Abstract

Competence of a teacher should have been obtained when studying in college. However, college students or preservice teachers feel lack of competence during their study in college. It is important for colleges to provide a learning experience for students to have competence in teaching before they become a teacher. Sport Education (SE) has its own uniqueness because in its implementation, it can directly include several learning models as a provision to teach students when becoming a teacher. The purpose of this study was to determine the enjoyment of students using SE based on the characteristics of SE, increased skills and understanding of sports, and the pleasure of using SE. This research uses survey type of descriptive methods. Participants of this study are 35 college students who will finish their studies in the eastern part of West Java province. The instrument of this study used the Sport Education Season Survey. Data analyzing techniques employed in this study were descriptive statistics and paired samples t-test. The results of the study stated that college students enjoyed the use of SE based on the characteristics of SE, that college students have increased skills and understanding of sports, and that college students preferred SE compared to conventional learning. Further investigation related to college students teaching skills in the use of SE needs to be conducted.

Abstract

Tennis athletes really need to master the forehand stroke well. A quality forehand technique will give athletes high confidence to be able to play tennis wellThis study aims to determine the effect of drill and elementary exercises in improving the forehand hitting ability of JPOK tennis athletes. The research method used is experimental. The study was conducted as many as 16 times the exercise. The subjects in this study were JPOK student tennis athletes, totaling 16 people. The sampling technique used is total sampling. The research instrument used was the Hewitt tennis achievement test to determine the forehand ability. Analysis of research data using t-score analysis to test the difference in the pre-test and post-test scores. The level of validation value is 0.63 and the level of reliability value is 0.75. The results of this study that both drill and elementary training methods can improve the forehand hitting ability of JPOK tennis athletes. The results of data analysis, drill exercises obtained t-count is greater than t-table 17.60 > 2.365. Forehand only effect, t-count is greater than t-table 8.05 > 2.365. Drill and elementary training methods can be used as exercises to improve tennis athletes' forehand skills. Drill training is known to have more effect on tennis forehand ability

Abstract

A test tool and measurement of shoulder flexibility and developed to be a sports lecturer's guide in teaching courses test and measurement. This research was developed by adapting the Borg & Gall educational research and development model. The development procedure used includes several stages: 1) recognizing the content of the product being developed, 2) developing the initial game product, 3) expert validation, 4) testing field The data analysis technique used in this research is done in two ways, namely quantitative and qualitative. The subjects of this study were students of the sport science faculty in the test and measurement subject. The resulting product has been evaluated by experts, tested and revised and validated by media, material and practitioner experts through a questionnaire consisting of various questions. effectiveness of the product development of digital-based shoulder & wrist test kits has the results of 85% material experts, 96% media experts and 85% by practitioners. The results of field trials show a value of 90% with a very feasible category so that it can be used for use. Thus, it can be stated that the development of digital-based shoulder & wrist test kits is effectively used as the basis for developing science and technology in the field of sports.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the policy of Termination of Football Competitions during the Covid 19 Pandemic which was issued by PSSI for clubs and players. The research was conducted using a qualitative method, where semi-structured interview data were collected from participants, such as data from direct observations of participants and documentation studies. Data analysis was continued using triangulation. The results of this study indicate that the policy of stopping the Football competition during the Covid-19 Pandemic has caused the club to experience financial problems due to the termination of the competition due to the decrease in incoming sponsors, and for players the impact on the economy of all players is disrupted because PSSI recommends each club to giving players only 25% salary, not only in terms of economy, the physical condition/fitness of players is also disrupted due to limited training grounds. Thus, the policy of stopping competition during the Covid-19 pandemic can work again in order to increase the club's finances and regenerate the economy of the entire Indonesian community, especially the economy of the players.

Abstract

Tool and test and measurement of shooting sensor-basedThis research was carried out on athletes from Darul Ulum Fc and Bangsal FC in May 2022. This type of research is a development research with a Research and Development (R&D) from Sugiyono. This research was conducted with this research carried out with 9 stages (1) Research and information collecting, (2) Planning, (3) Develop preliminary form of product, (4) Preliminary field testing, (5) Main product revision, (6) Main field testing, (7) Operational product revision, (8) Operational field testing and (9) Final product. The population in this study used athletes from Darul Ulum FA and Bangsal FC. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the first phase of the trial, which consisted of 15 athletes from Darul Ulum FC and the second phase of the trial, which consisted of 17 Bangsal FC athletes. Furthermore, from the first stage of the trial, which amounted to 15 people, the figure was 93.16% with the Very Eligible criteria, then from the second stage of the trial which amounted to 17 athletes, the figure was 93.52% in the Very Eligible category. Based on the data obtained, the development of a shooting speed measurement tool is declared feasible to be developed as a sensor-based test and shooting.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the e-learning system in practical courses in the Physical Education Department based on psychomotor learning outcomes. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, using a survey design with a cross-sectional type for program evaluation. In this case, the program analyzed for evaluation is online-based learning in practical courses based on psychomotor learning outcomes during the Covid 19 pandemic. Questionnaires, interviews, observations, and documentation were used for the data collection. The results explain students' perceptions of the use of online learning media. The interviews results emphasize the following indicators; 1) readiness, 2) facilities and infrastructure, 3) strategies and models, 4) syntax, 5) response, 6) assessment form, 7) success rate, 8) difficulty, 9) overcoming obstacles, 10) weaknesses and strengths, 11 ) Effectiveness. The research proves that online-based practical learning can be implemented. It is proven by students' and lecturers' perceptions regarding the plan, implementation, and evaluation of psychomotor learning. It has been explained comprehensively, especially for the use of media and evaluation of learning used, which is highly highlighted by students and lecturers. Although there are limitations regarding other supporting facilities and infrastructure, it will be a note for further research using different research methods.

This research was developed by adapting the Borg & Gall educational research and development model. The development procedure used includes several stages: 1) recognizing the content of the product being developed, 2) developing the initial product of the game, 3) expert validation, 4) testing field The data analysis technique used in this research is done in two ways, namely quantitative and qualitative. Based on media trials in the field, the following results were obtained: 1) The media developed was very valid (good) with an average media validation questionnaire by experts of 92.39%. 2) The learning media developed is very practical, by getting a very good response where the average questionnaire is 92.12% which gives a positive response, 3) the E-Book media developed is quite effective, where the completeness of student learning outcomes reaches 87.19 %. From these results, it shows that the animation-based E-Book media that was developed is very feasible to be used in supporting learning activities in the classroom.

Abstract

The trend of running continues to grow and has even become one of the markers of a modern lifestyle. Many branches of the category of extreme distance and endurance began to be competed in the community. Although it is a simple sport, in the endurance category, there are many aspects that affect the physiological, endurance and performance especially marathon and ultramarathon events. The human body forcefully exposed to different levels of injury risk depending on the distance and time traveled during a match from physical to gene and DNA levels. This study systematically summarizes the literature that discusses biomolecular responses and mechanisms shown by the body during marathon and ultramarathon events as a process of maintaining homeostasis and body defense mechanism.
