Abstract

This research is motivated by the suboptimal state of Indonesian language learning, low student interest in writing, and students' inability to express ideas or thoughts in written form. This situation is further evidenced by Mid-Semester Assessment (PTS) scores that remain unsatisfactory, with many students scoring below the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM). To address this issue, the researcher conducted a study utilizing the Flipped Classroom learning model. This study aims to determine the effect of the Flipped Classroom model on the topic "The Natural Beauty of My Village" in the Indonesian language subject. This study employed a Pre-Experimental Design, specifically the One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The research was conducted at UPT SDN 03 Koto Baru during the even semester of the 2025/2026 academic year, with a sample consisting of 21 fourth-grade students. Data collection instruments included learning outcome tests (multiple-choice and essays) administered through pretests and posttests. Based on the paired sample t-test results, a significance value of $0.000 < 0.05$ was obtained. Consequently, it can be concluded that the Flipped Classroom learning model has a positive and significant effect on the Indonesian language learning outcomes of fourth-grade students at UPT SDN 03 Koto Baru. Independent learning activities at home proved optimal in saving time, allowing classroom activities to focus on strengthening literacy skills interactively.

Abstract

Pedagogical leadership is a fundamental and determinant aspect of basic education, focusing on accelerating the quality of learning and improving student achievement. This type of leadership relies not only on bureaucratic-administrative managerial competencies in school management, but also prioritizes a strategic vision for creating an effective, innovative, applicable, and fully student-centered teaching climate. This research article aims to analyze and examine in depth the influence of the application of pedagogical leadership on student achievement at SDN 057 North Bengkulu. By applying a descriptive, critical qualitative approach through an in-depth literature review and a review of the school's empirical documents, the analysis strongly indicates that effective pedagogical leadership acts as a primary catalyst in building a conducive academic environment, boosting teacher professionalism and instructional competence in the classroom, and stimulating active student engagement in meaningful learning schemes. The study concluded that there is a significant and linear relationship between strengthening pedagogical leadership implemented by principals and senior teachers and student achievement, ultimately contributing significantly to aggregate educational outcomes.

Abstract

Entrepreneurship in Islam is not merely a profession, but a form of worship and muamalah that requires religious understanding to avoid fraudulent practices. This study aims to examine the concept, implementation, and impact of religious-based entrepreneurship education in shaping student independence. Using a qualitative method with a literature review and school-based case study approach, this research explores the integration of Islamic values into the formal and extracurricular curriculum of Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The results indicate that entrepreneurship education is crucial to implement from high school to higher education levels. Comprehensive and applicable PAI lessons significantly contribute to the internalization of honesty, trustworthiness, justice, and social responsibility. This process successfully stimulates students' interest in Sharia entrepreneurship and develops independence grounded in the Qur'an and the exemplary character of Prophet Muhammad SAW. The implication of this study emphasizes the urgency of integrating Islamic values to foster a generation of entrepreneurs who are both financially competent and morally upright.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the use of picture media in motivating early childhood learning interest, as well as to identify its supporting and inhibiting factors in class B4 at TK Negeri Pembina, Sabangau District. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed. Primary data were collected through observation and interviews with the principal, classroom teacher, and parents. Secondary data were supported by document studies, including lesson plans, student reports, school profiles, and learning activity photographs. Data analysis techniques were conducted through data collection, data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the use of picture media was implemented through three main stages: planning (selecting bright, simple, and relevant pictures while involving children's choices), presentation (displaying one main visual object followed by contextual question-and-answer sessions), and evaluation (assessing fine motor skills through worksheets and expressive language skills in retelling the pictures). This method successfully increased learning interest, characterized by focused attention, high enthusiasm, active participation in class, and the emergence of independent motivation at home. The supporting factors included adequate school visual facilities, teachers' professional competence, and a classroom environment rich in visual stimuli. The inhibiting factor was the children's naturally short attention span, which was successfully overcome by the teacher's intervention through ice-breaking activities, light physical movements, and educational singing.

Abstract

Discussing public awareness of the environment they live in recently can be said to be worrying, but this situation does not occur in the RW.015 Duren Sawit Village environment. This is an interesting topic to discuss, how this could happen, while there are some people who no longer believe that there are villages where the community still plays an active role. What factors exist to create an environment that they call "BERSINAR" (Clean, Healthy, Beautiful, Comfortable, Neat). This research uses normative and empirical methods by collecting interview data, namely to find factors that create a "BERSINAR" environment. The results of this research show that in creating a "BERSINAR" environment, sub-district officials and their staff must play an active role and work in synergy so that high public awareness is created, so there is nothing difficult and it is impossible for a "BERSINAR" environment to be realized.

Abstract

Legal research methodology is not merely a technical sequence for collecting legal materials, but an epistemological instrument that determines the validity, direction, and social usefulness of legal science. This study examines the position, functions, and institutional requirements of legal research methodology in developing legal science in Indonesia. It uses normative legal research with statutory, conceptual, comparative methodological, and interdisciplinary approaches. Primary legal materials include the Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia of 1945, legislation on lawmaking, the national science and technology system, and judicial power. Secondary materials consist of books and verified journal articles published mainly from 2020 to 2026. The analysis applies legal interpretation, conceptual reconstruction, comparison, and synthesis. The findings show that methodology develops legal science through five connected functions: controlling legal validity, constructing concepts and doctrine, explaining the operation of law, evaluating justice and effectiveness, and translating knowledge into legal reform. An integrative model is proposed that combines a normative core, empirical verification, interdisciplinary explanation, digital traceability, ethical accountability, and policy translation. The development of Indonesian legal science therefore requires methodological congruence, transparent research procedures, stronger empirical literacy, reliable digital governance, and institutional standards that protect the prescriptive identity of legal science while remaining responsive to social change.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the utilization of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in improving the efficiency of educational administration, specifically addressing the acute administrative overload faced by teachers. Employing a library research approach with a narrative literature review design, this study analyzed 16 accredited SINTA journal articles published between 2022 and 2026. Data were collected from various databases and analyzed using a thematic-qualitative approach. The results indicate that AI contributes significantly to reducing teachers' administrative burden by 60–80%, accelerating assessment processes, enhancing data accuracy, and transforming educational leadership from conventional models to data-driven digital leadership. Furthermore, AI mitigates extraneous cognitive load, allowing teachers to focus on meaningful pedagogical activities. However, the implementation of AI faces structural challenges, including limited digital infrastructure, suboptimal teacher digital competence, data privacy risks, and potential algorithmic bias. The study concludes that the successful integration of AI in educational administration requires a holistic approach encompassing infrastructure development, human capacity building, ethical governance, and supportive policies. These findings imply the urgent need for national AI ethics guidelines, strengthened digital infrastructure, and continuous training programs for educators to ensure equitable and transparent educational management.

Abstract

This study examines the legal effectiveness of applications for Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations and bankruptcy as mechanisms for collecting debts in Indonesia. The research applies a normative juridical method using statutory, conceptual, and case approaches. Primary legal materials consist of the Indonesian Civil Code, Law Number 37 of 2004, Law Number 4 of 2023, Constitutional Court decisions, Supreme Court circulars, and commercial court decisions. The analysis shows that both procedures create collective enforcement and prevent fragmented executions, but their effectiveness differs. Suspension of Debt Payment Obligations is more suitable when a debtor still has a viable business and creditors need a binding restructuring plan. Bankruptcy is more appropriate when business rescue is no longer realistic and liquidation is required. Their practical effectiveness is reduced by the absence of a substantive insolvency test, strategic petitions, unequal bargaining power, limited disclosure, lengthy asset realization, and low recovery for concurrent creditors. The study proposes a proportional gatekeeping mechanism, stronger good faith examination, transparent creditor voting, independent valuation, and measurable supervision of administrators and receivers.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of the comparative law approach in normative legal research and formulates an operational model that preserves doctrinal rigor while remaining sensitive to institutional, historical, and cultural contexts. The research uses normative legal research with statutory, conceptual, case, historical, and comparative approaches. Primary legal materials consist of legislation and judicial principles, while secondary materials include comparative law scholarship and journal articles published from 2020 to 2026. The materials are analyzed through identification of the legal problem, determination of the tertium comparationis, selection of comparable jurisdictions, contextual description, functional and structural comparison, critical evaluation, and normative synthesis. The study finds that comparative law is not merely the juxtaposition of foreign rules. Its validity depends on equivalent units of comparison, transparent jurisdiction selection, attention to formal and informal institutions, and a reasoned assessment of contextual compatibility. The proposed model consists of six connected stages: problem formulation, comparator design, material verification, contextual reconstruction, evaluative comparison, and controlled legal adaptation. This model enables comparative findings to strengthen interpretation, legal reform, and the development of Indonesian legal scholarship without reducing foreign law to an uncritical source of imitation.

Abstract

This classroom action research aimed to improve the learning outcomes of fifth grade students in Integrated Science and Social Studies (IPAS) through the implementation of the Jigsaw cooperative learning model. The study was conducted at SDN Karangbesuki 4 Malang with 29 students as subjects. The research design followed the Kemmis and McTaggart model consisting of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting stages in two cycles. Data were collected through tests and non-test techniques, including observation and documentation. The results showed that the average score increased from 66.03 in the pre-cycle to 76.03 in Cycle I and 85.14 in Cycle II. The percentage of students achieving mastery also improved from 31.03% in the pre-cycle to 62.07% in Cycle I and 82.76% in Cycle II. These findings indicate that the Jigsaw learning model effectively enhanced student participation, responsibility, and comprehension of biodiversity material. Therefore, the Jigsaw cooperative learning model can be recommended as an alternative strategy to improve IPAS learning outcomes in elementary schools.
