Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan program sistem kredit poin pelanggaran tata tertib untuk meningkatkan disiplin siswa di SMPN 1 Muara Lakinan Kabupaten musi Rawas dihat aspek perencanaan, penerapan dan implikasinya. Peneliti menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode interatif model dengan tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data, verifikasi dan penarikan simpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perencanaan sistem kredit poin pelanggaran di susun oleh tim, di sosialisasikan pada warga sekolah dan disyahkan oleh komite dan kepala sekolah. Penerapan sism kredit poin melibatkan waksek kesiswaan, guru bimbingan konseling, wali kelas dan guru, pelanggaran siswa ringan, sedang dan berat masih dilakukan sebagian kecil siswa, pemberin sanksi sesuai dengan jenis pelanggaran dan poin yang diperoleh dan penerapan sanksi dilakukan secara adil dan objektif. Implikasi penerapan sistem kredit poin pelanggaran dapat meningkatkan disiplin yang ditunjukkan dengan menurunkan pelanggaran tata tertib oleh siswa. Saran kepada kepala sekolah dapat mengevaluasi secara rutin pelanggaran yang dilakukan siswa dan memberikan sanksi yang lebih kreatif dan mendidik sehingga menimbulkan penyadaran akan budaya disiplin.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum in the transformation of school management. This research approach is descriptive quantitative with a survey method. The subjects of this study were principals and teachers in Musi Rawas Regency. The data collection technique was a questionnaire in the form of a Google form. The result of this study is that in the implementation of Merdeka Curriculum, school management transformation occurs, which includes curriculum and learning management transformation, learner management transformation, educator and education personnel management transformation, facilities and infrastructure management transformation, and school environment management transformation, which varies according to the indicators of each dimension.

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to describe the conditions: the admission system fornew students, the implementation of the introduction period to the schoolenvironment and the placement of new students at SD Negeri 48 and 58Lubuklinggau. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method through datacollection techniques in the form of interviews, observations, anddocumentation. The research subjects are principals, teachers and parents ofstudents. The results of the study showed; The PPDB system has eliminated thecalistung test, the accuracy of schools determining the path and quota of studygroups and the implementation of an integrated web in the registration process.SD Negeri 48 Lubuklinggau has not yet socialized the flow, requirements andguidelines of PPDB through various media; In MPLS, there is minimal activeparticipation of parents/guardians; The placement of students in the classroomuses an integration function (age, gender or registration order).

Abstract

The purpose of the research is to find out the school planning based on the education report card, the implementation of school planning based on the education report card in the sc hool mover program, as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of school planning based on the education report card in the school program at the Sumber Harta State Junior High School, Musi Rawas Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach and a descriptive type of research. The data source of this research is the principal, vice president of curriculum, operator and teachers. Data collection techniques are in the form of interviews, observations, and documentation. Research results: 1). School planning based on education report cards is one of the best programs in SMP Negeri Sumber Harta to improve the quality of education. 2). The implementation of education report card-based planning in the implementation of school mover program at SMPN Sumber Harta has been well implemented by including aspects of problem identification, reflection, improvement, and activities. 3). Supporting factors in the implementation of education report card-based planning in the school mover program at SMP Negeri Sumber Harta include full support from the principal and school human resource management, data and information quality, and education policies. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors include lack of training and skills, limited resources, inaccurate data, resistance to change, teaching and training tools

Abstract

The objectives of this research are 1) Describe innovations in PAI learning planning in the implementation of PAI learning at Baitul A'la Islamic Elementary School, Lubuklinggau. 2) Describe the Implementation of PAI Learning Innovations in the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Baitul A'la Islamic Elementary School, Lubuklinggau; 3) Describe student learning outcomes regarding PAI learning innovations in the implementation of the Independent Curriculum at Baitul A'la Islamic Elementary School, Lubuklinggau. This research method is a qualitative descriptive study. Data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Supporting subjects in this research were the school principal, deputy principal for curriculum, PAI teachers and educational staff. Research results: First, teachers design creative learning and look for ideas for implementing learning in class. This can be done by using quiziz as a learning medium to improve student learning outcomes in addition to using varied learning videos which are expected to increase interest and motivation to learn. student. Second, implementing Islamic Religious Education Learning Innovations, all Islamic Religious Education teachers make learning videos to attract students' interest during the learning process. Third, Third, in terms of learning outcomes regarding learning innovation, students must achieve the Learning Goal Achievement Criteria (KKTP) with the predicate of having developed and this requires good cooperation between all teachers and school principals.

Abstract

This research examines the implementation of the Panca Jiwa Program at the Annakhil Darunnajah Islamic Boarding School 6 Mukomuko, Bengkulu, which includes five main values: sincerity, simplicity, independence, ukhuwah Islamiyah, and freedom. Through qualitative methods, it was found that these values ​​were implemented through student activities, OSDA, and graduate service. Support from all elements of the lodge and routine activities are the main supporting factors, even though there are obstacles to limited resources and consistency of implementation. As a result, the Panca Jiwa Program is effective in shaping the character of students, but evaluation and monitoring need to be improved to optimize the program.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the role of school principals in the management of the Independent curriculum at SD Negeri 64 Lubuklinggau. The research uses a descriptive qualitative method. The research subjects were principals and teachers at SD Negeri 64 Lubuklinggau. Data collection by interview, observation and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique begins with data collection and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the role of school principals in the management of the independent curriculum runs in accordance with the stages, namely curriculum planning, curriculum implementation, curriculum evaluation, and follow-up of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 64 Lubuklinggau, and has a significant impact on improving the quality of learning, especially in terms of improving student competence, both in the academic and character fields. The successful management of the independent curriculum also shows an increase in student involvement in the learning process, an increase in critical thinking skills, and the strengthening of the values of the Pancasila Student Profile in the school environment. However, there is still a need for improvement and improvement in certain parts to be able to maximize the management of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 64 Lubuklinggau.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformational Kepala Sekolah dan Komitmen guru terhadap Kinerja Guru dalam Inovasi Pembelajaran di SMP Negeri Kota Lubuklinggau. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 82 orang guru SMP di Kota Lubuklinggau. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Gaya kepemimpinan transformational kepala sekolah berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja guru dalam inovasi pembelajaran di SMP Negeri Kota Lubuklinggau, dibuktikan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, yaitu 4.468 > 0,677. Komitmen guru berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja guru dalam inovasi pembelajaran di SMP Negeri Kota Lubuklinggau, dibuktikan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, yaitu 1.177 > 0,677. Gaya kepemimpinan transformational kepala sekolah berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen guru dalam inovasi pembelajaran di SMP Negeri Kota Lubuklinggau, dibuktikan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel, yaitu 3.130 > 0,677Gaya kepemimpinan transformational kepala sekolah secara simultan berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap Komitmen guru dalam inovasi pembelajaran di SMP Negeri Kota Lubuklinggau, dibuktikan nilai fhitung sebesar = 9.956 lebih besar dari nilai ftabel = 2,72.

Abstract

IMPLEMENTATION OF THE 5S PROGRAM (SEIRI, SEITON, SEISO, SEIKETSU, SHITSUKE) AT SMKN 6 REJANG LEBONG DWI KURNIAWAN Thesis, Master's Program in Educational Administration, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Bengkulu, 2025, 99 pages. ABSTRACT This study aims to describe the implementation of the 5S program at SMKN 6 Rejang Lebong, covering planning, implementation, evaluation, and follow-up in fostering an industrial work culture within the school environment. This research employs a descriptive qualitative method using interviews, observations, and documentation techniques. Data analysis is conducted using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman. The findings indicate that the 5S program was initiated through industry collaboration, however challenges remain in ensuring consistent student adherence. Evaluation is carried out through audits and supervision, while follow-up actions include strengthening socialization efforts and improving facilities. In conclusion, the success of the 5S program depends on the commitment of all school members, clear policies, and collaboration with industry. Therefore, a more intensive strategy is required to instill an industrial work culture effectively in the school environment. Abstract

This study analyzes the development strategy of the Special Job Placement Program (BKK) at SMK Negeri 3 Bengkulu Selatan using the SWOT method. The analysis shows that the program’s strengths lie in its qualified human resources, industry-based curriculum, strong business collaborations, and supporting facilities like the E-BKK Online platform. However, weaknesses remain, such as limited administrator training, a shortage of industry-certified teachers, and inadequate industrial-standard facilities. Opportunities include industrial growth, government policy support, and rising demand for skilled vocational graduates. Meanwhile, the program faces threats such as rapid technological changes, bureaucratic hurdles, limited funding, and competition from other schools. To optimize the program, it is crucial to leverage strengths and opportunities by maximizing the E-BKK platform, enhancing industry partnerships, updating curricula, upgrading facilities, and providing continuous human resource training. Regular evaluation and policy improvements are essential to maintain graduates' competitiveness. The BKK program plays a vital role in bridging graduates to the workforce, reducing unemployment, fostering entrepreneurship, and supporting economic development at both local and national levels.
