Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether tangibles, reliability, responsiveness, assurance, and empathy have an influence on customer loyalty through customer stratification as an intervening variable. This study uses 139 respondents Mega First customers at PT. Bank Mega, Bangka Belitung island province using a purposive sampling method. Sample selection criteria are Mega First customers at PT Bank Mega Tbk Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression models. The results showed that reliability and empathy affect customer loyalty and customer stratification affects customer loyalty. While tangibles, responsiveness, and assurance do not affect customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of product quality, service quality, and brand image on consumer satisfaction and its impact on consumer loyalty in the Agunta Drinking Water Company (AMDK). The analysis technique used in this research is path analysis. The results concluded that product quality and service quality variables have a significant and positive effect on customer loyalty. However, brand image variables do not significantly influence consumer satisfaction. The study also concluded that the variable of customer satisfaction has a positive and significant impact on consumer loyalty

Abstract

Outpatient services are a form of general services or medical services to patients for the purpose of observation, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, and other health services without requiring the patient to be hospitalized. Data for 2017 outpatient visits by Sejiran Setason Regional Hospital is 31, 307 patients. For 2018 outpatient visits increased by 33, 568 patients and for 2019 outpatient visits by 32, 157 patients. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of outpatient satisfaction with the quality of service at the Sejiran Setason Regional Hospital of West Bangka Regency in 2019. This research is a descriptive-analytic study with a survey approach using Cartesian diagrams and data retrieval using interview techniques through questionnaire sheets. The population of this study was all outpatients who visited the Sejiran Setason Regional Hospital in 2019 totaling 32, 157 people with a total sample of 150 people taken by quota sampling technique. The results found that the reliability dimension states the highest conformity level is 63. 35%. On the responsiveness dimension, the highest level of conformity is 77. 36%. At the highest tangible dimensions, the highest suitability was 62. 89%. In the assurance dimension, the highest conformity level is 59. 57%. On the empathy dimension, the highest conformity level is 67. 49%. The recommendation from this study is expected that the Sejiran Setason Regional Hospital pays attention to the delay in the schedule of doctor services. In responding to patient complaints doctors and nurses are expected to always be friendly and always make the effective communication. Increase the comfort of the treatment room by adding air conditioning. It is expected that checks are always carried out according to inspection standards. The hospital should pay attention to all complaints of patients and their families

Abstract

This study is intended to analyze the effect of motivation and compensation on discipline that has an impact on the performance of the teaching staff at the University of Bangka Belitung. Respondents in this study were 189 people who were the educational staff. The analysis method uses path analysis. The results of this study produce that the motivation and compensation of each partially positive and significant effect on discipline and then discipline will affect the performance of the teaching staff at the University of Bangka Belitung. The recommendations of this study are expected to further enhance knowledge leaders in all fields and institutions provide support and appreciation to improve the performance of employees and lecturers.

Abstract

National education, as one of the national development sectors in an effort to educate the nation's life, has a vision of the realization of the education system as a strong and authoritative social institution to empower all Indonesian citizens to develop into qualified human beings so that they are able and proactively respond to the challenges of the ever-changing times. Of the many elements of educational resources, the curriculum is one element that can make a significant contribution to realizing the process of developing the quality of potential learners. The curriculum is also a fundamental guideline in the teaching and learning process in the world of education. Success or failure of education, whether or not a student and educator are able to absorb and provide teaching, and success or failure of a goal. If the curriculum is designed systematically and comprehensively and is integral to all the development and learning needs of students to prepare themselves for their lives, of course, the results/outputs of education will be able to realize expectations. But if not, failure after failure will continue to haunt the world of education. The application of quality, effective and efficient curriculum changes requires teachers to be creative in improving classroom management because teachers are role models for all students. In this case the need to change the mindset of teachers so that they are able to become facilitators and learning partners of their students. In addition, a teacher must have an attitude of professionalism in carrying out learning. Teacher professional development can also be done by providing opportunities for teachers to carry out various activities, give advice, admonish, guide, become representatives of schools with extracurricular activities and community activities. A half-hearted educational reform will confuse the real practitioners of education.

Abstract

One of the goals of the establishment of the Indonesian state. In order to increase the dignity and status of the Indonesian people, unceasingly strives for the entire population to receive an education. The efforts made by the government are issuing programs in education. The government issued a program that is expected to improve education, namely the school grants program (BOS). BOS management is the responsibility of every school managed by the School Principal, School Treasurer, and School Committee. This research is descriptive qualitative research, aimed to find out the implementation of the BOS program in SMP Negeri 1 Jejawi Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency and the factors that hinder the implementation of the program. Data collection techniques used: observation, interviews, and study documents or libraries. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the implementation of the BOS program in SMP Negeri 1 Jejawi Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency has been carried out in accordance with government regulations. Starting from the preparation of the BOS management team, preparing RKAS, to making accountability reports that are in accordance with existing regulations. Its activity programs do not deviate from existing rules. There were no obstacles felt by SMP Negeri 1 Jejawi Village, Ogan Komering Ilir Regency in the implementation of the BOS program, even if there could still be overcome so that the implementation of the BOS program could run well.

Abstract

Decentralization of education raises the importance of a leader, the principal. The principal plays a very important role in managing the school's resources and carrying out its duties and authority which must be carried out properly. For this reason, school principals are required to truly have the ability to be able to carry out these tasks. The principal is the key to success and progress in improving the quality of the school. Based on the discussion, it can be concluded that: 1) the efforts made by school principals in improving teacher performance, namely: a) involving teachers in education and training; b) provide the facilities needed in the learning process; c) encourage/remind teachers to utilize the facilities that have been provided; d) gives the teacher freedom in the use of learning methods; e) provides attendance and checking periodically; f) setting the teacher's desk to facilitate communication; g) supervise every learning activity; h) provide motivation, direction and examples to the teacher; i) give a warning to teachers who lack discipline, and j) the principal is open and provides an example to the teacher. 2) These efforts can be said to be effective in improving teacher performance because teacher performance is better and orderly starting from planning, implementing learning to evaluating/evaluating learning

Abstract

Indonesia has a problem of poverty and unemployment. poverty in Indonesia can be seen from three approaches namely natural poverty structural poverty, and regional disparity. The problem of unemployment is more driven by low employment opportunities and opportunities for the workforce in rural areas. Efforts to overcome this must use an organizational culture approach that has a supervisory dimension This study aims to examine the relationship between supervision and organizational culture on employee work effectiveness, a study was conducted on 33 employees at the Al-Ma'arif Baturaja Ogan Komering Ulu School of Health. by using a regression method. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of business enthusiasm and competence on entrepreneurial interest in the Dharma Bhakti Bangka Community Academy alumni. In this study, the population was all alumni of the Dharma Bhakti Bangka Community Academy and 49 respondents took part in the study. This study collected data that was used by using a questionnaire. Data analysis uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis to measure the effect of more than one predictor variable (independent variable) on the dependent variable. The results showed that the enthusiasm of doing business and competence simultaneously affected the interest in entrepreneurship

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of debt structure, assets structure and capital structure on firm performance in the manufacturing companies sub-sector textile and garment listed on the Indonesia stock exchange in 2015-2018. The research uses a quantitative method. Sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling technique. The sample in this research is as many as 10 companies in the period of 4 years. The analysis technique used in research is logistic regression analysis using Eviews 4.1 software. The research result shows that debt structure has a negative effect on firm performance, assets structure has no effect on firm performance, and capital structure has a positive on firm performance. In the study was organized to add variables or to do research to other industries
