Abstract

This research uses the Survey Research Method, a quantitative research type approach meaning research that is comparative or different. The population and sample in this study were 17 Indonesian Badminton Elite athletes consisting of male and female athletes. Data collection techniques using tests and measurements: physical condition tests; For leg muscle explosiveness by using a vertical jump measuring instrument and a chronojump. Data analysis using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques, overall data analysis using SPSS version 23. To obtain the results of this study, which is better the result of the explosive power of the leg muscles in Indonesian Badminton athletes using Vertical Jump and Chronojump. The results of this study showed that: There was a difference in the explosive power of the limbs in terms of the use of vertical jump and chronojump tools in  Indonesian Badminton Elite athletes with an average value between the two groups, whereas in the vertical jump group with an average value of  40.91,  the chronojump group with an average value of 45.47. This means that the chronojump group is better than the vertical jump group, this is evidenced by the results of descriptive analysis of the study with an average difference of 4.56. However, further research is recommended to pay attention to other physical factors, athlete psychology, and other factors that affect the achievements of elite Indonesian badminton athletes.

Abstract

The research aims to scientifically determine the effect of hadang game training on dribbling agility. This type of research is experimental design and the research design used is one group pretest-posttest design. This research was carried out in the fields of SDN 81 Rejang Lebong in 2022. The population in this study were futsal extracurricular students at SDN 81 Rejang Lebong. The samples taken in this research were 30 students. The research uses an experimental method where the statistical analysis used in this research is the t test. As for the calculation results between the initial test and the final test, there is a significant influence. The calculation results state that the value of tcount = 23.697 > ttable = 1.699 with a level of α = 0.05, so Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.Based on the results of research conducted, the hadang game has an influence on ball dribbling agility in extracurricular futsal at SDN 81 Rejang Lebong. Futsal extracurricular students' dribbling agility increased after receiving treatment in the form of a game of hadang.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of the Training methods (Plyometrik and Weight Training ) and in terms the high strength of leg muscle and the low strength of leg muscle. Based on the problems, the design of this study was the treatment by the level of 2 x 2. Analysis of variance between the group at a significant level α = 0.05. This study also aims to determine the interaction between exercise and leg muscle strength against to the long jumping squat style skills.This study was done in SMA Pesantren Pancasila, Bengkulu. The sample was consisted of 24 athletes in this study, then divided into four groups, each group consisting of 6 athletes which as the object of this study.The data analysis technique was the analysis of variance of two lanes and then followed by Tukey test with significance level α = 0.05. The results of this study indicate that (1) Overall, the results of long jumping skills to the group that trained with exercise methods of Plyometrik better than the group trained with the type of Weight  Training, (2) There are interactions between the Training methods with leg muscle strength to the results of Long Jumping Squat Style Skills, (3) For those athletes who have high leg muscle strength, the result of long jumping skills through the implementation of exercise methods Plyometrik better than the method of Weight  Training, (4) For those athletes who have low leg muscle strength, the result of long jumping skill through the implementation of Weight Training methods not better than the Training methods of Plyometrik.

Abstract

This study aims to design an electric bell and determine the kinesthetic improvement ability of visually impaired people after using the Dewey Decimal Classification (DDC) listicv bell as an information guide. When a visitor wants to know the braille book, title, location, and classification of Dewey (DDC) then it is necessary to press the DDC bell and it will ring. People with visually impaired disabilities were the subjects of this study, and ten people as the object. Data collection using Tests, interviews, and documentation  is used to collect data. The method used quantitative experiments. In addition, descriptive analysis showed that the average pre-test score was 25.87 and the average post-test score was 21.05. so Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. The results of the study stated that the use of the Dewey electric bell (DDC) by the Bengkulu Provincial Library and Archives Service affected the kinesthetic ability of movement, visual and  motor  recognition of book classifications for the visually impaired.

Abstract

This study aims to improve football dribbling skills in Harapan Bangsa SSB players in Central Bengkulu Regency aged 10-12 years. The research method used is an action research method designed by Kemmis and Mc Taggart. The subjects in this study were 24 SSB Harapan Bangsa players aged 10-12 years. Data collection techniques in this study used football dribbling skills test assessment instruments, field notes, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study used quantitative and qualitative data analysis.This study began with a football dribbling skill test of 24 players, but only 6 players (25%) had effective skills. However, these results are still far from the success criteria set for training. In Cycle I, 8 meetings were held and only 17 players (71%) had effective skills when compared to the success criteria. The research then continued into Cycle II with the addition of playing methods, but only 5 meetings were held because it showed a significant increase, namely 21 players (87.5%) had effective skills. Based on these results, the playing method proved to be effective in the process of improving football dribbling skills. The players looked happy, excited and eager to join the training.

Abstract

This study aims to develop interactive learning media based on Android using the 3D Augmented Reality Visualization application as an innovation of practical and theoretical collaboration in one place in practicum learning, where learning in the 21st century is cross-learning for physical education students in futsal courses in the independent learning era. - independent campus. This study uses the Research and Development (R&D) method which refers to the 4D (four-D) research and development model, namely define, design, develop, and disseminate. The developed Android-based learning media will be tested on students taking the Futsal course, the FKIP UNIB Physical Education Study Program. The research instrument used to collect data in this study used questionnaires and test techniques. There are three questionnaires that will be distributed in this study, namely the material expert questionnaire, the media expert validation questionnaire, and the student response questionnaire. As a result, the total score obtained from the combined validation of material experts, media, and users is 139.5 or obtains an average value of 4.1, which means that the Android Based Futsal Learning Media with 3D Augmented Reality Visualization that the researchers developed falls into the category Suitable for use in learning activities.

Abstract

Learning outcomes obtained by students is one of the factors that determine success in the learning process. However, it is very unfortunate that not all students get optimal learning results. This classroom action research aims to analyze the increase in student learning outcomes through the application of the jigsaw learning model in sports massage lectures. Implementation of the action consists of two cycles with each cycle consisting of 4 meetings. The research subjects consisted of 39 physical education students. Collecting research data using written tests and skills tests. Data analysis was performed using a quantitative description. The results of the study revealed that the average value of cycle 1 learning outcomes was 63.85 and classical completeness was 62.23%. While the average value of learning outcomes in cycle 2 is 80.08 and classical completeness is 87.18%. Based on the results of this study it was concluded that the application of the jigsaw learning model assisted by e-books and audiovisual media proved effective in improving student learning outcomes in sports massage lectures.

Abstract

This research produces a learning model for table tennis forehand drive strokes for upper elementary school students and tests the effectiveness of an application-based table tennis forehand stroke skill model for upper elementary school students. The research approach and method for this table tennis Forehand drive stroke skill learning model uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) research and development model. The subjects involved in this research were 34. The subjects of this research were upper elementary school students. The data analysis technique was created by conducting a pretest and posttest using a forehand drive stroke skill movement instrument. The results are analyzed, the point is to find out whether there is a percentage increase in skills through the learning model given to students. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that there was an increase in the ability of table tennis forehand drive strokes for elementary school IV students after implementing the forehand drive movement learning model. The results obtained were 6.41% pre-test and 8.65% post-test.

Abstract

Physical fitness can be obtained through proper, systematic, and not excessive physical exercise. One of the sports activities in supporting physical fitness is the SKJ Student 2022 exercise. Physical fitness can be obtained through proper, systematic, and not excessive physical exercise. One of the sports activities in supporting physical fitness is the SKJ Student 2022 exercise. The purpose of this study was to determine Effectiveness of Student Gymnastics in 2022 on Improving Physical Fitness. This type of research uses experimental research. The population in this study were all students of the Sports Education Study Program at Bina Darma University Palembang, totaling 44 people. The instruments in this study were the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test (TKJI), namely; 1) 60 meter sprint, 2) 60 second elbow hanging test, 3) 60 second lying seat, 4) upright jump, and 5) 1000 meter run. The results showed that the 2022 student physical fitness exercise was effective in improving the physical fitness of students of the Bina Darma University Sports Education Study Program Palembang, with an average value before (pre-test) physical fitness exercise training was 12.89, while the average value after (post-test) student physical fitness exercise training 2022 was 16.02.

Abstract

This study aims to facilitate Physical Education Study Program students with the renewal of learning media based on the kinovea application, especially in biomechanics courses which not only learn theoretically but have elements of measurement and analysis of motion in humans, this study uses research and development methods using bolt and galt designs. 8 stages. The subjects of this study were physical education students in semester 5, the results showed that the level of validation of learning media from material experts and media experts was 4.13 eligible categories and 3.3 eligible categories. The results of the small scale trial show an average value of 4.1 with the Eligible category. The results of large scale trials show an average value of 3.45 in the appropriate category. Based on the results at the validation stage and small-scale and large-scale trials, this study resulted in a kinovea application-based learning media in the biomechanics course of the Bengkulu University physical education study program.
