Abstract

The aim of this study is to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the Fikri Forward Roll 1 (F2R1) Model in enhancing forward roll learning among eighth-grade students. This model was developed using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) instructional design approach. The research subjects consisted of eighth-grade students, with a small-scale trial involving 60 students from SMPN 01 Belitang and a large-scale trial involving 100 students from SMPN 02 and SMPN 03 Belitang. The product validation test was conducted by three experts: one instructional media expert, one movement learning expert, and one Physical Education, Sports, and Health (PJOK) practitioner. Data analysis employed the Content Validity Index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR), yielding a CVI score of 3.77 and a CVR score of 0.15. These results indicate that the F2R1 Model is valid and suitable for use as a learning tool for forward rolls. Based on the findings, the F2R1 Model positively contributes to students' understanding and skills in performing forward rolls. Therefore, this model is recommended for educators to enhance movement learning at the junior high school level.

Abstract

This study aims to develop the Movekids Flashcard as a learning medium to enhance physical literacy among third-grade elementary school students. The research follows the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The study involved 18 third-grade students from SD Negeri Talang Giring in the small-scale trial phase and 46 students from SD Negeri Bunga Sekoti and SD Negeri Kotanegara in the large-scale trial phase. Expert judgment in this study consisted of three experts: one learning media expert, one motor learning expert, and one physical educator. The content validity of the learning media was assessed using the Content Validity Index (CVI) and Content Validity Ratio (CVR), yielding a CVI score of 3.83 and a CVR score of 0.25. These results indicate a high level of content validity, allowing the study to proceed to the field trial phase. The findings suggest that the Movekids Flashcard effectively enhances students' physical literacy and can serve as an innovative learning medium in elementary school physical education.

Abstract

Problems in education in Indonesia in the formation of student character and the urgency in preserving traditional games as national heritage are the background for this research. Characteristics of cooperation that must be instilled in students can be done through traditional games which contain moral values. This research is experimental research with a one group pretest posttest design to see the effect of applying traditional games in physical education learning on students' collaboration abilities. The games used include bakiak, galaasin, fortification, boy-boyan, dragon snake. The research subjects consisted of thirty fifth grade students at SDN Karamatmulya 02 in Bandung Regency. Data collection uses a questionnaire. The research results obtained t count (7.902) > t table (2.042) and a significant value (0.00 < 0.05) meaning that Ho was rejected and Hi was accepted. From the hypothesis test, it can be seen that there is a significant difference in students' collaboration abilities before and after being given traditional game treatment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the level of physical activity among male employees at the Class IIA Kendal District Correctional Institution to support the implementation of security and community service tasks. This study uses a descriptive quantitative approach with the instrument being the International Physical Activity Questionnaire (IPAQ) to measure the level of physical activity. The population and sample of the study consist of 30 male employees. The analysis results show that the majority of employees fall into the low physical activity category (46.67%). As many as 36.67% of employees have a moderate level of physical activity, and only 16.66% fall into the high physical activity category. These findings indicate that the majority of male employees have not yet reached an optimal level of physical activity to support job demands that require physical readiness, stamina, and body endurance. The low level of physical activity can negatively impact the work performance and long-term health of employees. Therefore, concrete efforts are needed to raise awareness of the importance of physical activity through structured, sustainable, and task-specific physical fitness programs.
