Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive, PowerPoint-based learning media integrated with instructional videos, focusing on the topic of student ethics toward teachers at MTs Miftahussudur. The study was motivated by the prevailing reliance on lecture-based methods in Islamic Religious Education, which resulted in low student engagement and comprehension, particularly regarding topics involving the affective domain. The research employed the Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE model, comprising the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were eighth-grade students at MTs Miftahussudur. Data collection techniques included questionnaires and learning outcome tests (pre-test and post-test). The results indicate that the developed learning media received a highly positive response from students, achieving an average score of 91.25%, which falls into the "excellent" category. Furthermore, a significant improvement in learning outcomes was observed, with the average score rising from 66.40 on the pre-test to 88.75 on the post-test. Integrating PowerPoint media with instructional videos, simulations, quizzes, and reflection activities enhanced student engagement and facilitated the internalization of ethical values in a more concrete and contextual manner. Consequently, the developed learning media is deemed effective, practical, and suitable for use in Islamic Religious Education instruction.

Abstract

This study examines the role of the Minangkabau Student Association (IMAMI) at Teuku Umar University as a social safety net and guardian of the cultural identity of the Minangkabau community in West Aceh. Using an ethnographic approach with participatory observation techniques, in-depth interviews, and documentation, the research was conducted during May-June 2026. The theories used include Robert D. Putnam's Social Capital, Emile Durkheim's Social Solidarity, and Stuart Hall's Cultural Identity. The results of the study show that IMAMI carries out three main functions: as a social safety net through trust, social networks, and social norms as a guardian of cultural identity, through the preservation of Minangkabau values, and as a cultural space that allows identity negotiation in the multicultural context of West Aceh. IMAMI is interpreted by its members as a 'second family' that provides a sense of security, solidarity, and the continuity of Minangkabau culture in a land of exile. Keywords: Put the keywords here

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the Java-1 Power National Strategic Project (PSN) policy and its implications for the socio-economic conditions of fishing communities in Cilamaya Wetan District, Karawang Regency. This study employed a qualitative approach using literature review and document analysis methods. Data were collected from government policy documents, statistical data, company reports, scientific articles, and other relevant sources. The findings indicate that Java-1 Power contributes to strengthening national energy security while also generating socio-economic implications for fishing communities. Changes in coastal spatial use have reduced access to fishing grounds, increased operational costs, and encouraged livelihood diversification. These findings suggest that energy infrastructure development produces multidimensional consequences that affect the sustainability of coastal livelihoods. Therefore, stronger community participation, economic empowerment programs, local institutional strengthening, optimization of corporate social responsibility programs, and sustainable coastal environmental monitoring are necessary to balance national development objectives with the protection of local communities.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the subjective well-being (SWB) of students who have experienced toxic relationships. A qualitative approach with a descriptive phenomenological method was used to explore the subjective experiences of six informants consisting of three main informants and three supporting informants. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and non-participant observation. The results showed that after leaving toxic relationships, students experienced increased positive affect, such as feelings of relief, happiness, and self-confidence, healthier cognitive evaluations of life, as well as improved social relationships and spirituality. Social support from friends and family, along with involvement in spiritual activities such as worship, also strengthened the recovery process of subjective well-being. These findings indicate that the integration of affect, cognitive evaluation, social relationships, and spirituality forms an important foundation in the recovery and strengthening of students’ psychological well-being after unhealthy relationships.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of murabahah financing restructuring in Islamic banking based on the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 11/POJK.03/2020 from the perspective of the Islamic legal maxim al-masyaqqah tajlib al-taysīr (hardship begets facility). This research employs a normative legal research method using a statutory approach, a conceptual approach, and an Islamic law approach. The legal materials consist of statutory regulations, fatwas issued by the National Sharia Council–Indonesian Council of Ulama (DSN-MUI), and relevant scholarly literature, which are analyzed qualitatively through legal interpretation techniques. The findings indicate that the implementation of murabahah financing restructuring under POJK No. 11/POJK.03/2020 is carried out through rescheduling, reconditioning, and restructuring mechanisms as a means of protecting customers experiencing financial hardship without eliminating their repayment obligations. From the perspective of the legal maxim al-masyaqqah tajlib al-taysīr, this policy is consistent with the principle of providing legal facilitation (taysīr) in response to genuine hardship (masyaqqah), while upholding the principles of prudence, justice, and public benefit (maṣlaḥah). Furthermore, the restructuring policy supports the realization of maqāṣid al-sharī'ah, particularly the protection of wealth (ḥifẓ al-māl), the sustainability of customers' businesses, and the stability of Islamic banking institutions. Therefore, the implementation of POJK No. 11/POJK.03/2020 possesses not only legal legitimacy under national law but also conforms to the fundamental principles of Islamic economic law in resolving problematic murabahah financing.
