Abstract

The aim of the research is to describe the management of the religious character program at MTs Negeri 2 North Bengkulu. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation and interviews. Data analysis techniques consist of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that planning was carried out to form a special work team known as the religious character program activity work team, implementation was carried out in a scheduled and programmed manner, evaluation results were carried out every six months by all teachers to measure the success of the program created, and inhibiting factors in the process. management, namely the lack of facilities and infrastructure, budgets and the lack of awareness among each student in cultivating religious character. The strategy used in managing the religious character program can be overcome by making a joint commitment with the school, students and parents and providing understanding. knowledge, good role models and good habits.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe an effective strategy for the futsal extracurricular program at SMK Negeri 1 South Bengkulu. The type of research used in this research is qualitative research with a descriptive approach through field research. This method describes phenomena about what is experienced by research subjects, for example behavior, perceptions, motivation, actions, etc. holistically and with words and language in a natural context that utilizes various natural methods. The research results show that in this research there are four focuses that form conclusions. Effective strategies in managing futsal extracurriculars at SMK Negeri 1 South Bengkulu are: 1) Planning extracurricular futsal programs at SMK Negeri 1 South Bengkulu 2) implementing extracurricular futsal programs at SMK Negeri 1 South Bengkulu, 3) Evaluation of extracurricular futsal programs at SMK Negeri 1 Bengkulu South South by the school head is carried out periodically so that what is planned runs well and is in accordance with the school's vision and mission. 4), follow up on the results of the evaluation of the futsal extracurricular program at SMK Negeri 1 South Bengkulu.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of the Panca Jangka Program at Yayasan Darunnajah, aimed at enhancing educational quality and character development among students. The program encompasses five main aspects: academics, religious education, social skills, independence, and health. Utilizing qualitative methods, data was collected through interviews and observations. The findings indicate that the Panca Jangka Program successfully creates a positive learning environment and encourages active student participation. This research is expected to serve as a model for other educational institutions in improving student development programs.

Abstract

The general purpose of this research is to describe the performance of supervisors at the Hidayatullah Putri Hijau Integral Elementary School, in North Bengkulu Regency. The specific aim of this research is the performance of supervisors in teacher academic supervision. managerial supervision of the school principal, evaluation of the results of the implementation of the supervision program and follow-up to the results of the evaluation of the implementation of the supervision program. The method in this research is descriptive qualitative. The research subject was the supervisor of Elementary School. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques go through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the performance of school supervisors needs to be substantially improved in the areas of supervision, evaluation and follow-up of supervisory programs to further support the development of teacher and school principal competency. The general conclusion in this research is that the performance of school supervisors still needs to be improved in various aspects to support the development of teacher and school principal competencies more effectively. Suggestions for supervisors to improve their abilities in planning, organizing, budgeting and evaluating supervisory programs.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of managerial leadership and the availability of digital facilities on teacher professional competence. This study used an associative quantitative approach. The study population was 78 teachers who were members of KKG in Gugus XV Lubuklinggau City. The sampling technique was carried out using saturated sampling technique with a research sample of 78 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Determination test analysis (R2). Research results 1) There is an influence of managerial leadership on the professional competence of teachers by 12.8%. 2) There is an influence of the availability of digital facilities on the professional competence of teachers by 26.8%. 3) There is an influence of managerial leadership and the availability of digital facilities together on the professional competence of teachers by 32.2%. While the other 67.8% is influenced by other factors such as educational background, motivation, work experience and knowledge.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyse the evaluation of the Social Emotional Learning program in overcoming bullying cases at SMP Negeri Sidoharjo, Musi Rawas Regency. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. The population in this study were students of SMP Negeri Sidoharjo, Musi Rawas Regency. The sampling technique was carried out using purposive sampling technique, the sample of this study was 78 people. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques using Ideal and Standard deviation ideal. The results of this study 1) Context evaluation of SEL programme in Sidoharjo State Junior High School shows that this programme has the potential to reduce bullying cases.2) Evaluation of SEL programme inputs is essential to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the programme. By understanding the existing inputs, schools can make improvements and enhancements to ensure the SEL programme runs effectively in addressing bullying issues. 3) The process evaluation of the SEL programme provides a clearer picture of how the programme works on the ground. 4) Product evaluation of SEL programmes is essential to measure the long-term impact of the programme.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the management of the Scout extracurricular program in improving students' non-academic achievements at SMA Negeri Megang Sakti. The research method used is a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. The results show that the management of the Scout extracurricular program includes systematic planning, effective organization, and continuous evaluation, which impacts students' discipline, leadership, and teamwork. This study provides insights for schools in optimizing extracurricular programs to support students' non-academic achievements.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri 5 Lubuklinggau, focusing on teacher readiness, challenges, and its impact on the learning process. The research subjects consist of the principal, teachers, and students who are directly involved in the curriculum implementation. This study employs a qualitative approach using a case study method. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana model. The findings indicate that while teachers understand the theoretical concepts of the Independent Curriculum, they still face difficulties in preparing teaching modules, applying differentiated instruction, and conducting formative assessments. The main challenges include limited time, lack of practical training, and minimal mentoring. The positive impact observed includes increased student engagement and creativity, although the key challenges remain to be addressed. The study recommends practice-based training, direct classroom mentoring, and the strengthening of teacher communities.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between financial management, infrastructure availability, and learning service quality in Mukomuko Vocational High Schools using a quantitative correlational approach. Data from purposively selected teachers were collected via questionnaires and analyzed with multiple linear regression. Findings show that effective financial management enhances learning services through efficient budgeting and better facilities. Adequate infrastructure fosters a conducive learning environment and improves learning effectiveness. Transparent financial management and optimal infrastructure development are key to enhancing vocational education quality

Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the implementation of the principal's transformational leadership in increasing teacher learning creativity at Yunior high school Muara Lakitan, Musi Rawas Regency. Researchers used a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection methods use observation, interviews, documentation. Data were analyzed using an interactive model method with stages of data reduction, data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that the principal has confidence in creating school programs to realize the school's vision and mission and can be confident that he and teachers can innovate in implementing the independent curriculum. The individual consideration carried out by the school principal accepts ideas and facilitates teachers to be creative in learning by providing media and learning materials, computers, lcd, WiFi, adding to the library collection. The principal motivates teachers to practice creativity in learning by forming a teacher learning community, sharing good practices with colleagues and providing examples of cultivating the value of discipline in work, and the principal gives teachers the opportunity to design creative learning media and compete in them, conducting teacher creativity assessments. and giving awards to creative teachers.
