This study aims to analyze and evaluate the process flow logic that guided the preparation of performance reports to Minister of PAN and RB No. 29 of 2010, difficulties in the preparation of performance reports and key performance indicators are result oriented. The method used in this study is using a qualitative method. Sampling This study used purposive sampling to select respondents who are expert officials who are involved and there is a direct relationship in the process of preparing performance reports Pangkalpinang. Methods of data collection, in addition, to studying the document using semi-structured interviews and questionnaires. Performance evaluation and analysis using Blueprint with Friedman's Four quadrant approach. Based on the analysis of four quadrant attribute that most of the key performance indicators in government performance reports document attachments Pangkalpinang still a quantity of 59% means the efforts undertaken new activities is the quantity of effort but has not been followed by the quality of the efforts of only 3%. While the performance indicators that describe the result by 38%. So the outcome performance indicators Government Pangkalpinang largely not based measure outcomes or benefits that can be felt by the public/customers

This study aims to examine service quality, hospital image and trust in patient satisfaction and its implications for patient loyalty. By using a sample of 136 patients in the dental polyclinic of PT Bakti Timah Hospital in Pangkalpinang, this study used a structural equation model to test the causality between latent variables in accordance with those hypothesized. The results showed that the variables of service quality, hospital image, the trust had a significant effect on patient satisfaction. The variables of hospital and trust image have the greatest influence on satisfaction. The results of the study are expected to add variables beyond service quality, hospital image, and organizational trust. Subsequent research can broaden the scope of the study to either the variable or the scope of the study so that a full portrait of the patient's perception in Pangkalpinang Bakti Timah Hospital will be seen as a whole.

This study aims to examine the effect of the organizational image, pricing and service quality on satisfaction and its impact on the loyalty of students of law study programs at the College of Law in Bangka Pangkalpinang College. The study was conducted on 193 students of STIH Pertiba who were registered as active students. This study uses a path analysis model to examine the relationship between variables hypothesized. The results of the study conclude that organizational image, pricing and service quality contribute to student satisfaction. Organizational image variables provide the greatest contribution to student satisfaction. Satisfied students also have a big impact on their loyalty to the Pertiba STIH. The results of this study can be a reference for researchers who are interested in the same topic, and as material for further research in a deeper and wider scope by adding other independent and dependent variables to be examined

This study aims to analyze the effect of organizational commitment, training, and motivation on the performance of guraklih/national level witnesses in the national election witnesses' bodies of the Indonesian Democratic party struggle either simultaneously or partially. The sample size is 52 from the number of 60 national witness trainers in the national election witnesses of the PDIP party. The research instrument used questionnaires, arranged on a scale of 1-5, score 1 for very poor responses and a score of 5 for excellent responses. Analysis method using path analysis (Path analysis). Hypothesis testing using an F test (simultaneous) and t-test (partial). The result of this research concludes that there is the significant influence of organizational commitment, training and motivation variable to the performance of the witness trainer either simultaneously or partially, seen from the coefficient of determination equal to 84 percent.

This research uses three variables, service quality (X1), Marketing Mix (X2) and Promotion Mix (X3) as an exogenous variable to Satisfaction (Y) as intervening variable and Customer Loyalty Syifa Printing Pangkalpinang (Z) as an endogenous variable. The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of the influence of service quality, marketing Mix, Promotion Mix, Against Satisfaction Affecting Customer Loyalty On Printing Syifa Printing Pangkalpinang. The research method used is surveyed respondent method and the object of research is Printing of Syifa Printing Pangkalpinang. This research uses the method of analysis in the form of quantitative analysis of primary data direct research results from the field. As a tool in statistical data processing used SPSS program version 22. The results of the study found that the Quality of Service (X1), Marketing Mix (X2) and Promotion Mix (X3) together affect the Customer Satisfaction at Printing Syifa Printing Pangkalpinang. And Customer Satisfaction partially influence on customer loyalty at Printing Syifa Printing Pangkalpinang

Universities have an important role in producing quality human resources. In order to be able to perform its role well, universities are required to be able to implement good human resource management especially in improving the performance of employees and lectures. This research is intended to analyze the influence of leadership, motivation, and compensation to the discipline that affects the performance of employees and lecturers at the College of Health Science Abdi Nusa Pangkalpinang. The population is all employees and lecturers, amounting to 52 people and because the number is below 100 then the entire population made the respondent. Measurement of research variable with instruments in questionnaires that are quantified by Likert scale. This analytic method uses Path Analysis. Hypothesis testing uses F (simultaneous) and t-test (partial). The result of this research resulted that leadership did not affect the discipline while motivation and compensation respectively partially positively and significantly influence to the discipline, the next discipline influence the performance of employees and lecturers at the College of Health Science Abdi Nusa Pangkalpinang. Recommendation of this research is expected to increase the knowledge of leaders of all areas and institution provide support and awards to improve the performance of employees and lecturers

This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment and the ability to motivate either simultaneously or partially. Furthermore, to analyze the influence of ability, work environment, the motivation of the Pacific Islands University lecturer performance. The size of the sample set is 95 of the total 123 lecturers University of the Pacific Islands. Instrument research using questionnaires, which are arranged in a scale of 1-5, a score of 1 to a very poor response and a score of 5 for the excellent responses. The method of analysis using path analysis model of trimming (path analysis). Hypothesis testing using the F test (simultaneous) and t-test (partial). The research concludes that there is a significant effect of variable abilities, motivational work environment against either simultaneously or partial, and there is a significant effect of variable abilities, work environment, motivation on the performance of both simultaneously and partial the views of the coefficient of determination of 81.1 percent.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of creative culture, intrinsic motivation, leadership and bureaucratic with a performance-based organization against the balanced scorecard and its impact on competitive advantage in the Marine and Fisheries Agency of Bangka district The middle. either partially or simultaneously. The methods used in this research is quantitative methods, qualitative descriptive analysis supported, so that in this study the author will prove a hypothesis has been formulated before and make the analysis calculation based on existing data as well as described in a systematic, factual and accurate regarding the facts, properties, and relationships between phenomena examined. Data obtained from the dissemination of the questionnaire as many as 61the respondents as well as population research. Questionnaire data are then tested with the analysis of Partial Least Square (PLS). The research States that the Creative Culture has a partial influence on performance BSC intrinsic motivation has a partial influence on the performance of the BSC. The leadership of bureaucratic with has a partial influence on the performance of the BSC. The performance of the BSC has partially influence against the competitive advantage. Creative Culture, intrinsic motivation, and bureaucratic with Leadership simultaneously had a significant influence on the performance of the BSC.

This study focuses on employee motivation at PT. Bumi Bangka Belitung Sejahtera. This study applies Herzberg's two-factor theory, which is trying to find the influence between motivator factor variables and hygiene factor variables on employee work motivation. This study uses quantitative methods with survey techniques, namely by using questionnaire distribution techniques. The research subjects were employees at PT. Bumi Bangka Belitung Prosperous. Processing data using multiple regression methods, to find the significance of the relationship between research variables. The results of the study were able to answer hypothesis testing, namely, there was a significance of the relationship between motivator factors and hygiene factors with employee motivation. The results of hypothesis testing indicate that there is a strong relationship between motivator factors on employee work motivation with a correlation value of 0.855 or 85.5% and the relationship of hygiene factors to employee motivation with a correlation value of 0.940 or 94.0%. The significance of the relationship proves that motivators are able to create employee satisfaction and the significance of the relationship between hygiene factors causes employees to feel less satisfied with the factors included in hygiene. The conclusion of this study proves that the better the attention to motivator factors will increase employee motivation which determines satisfaction and neglect of hygiene factors will increasingly cause employee motivation to decline and cause dissatisfaction. Attention to work motivation of employees will be able to enrich employees to develop the organization

This study aims to examine the effect of the organizational image, pricing, service quality on student satisfaction, the sample in this study were 193 students. Path analysis is used to test the relationship between variables in the form of causality. The results of the study concluded that there were significant effects of organizational image variables, pricing, and service quality simultaneously on student satisfaction. However, partial testing shows that the only service has a significant effect on student satisfaction. The results of this study should be a reference for researchers who will conduct further research. In addition, it is also necessary to learn more about other independent and bound variables to examine.
