Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of the role of the driving teacher in mobilising the learning community at Public Elementary School 36 Lubuklinggau. The roles in question are learning leader, activator of the community of practice, coach for other teachers, collaborator between teachers, and realising student leadership. This research is a qualitative study using interviews, observation and documentation for data collection. The stages of data management began with data collection, reduction, and conclusion. The conclusion of the research is that the driving teacher has implemented all of his roles, namely as a learning leader, a community of practitioners, a coach for other teachers, a collaborator between teachers and a teacher who embodies student leadership to move the learning community in various forms such as initiators in curriculum preparation, providing coaching to other teachers, initiating various activities in the learning community, involving students in classroom and school leadership

Abstract

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to describe the implementation of school-based management in managing the independent curriculum at SMP Negeri 8 Lubuklinggau. The design used in this research is qualitative research. The resource persons in this study amounted to 3 people, consisting of 1 principal, 2 teachers. The data collection technique is interview technique. Data analysis used is data reduction, data display and conslusion drawing verification. Research results 1) The curriculum planning process can be adjusted to the needs and characteristics of students and the school environment. The implementation of MBS in independent curriculum planning cannot be separated from various challenges, such as limited resources, lack of teacher capacity, and changes in school culture. 2) The process of implementing the Independent Curriculum can be more effective and in accordance with the characteristics of students and the school environment. The Independent Curriculum provides high flexibility for schools in designing learning. 3) The evaluation carried out in the MBS context focuses more on real student learning outcomes, both in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. This is in line with the objectives of the Merdeka Curriculum to develop a holistic Pancasila learner profile. 4) The inhibiting factor in the implementation of School-Based Management (SBM) implementation is the lack of knowledge of education personnel about School-Based Management (SBM).

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to describe the conditions: the admission system for new students, the implementation of the introduction period to the school environment and the placement of new students at SD Negeri 48 and 58 Lubuklinggau. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method through data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. The research subjects are principals, teachers and parents of students. The results of the study showed; The PPDB system has eliminated the calistung test, the accuracy of schools determining the path and quota of study groups and the implementation of an integrated web in the registration process. SD Negeri 48 Lubuklinggau has not yet socialized the flow, requirements and guidelines of PPDB through various media; In MPLS, there is minimal active participation of parents/guardians; The placement of students in the classroom uses an integration function (age, gender or registration order).

Abstract

The purpose of this study compares the implementation of the Mobilizing School Program at SMAN 1 Muara Beliti and SMAN Sumber Harta in Musi Rawas District, focusing on five aspects: school leadership, teacher pedagogical competencies, student character, learning environment, and supporting and hindering factors of the program. The research employs a comparative study method with a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results indicate that both schools implement student-centered leadership and are actively engaged in professional development but with different approaches. The principal of SMAN 1 Muara Beliti emphasizes monitoring teaching quality, while the principal of SMAN Sumber Harta focuses more on teacher mentoring. In terms of pedagogical competencies, teachers at both schools apply differentiated learning, with SMAN 1 Muara Beliti utilizing more learning strategies and technologies, whereas SMAN Sumber Harta prioritizes a personal approach. Student character highlights religious and national values, with varying program emphases. The learning environment in both schools demonstrates high enthusiasm despite socio-economic challenges, supported by parents and stakeholders. Overall, the implementation of the Mobilizing School Program in both schools positively impacts the improvement of educational quality, although challenges regarding budget and resources persist.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate disciplinary standards and obstacles experienced through the implementation of school rules in SMP Negeri 23 South Bengkulu. This study used a descriptive evaluation study approach. This research data was obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are reducing data, presenting data, and inferring data. The results showed that the evaluation of student discipline through the implementation of discipline is the habituation of school rules to students related to school entrance matters, student obligations, student prohibitions, clothing matters and sanctions, teachers become models so that students imitate what teachers do, and condition students to obey school rules and provide reprimands and sanctions for students who violate school rules. The obstacles encountered are teachers who cannot bear to give punishment to students, lack of awareness of students to obey the rules schooling, lack of parental attention and concern for children, and low family economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis manajemen pembiayaaan di SD Negeri 2 Sungai Baung dan MI  Nurul Iman Lubuk Kemang pada aspek perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, pengawasan dan pelaporan pembiayaan di sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif  dengan pendekatan studi perbandingan. Penelitian dilakukan di SD Negeri 2 Sungai Baung dan MI Nurul Iman Lubuk Kemang Kecamatan Rawas Ulu. Data penelitian didapatkan dari hasil observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan, maka dapat disimpulkan beberapa hal, antara lain: (1) Perencanaan Pembiayaan pada SD Negeri 2 Sungai Baung dan MI Nurul Iman Lubuk Kemang di Kecamatan Rawas Ulu membuat RKS dan RKAS yang memuat RAPBS dengan melibatkan stakeholders sekolah dan belum melibatkan  tokoh masyarakat, alumni, pengusaha, anggota profesi; (2) Kedua Sekolah Dasar telah melakukan pengorganisasian pembiayaan yang baik; (3) Pelaksanaan pembiayaan pendidikan sesuai dengan perencanaan yang telah disusun; (4) Sekolah Dasar Negeri 2 Sungai Baung dan MI Nurul Iman Lubuk Kemang di Kecamatan Rawas Ulu menyusun RKS dan RKAS yang di dalamnya memuat RAPBS; (5) Pelaporan Pembiayaan pada SD Negeri 2 Sungai Baung dan MI Nurul Iman Lubuk Kemang di kecamatan Rawas Ulu dilakukan dengan mulai dari penyusunan keuangan sesuai dengan peraturan dan pembiayaan disusun secara rutin setiap tahun

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) keefektifan komite sekolah dalam membuat komitmen masyarakat terhadap pendidikan bermutu untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.       (2) keefektifan komite sekolah dalam bekerja sama dengan masyarakat dan pemerintah untuk menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang berkualitas. (3) efektivitas komite sekolah dalam memberikan pertimbangan dan rekomendasi kepada sekolah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan.  (4) keefektifan komite sekolah dalam mendorong orang tua dan masyarakat untuk berpartisipasi dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. (5) efektivitas komite sekolah dalam mengawasi kebijakan program dan penyelenggaraan sekolah untuk meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. (6) keefektifan kinerja komite sekolah dalam menyelenggarakan pendidikan yang bermutu. Jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian evaluasi. Subjek penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, ketua panitia dan wakil panitia SD Negeri 7 Bingin Teluk, orang tua siswa SD Negeri 7 Bingin Teluk. Hasil penelitian sebagai berikut: (1) Memberi motivasi, sosialisasi, saran. Dilarang mengumpulkan dana. Meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan. Menyampaikan program sekolah. (2) Mengakomodasi aspirasi dan keluhan. (3) Memberikan saran tentang proses manajemen pendidikan, jumlah guru, pemantauan guru dan pegawai staf. Sarankan sekolah untuk mengirim guru untuk menghadiri seminar, pelatihan dan lokakarya. Secara langsung mengontrol, memberikan gambaran tentang proses pembelajaran. Terlibat dalam perencanaan prasarana dan sarana. Beri ide pada draf. (4) Sosialisasi. Komunikasi. Mengakomodasi dan menganalisis aspirasi masyarakat. Mengevaluasi dan mengontrol kebijakan pendidikan.              (5) Memantau anggaran pendidikan sekolah, dan mengevaluasinya. Mengakomodasi dan menganalisis aspirasi. (6) Evaluasi kinerja. Melihat dan berinteraksi langsung semua kondisi. Sebagai mediator.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan evaluasi program pembelajaran BPI di SDIT Insan KamilKaur dengan model CIPP (Evaluasi conteks, input, proses dan produk). Penelitian ini merupakan studi evaluatifdengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek penelitian adalah Waka Kurikulum dan Guru BPI SDIT Insan Kamil Kaur.Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkanbahwa evaluasi contek dimulai dari analisa kebutuhan, landasan dan program kurikulum yang sudah memenuhistandar JSIT. Evaluasi input guru, siswa dan sarana prasarana yang sudah memadai, evaluasi proses pelaksanaanberjalan sesuai dengan program pembelajaran yang dibuat dan sesuai dengan yang telah direncanakan dan evaluasiproduc yang sudah mencapai capaian ketuntasan minimum sekolah dari aspek pengetahuan nam dari aspek sikapbelum tercapai. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang menjadi penghambat program pembelajaran BPI di SDIT InsanKamil diantaranya adalah pembiayaan selama proses pemenuhan mutu dan sarana dalam proses meningkatkan mutuSDM yang belum memenuhi kriteria, belum sepenuhnya bersinergi dengan orang tua dan system pembagiankelompok pembelajaran yang belum merata.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the standardization of the MAS Islamic Center North Sumatra biology laboratory in supporting the implementation of the independent curriculum. This research is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The subjects targeted for this research were the head of the laboratory, laboratory managers, biology study teachers, students and biology laboratory infrastructure at the MAS Islamic Center, North Sumatra. Data collection techniques use observation sheets, questionnaires, interview guides and documentation. The results of research on the standardization of the carrying capacity of biological laboratory infrastructure have an average of 87.5% with a very good classification, the standardization of the carrying capacity of facilities has an average percentage of 90.15% with a very good classification, the standardization of laboratory personnel has a percentage of 66.66% in the good category, standardization of management Biology laboratories based on the competencies and sub-competencies possessed by the head of the biology laboratory have a percentage of 85.16%, which is included in the very good classification. The implementation of the independent learning curriculum based on learning principles and assessment principles has good criteria with a percentage of 72.6%. Overall, the MAS Islamic Center North Sumatra biology laboratory has good category standards, the laboratory management is future-oriented by digitizing information so that the MAS Islamic Center North
