Abstract

The general purpose of this research is to evaluate the discipline of supervisors of English subjects at senior high school at South Bengkulu. While the specific objectives are to evaluate the discipline of supervisors in: a) compiling a pengawasan program, b) implementing a pengawasan program, c) evaluating the results of pengawasan, d) preparing a supervisory report and e) following up on the results of pengawasan.This research method is descriptive evaluative research. The results of this study are: General. The discipline of the English subject supervisor at Senior High School of Suth Bengkulu was categorized as "very good". This is reflected in the indicators and sub-indicators contained in specific conclusions as follows: a) Discipline in terms of the preparation of the annual work program, semester work program and preparation of RPP, is very good. b) Discipline in the implementation of the annual program and semester work program is very good. c) Discipline in the implementation of program evaluation, evaluation of the implementation of supervision and evaluation after the implementation of supervision is good. d) Discipline in reporting the results of monitoring activities ranging from monthly reports to semester reports to annual reports is very good. and e) Discipline in following up on findings during the implementation of supervision is very good

Abstract

, the purpose of this study is to describe; the process of the teacher professional development program which includes; program planning, program implementation, follow-up and obstacles to the professional development program for teachers at State Senior High School 3 Bengkulu Selatan. This analysis technique basically consists of three components, namely data reduction, data presentation, and description and sentence verification. The results of this study are; (1) The planning of the teacher professional development program exists but has not been fully implemented, (2) The implementation of the teacher professional development program has not yet been implemented in accordance with the existing program. (3) There is a follow-up to the teacher professional development program at South Bengkulu State Senior High School 3, but it does not have a positive impact on the implementation of the teacher professional development program. (4) The factors inhibiting the teacher professional development program are; (a) external factors, and (b) internal factors. As a follow-up to the research on the implementation of the teacher professional development program at South Bengkulu 3 Senior High School, namely; There needs to be a revision of the formulation and scheduling of teacher professional development programs to run in accordance with the targets to be achieved

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the school management innovation in improving the quality of education in Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) South Bengkulu. This research used qualitative method. Data collecting technique through the observation, documentation, and interview which were tested by triangulation. The result of this research showed that the school management innovation in improving the quality of education in MAN of South Bengkulu was the students dormitory building.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendiskripsikan pengelolaan kurikulum merdeka di SDN 12 Bengkulu Tengah dengan menggunakan metode pengumpulan data dan analisis kualitatif. Narasumber dipilih berdasarkan keterlibatannya dalam pengelolaan kurikulum merdeka. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen.Hasil penelitian mencakup temuan penting. Perencanaan melibatkan tim penerapan kurikulum, analisis konteks, dan identifikasi Kurikulum Merdeka. Pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan memberdayakan guru dalam penjadwalan dan pembagian tugas. Pelaksanaan melibatkan pengawasan oleh kepala sekolah melalui rapat briefing. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pemeriksaan dokumen, wawancara, dan supervisi kelas. Rencana tindak lanjut dilakukan setelah evaluasi.Faktor pendukung meliputi Program Sekolah Penggerak, Platform Merdeka Mengajar, kerja sama tim, kualifikasi pendidikan guru, tenaga ahli, serta sarana dan prasarana yang memadai. Namun, faktor penghambat meliputi penerapan yang mendadak, pengetahuan guru yang kurang, dan kurangnya stabilitas sinyal internet.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the strategies of school principals in improving the professional competence of teachers in North Bengkulu 50 Public Junior High School. Research using descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were school principals and teachers at North Bengkulu 50 Public Junior High School. Research data obtained from observations, interviews and documentation. Research data analysis includes data reduction , data presentation, verification and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the principal's strategy in increasing the professional competence of teachers in North Bengkulu 50 Public Junior High School was especially good, but the principal needed to find a better and more appropriate strategy for increasing professional competence in the aspect of lesson planning, especially in increasing mastery of learning material, structure , scientific concepts and mindsets that support the subjects being taught.

Abstract

Institutional variables are indispensable tools for attaining educational goals in Colleges of Education. This study examined institutional variables as determinants of lecturers’ job performance in Kwara State Colleges of Education. The study adopted a descriptive survey of correlational type. Two research questions and one hypothesis were raised to guide the study. The population of the study consisted of two hundred and fifteen respondents using Research Advisors. The researcher instruments used were titled Institutional Variables Questionnaire (IVQ) and Lecturers’ Job Performance Questionnaire (LJPQ) were used to collect data for the study. Mean, Standard deviation and Pearson Product-Moment Correlation Statistics were used to analyze the data. The findings of the study revealed that the level of lecturers’ job performance was high in Kwara State Colleges of Education. There was a significant relationship between relationship between institutional variables and lecturers’ job performance in Kwara State Colleges of Education. It was recommended among others that the management of Kwara State Colleges of Education should supply essential and modern library facilities for lecturers and students so that effective teaching and learning will be improved upon.

Abstract

- The purpose of the study was to describe financial management in increasing school independence at SMP IT PGRI Lubuklinggau. The research design used is a qualitative research method using a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were the principal, treasurer and vice principal of the curriculum. Data collection techniques are done by interview techniques that will be analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study are 1) Existing budget preparation has been going well although there is still no teacher participation in budget preparation and lack of evaluation of budget implementation. 2) Financial budget bookkeeping is carried out systematically and structured in recording the receipt and expenditure of education funds. 3) Examination of the financial budget in the form of supervision and inspection. Supervision is carried out by the principal while the inspection is carried out from two directions, namely from the school and also from the Financial Audit Agency (BPK) and is carried out once a semester. 4) Funding independence has gone well. SMP IT PGRI Lubuklinggau has optimized funding sources from entrepreneurship and partnership. Funds obtained from Entrepreneurship are canteen rent and school cooperatives. While the Partnership is a voluntary donation of alumni and grant funds from PGRI Lubuklinggau University.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the readiness of facilities and infrastructure in implementing the independent curriculum at Sumber Harta State Junior High School. The research design is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The subject of this research is the principal who is the main informant. As complementary information, the research subjects were the vice principal and teachers. The data collection technique is an interview which is analyzed by data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study 1) The facilities and infrastructure needed in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum are quite adequate with a percentage of needs that have not been fulfilled only 10%. 2) The availability of facilities and infrastructure is good and quite complete because there are various facilities and infrastructure that can support learning. 3) The gap between the available facilities and infrastructure and those needed in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum is only 10%. The school is ready to implement the Merdeka Curriculum and is also one of the driving schools in Musi Rawas Regency. 4) Obstacles and challenges in terms of facilities and infrastructure in implementing the Merdeka Curriculum lie in the insufficient number of computers, laboratories, or library books to meet the needs of all students. Existing facilities and infrastructure may not be evenly distributed to all classes or subjects.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the effect of organizational culture and pedagogical competence on the performance of SMPN teachers in Muara Beliti sub-district. Associative quantitative research type. The study population was 80 people. The sampling technique was carried out with saturated sampling technique, where the number of samples used in this study was 80 people. Data analysis techniques are simple regression analysis, multiple regression analysis, Determination Test (R2) and F Test. The conclusion of this study 1) There is an influence of organizational culture on performance of 12.8 or 12.8%. In other words, Organizational Culture has a contribution of 12.8% in shaping the level of Teacher Performance. 2) There is an effect of Pedagogic competence on teacher performance of 26.8 or 26.8% Pedagogic competence has a contribution of 26.8% in shaping the level of Teacher Performance. 3) There is an influence of organizational culture and pedagogical competence on the performance of SMPN teachers in Muara Beliti sub-district by 32.2 or equal to 32.2%. This figure means that the Organizational Culture variable (X1) and the availability of Pedagogical Competence (X2) simultaneously (together) affect the Teacher Performance variable (Y) by 32.2% While the rest (100% - 32.2% = 67.8%) is influenced by other variables outside of this regression equation or variables not examined.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the implementation of academic supervision with the 360 degree method to improve teachers' learning management skills at SD Negeri 2 Wonosari Kec. Megang Sakti Kab. Musi Rawas. The type of research used is school action research. The subjects of this study were 3 class teachers, namely class 1, III and V teachers. The data collection technique is observation or direct observation. The conclusions of the research are 1) The implementation of 360-degree academic supervision has a significant impact on improving teachers' lesson planning skills. This method proved effective in providing comprehensive and constructive feedback, so that teachers can identify areas that need improvement and develop better learning practices. 2) Implementing 360-degree academic supervision is the right step in improving education quality. This method has proven effective in improving teachers' skills, learning quality and the school environment. However, continuous efforts need to be made to overcome the challenges and improve the effectiveness of the supervision program. 3) The implementation of 360-degree academic supervision has shown positive results in improving teachers' learning evaluation skills. However, continuous efforts are needed to overcome the existing challenges and ensure the sustainability of this program. With support from various parties, it is expected that the quality of learning in schools can continue to improve.
