Abstract

This study aims to analyze superior products based on OVOP in Cengkong Abang Village, Petaling Village, Petaling Banjar Village, Kemuja Village and Air Duren Village, Mendo Barat District, Bangka Regency, Bangka Belitung Islands Province. This research method was conducted with an evaluation method with a qualitative approach using SWOT analysis to find a formulation of business management strategies for products based on superior One Village One Product (OVOP) for each potential village to be developed. So that each village in Bangka Regency has the characteristics of superior products that will continue to be fostered by the village government, local government and the central government. The superior products developed based on OVOP are expected to be able to enter regional, domestic and international markets

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational culture, organizational communication, motivation, and training on the performance that impacts work performance. Respondents are employees of the secretariat of the district of Central Bangka with a total of 40 people. The method of analysis uses path analysis. The results of the study concluded that there is an influence of leadership variables, organizational culture, organizational communication, motivation, training on the Regional Secretariat of Central Bangka Regency. The recommendations of this study are expected to further enhance the knowledge of leaders in all fields and institutions to provide support and appreciation to improve performance on employee work performance

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, work environment, organizational culture on performance both simultaneously and partially. Furthermore, to analyze the effect of performance on the performance of employees of the Land Office of Central Bangka Regency. The amount of sample determined is 30 employees of the Land Office of Central Bangka Regency. The research instrument used questionnaires, arranged on a scale of 1-5, score 1 for very poor responses and a score of 5 for excellent responses. The method of analysis using path analysis (Path analysis) trimming model. Hypothesis testing using F test (simultaneous) and t-test (partial). The result of this research concludes that there is significant influence from the variable of leadership, motivation, work environment, organizational culture to motivation 97,3%. Furthermore, for performance variables, there is a positive and significant impact on employee performance which is seen from the coefficient of determination by 75 percent. Furthermore, to the Land Office of Central Bangka Regency to improve the variables of leadership, motivation, work environment, organizational culture in order to increase the motivation that can give a positive influence on employee performance

Abstract

Education is a series of activities from a system. In the Islamic concept, education is known as tarbiyah, ta'lim, and ta'dib. As an Islamic education system has interrelated components. These components are the basis, objectives, educators, students, and Islamic education curriculum, its function is to ensure the achievement of the objectives of Islamic education. The supporting educational environment in the process of Islamic religious education needs to be considered because the environment is a place for students to carry out the education process (learning) and gain experience. The educational environment that has an atmosphere in accordance with the pattern of Islamic religious education is very helpful in carrying out the internalization of Islamic values ​​to students. Education can be said to be humanist and anticipatory if in the educational process between educators and students a communicative (dialogic atmosphere) situation makes students as subjects/agents of education rather than as objects of education. The essence of Islamic Education explained in the axiology of Islamic Education also has a future value that is intended to anticipate a better future, because educating means preparing a generation who will live and face future challenges that are far different from the previous period.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of promotional strategies, tourist attraction and service quality on visiting decisions and their impact on tourist satisfaction. The method in this study uses a survey and questionnaire method to several tourists visiting several tourist attractions in the city of Pangkalpinang. This study uses a quantitative analysis of primary data from field surveys. Respondents in this study amounted to 100 people. The results of the study concluded that there are influences on the variable of promotional strategies, tourist attraction and service quality on visiting decisions. The service quality variable is still less influential on tourist visiting decisions compared to the other two variables, so it is necessary to consider again how the quality of services provided to tourists in order to provide greater influence on the satisfaction of the tourists. The results of this study are expected to add insight and government policy to provide comfort to the tourists who visit. For future research, it is hoped that it will need to add other independent variables and add dimensions of each variable in order to add deeper knowledge

Abstract

Product quality is the ability of a product or service in carrying out its functions both durability, reliability, accuracy, ease of operation, repair, and other valuable attributes. The company can implement the Total Quality Management program in improving the quality of its products. This study uses a literature study approach and confirms on practice data, steps in the production process in accordance with the PDCA cycle and see whether quality planning has followed the 5W + 1H principle. Data is processed using Fishbone Diagrams to analyze the causes and effects that will affect product quality. The results of the study concluded that integrated Quality Control is needed to continuously improve quality standards from all aspects.

Abstract

It is important and urgent to conduct a scientific study on the establishment of Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) through the local potential to realize independent villages, by analyzing local potential variables, financial capital, human resources, and community participation in the establishment of Bumdes in Nagan Raya District. The population of this study was all villages that have Bumdes in Nagan Raya district. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The study sample was 10 BUMDes that have run in Nagan Raya district. Primary data were obtained by interviews and questionnaires to BUMDes administrators and communities in the local area. Secondary data was obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), Regency Community Empowerment Agency (BPM), and the internet. Regression analysis was performed to determine whether an independent variable has an effect on the dependent variable by using the regression model estimation by entering a dummy variable, the joint hypothesis test model. Significance test was carried out using the normality test method through the Jarque-Bera (JB) statistical test through histogram screening, with a significance level of 5% indicating that the statistical value was 163,393 while the square chi value α = 5% and (df = n-2 = 130-2 = 128, α = 5%). Therefore the Ho assumption is accepted which means the norm is distributed data. The regression results using qualitative variables can be seen, showing different results and in accordance with the hypothesis that was built. The regression results by entering the dummy variable show a positive and significant effect at α = 5%, towards the formation of BUMDes in Nagan Raya District. Only human power variables do not affect the formation of BUMDes with an error term value of α = 5%.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Variables of Performance, Affiliation, and Domination on the motivation of women living in coastal areas doing business in Aceh Province. The population in this study are Coastal Women who do business in Aceh Province by selecting samples using a purposive sampling technique with the criteria Women who do business have fishermen husbands, live on the coast in Aceh Province. The hypothesis is tested using multiple regression tests to determine whether an independent variable influences the motivation of coastal women to see how the overall relationship between Performance, Affiliation, and Domination affects women's motivation to do business in Aceh Province. The results show simultaneously that the effects of the three Performance Variables (X1), Affiliation (X2) and Domination (X3) significantly influence Women's Work Motivation. Based on the regression coefficients Variable Performance (X1), Affiliation (X2) and Domination (X3) partially there is a positive and significant influence on the Motivation of Women's Business Work in Aceh Province.

Abstract

A common problem often faced by local government, is the underdevelopment and inequality. To overcome this problem and to be able to compete with other regions, Central Bangka Regency seeks to accelerate economic development through the development of the Tanjung Berikat Strategic Zone. It has been planned since 2011 in the Regency Spatial Plan by establishing it as KSK and KSP. However, in 2019, the Central Bangka Regency Government has changed its policy by not establishing Tanjung Berikat as the KSK. This study aims to identify the factors that influence the policy changes of the Central Bangka Regency Government about status of the Tanjung Berikat Strategic Zone on the change of the Central Bangka Regency spatial plan. The method used in this study is a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the policy change towards the status of the Tanjung Berikat Strategic Zone at the change of Bangka Tengah Regency spatial plan is due to changes in opinion on the plan, the lessons learned from previous experience, and also part of the strategy to realize the plan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of compensation, work environment, organizational culture and the use of information technology on work motivation that has an impact on teacher performance by taking the object of research in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Pangkalpinang. Analysis technique to test hypotheses using path analysis. The results of the study concluded that Compensation and Utilization of information technology affect work motivation, while the work environment and organizational culture do not affect work motivation. Furthermore, this study also concluded that work motivation has an effect and has an impact on teacher performance.
