inspectorate and Pangkalpinang City who had carried out inspection assignments. The sampling method in this study uses a non-probability method with purposive sampling with the criteria that some employees in the Provincial Inspectorate, Pangkalpinang City and Bangka Regency who have carried out inspection tasks with auditor reasons will gain experience that has an influence on increasing expertise in the audit field. and using quantitative descriptive analysis by testing the validity, reliability of the classical assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test) and multiple linear regression. The test results show that the experience of the length of work, the amount of training followed, the number of audit assignments and the number of types of Regional Units audited as auditors have a positive and significant influence on expertise.

Abstract

This Study aims to analyze the effect of quality of service, price, and promotion to customer satisfaction that impact on customer decision. The sample used is customer satisfaction conducted for 5 (five) years. The Research instrument uses income and consumer response data on price and promotion cost for 5 (five) Years. Data analysis techniques used are data analysis, classical assumption test, the coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis and testing of hypothesis test F and t-test. The results showed that the variable quality of service prices and promotion costs together or partially have a positive and significant impact a customer satisfaction that impact on customer decisions

Abstract

This research is based on several variables that can affect the performance and achievement of teachers in SMA Negeri 1 Kelapa. After conducting a field survey, the authors finally determined some variables that could affect the performance as well as job performance in SMA Negeri 1 Kelapa, ie work discipline, organizational commitment and training This study aims to examine the discipline of work, organizational commitment and training on performance that impact teacher work performance in SMA Negeri 1 Kelapa. Methods in this study using survey methods and questionnaires to all respondents who numbered 42 people. This research uses quantitative analysis to primary data on field survey results. The result of this research is known that, firstly, the influence of simultaneously variable of work discipline, organizational commitment and training on teacher performance. Abstract

With this technological advancement and competitive market competition, every business actor who wants to win the competition must pay attention and apply the right marketing strategies and changes in consumption patterns that occur in the marketing environment. Companies must pay attention, understand and respond quickly to changes in the needs and desires of these consumers to be able to become winners in such intense competition. This research uses a type of survey research with a quantitative approach, which is analyzed using multiple linear regression methods, the population used in this research is the people of Pangkalpinang City who use Honda PCX motorcycles. The sample is determined based on the accidental sampling method, with a total sample of 100 respondents. The results of this research that simultaneously (F-test) promotion, product attributes, and brand awareness have a significant effect on purchasing decisions of Honda PCX motorcycles in Pangkalpinang City. This is evidenced by the value of Fcount> Ftable which is 78.725> 2.70.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of the knowledge of government internal supervisors through the intuition of government internal supervisors to detect irregularities. The sample in this study was the auditor who served at the Regency and municipal Inspectorates in Bangka Belitung totaling 122 respondents. This study uses path analysis to examine the relationship between hypothesized variables. The results of the study concluded that the experience and knowledge of government internal supervisors had a significant effect on deviation detection. In addition to the knowledge of government internal supervisors through government intuition, internal supervisors influence the detection of irregularities. This research needs to be further developed, to get stronger empirical results, such as by adding other variables from deviation detection, further research can also expand the object of research, and use the experimental method.

Abstract

The regional government of the province of Bangka Belitung province has committed to increasing the budget in order to improve the quality of education, quantity, and quality of teachers, teacher welfare, and to implement 12-year compulsory education. This study aims to determine the effect of scholarship grants in the Bangka Belitung Islands Provincial Government for improving the learning achievement of scholarship grant recipients. This research is expected to provide benefits for the development of science in the application of theories related to public policy management. The population in this study were 97 people from the number of students receiving scholarship grants at tertiary institutions in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. granting of grants is statistically significant in improving the learning achievement of recipient students. Noting the results of research that has been carried out, it is necessary for the Government of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province to continue the policy with a variety of variations that are tailored to the needs.

Abstract

The development of their service sectors plays a very important role in the competitive world of the service business. The companies engaged in the service sector each try to improve the quality of their service, in order to survive and develop their business. Service quality in the service industry sector plays a major role in customer satisfaction, customer retention, word of mouth communication, repurchase, loyalty, market share, and profitability. This research was intended to analyze the effect of marketing communication and consumer motivation on college the decision at Dharma Bhakti Bangka Community Academy. The population is students of MAN 1 Sungailiat Bangka Regency, a sample of 62 students. Measurement of research variables with instruments in questionnaires quantified by Likert scale. Analysis method using multiple regression analysis. Hypothesis testing uses the t-test. The results of this research are that marketing communication and consumer motivation have a positive and significant effect on the decision to study at the Dharma Bhakti Bangka Community Academy. The recommendation if this research is that the institution is expected to be able to conduct effective marketing communication and in the motivation of consumers to adjust to the consideration of market segmentation and product positioning offered

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the Effect of Work Environment Competence and Compensation on Job Satisfaction and examine the effect of job satisfaction. The number of samples used was 54 (fifty-four) State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Data analysis method uses path analysis (Path analysis). The results of the study concluded that there was a significant influence on the competency, work environment and compensation variables on job satisfaction. Furthermore, for the variable job satisfaction, there is a positive influence on employee performance. Based on these results, the Regional Office of the National Land Agency of Bangka Belitung Province needs to increase job satisfaction through competence, work environment and compensation for future employee performance improvement.

Abstract

To achieve and realize the goals of an organization both private and public organizations must be based on good and structured planning and supported by reliable and skilled human resources so that it is more efficient and effective in achieving goals. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of training, motivation, and work environment on the performance of midwives in West Bangka Regency. This study used a sample of 154 midwives in West Bangka Regency as respondents. With the method of taking Probability Sampling. This study concludes that there is an effect of training, motivation and work environment on the performance of midwives in West Bangka Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the leadership style, teamwork, organizational culture on work performance and its impact on employee performance in the Culture and Tourism Office of the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The method in this study uses survey methods and questionnaires to all respondents totaling 58 respondents. This study uses quantitative analysis of primary data from field surveys. The results of the study concluded that there was a variable influence of leadership style, teamwork and organizational culture on employee work performance. Future research is expected to add other independent variables and add dimensions of each variable in order to increase deeper knowledge. The results of this study can be used as a reference for researchers who will investigate further. And it is also expected to carry out assessments in a deeper and broader scope.
