Abstract

This study aims to describe the development procedure of thematic learning tools based on the imeo kambing’s game for earthquake mitigation awareness for students of Elementary Schools of Kepahiang Regency. This is a Research and Development (R&D) type of research using the ADDIE model including Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. The needs analysis in this study was carried out based on analysis of field condition, student analysis, and learning analysis.  The results obtained in this study were thematic learning tools based on the Imeo Kambing’s Game to develop knowledge of earthquake mitigation awareness for elementary school students in Kepahiang Regency which could be implemented in grade IV of Elementary Schools.  The learning theme used is "tema daerah tempat tinggalku", the sub-theme is " Peristiwa Alam di Sekitari tempat tinggalku".  The results of the curriculum analysis show that thematic learning tools based on the Imeo Kambing’s Game for elementary school students' knowledge of earthquake mitigation awareness can be developed.Keyword: earthquake mitigation awareness, traditional game, integrated thematic learning.

Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to describe the application of the PjBL model assisted by instructional media, to increase the cooperation and activity of the fifth-grade students of elementary school 171 Rejang Lebong. This research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects in this study were 21 students with 9 boys and 12 girls. The research instrument used in this study was the Observation Sheet. The data analysis technique used is the Observation Sheet using formulas and ranges to determine each category. The results of this study indicate that the PjBL model assisted by learning media increases in cycle I to cycle II. So it can be seen from the increase in creativity in the first cycle 44.34% with a sufficient category, then the increase in the results of the observation of the second cycle was 72.61% in the good category. Meanwhile, the results of the observation of cooperation showed that the results in the first cycle were 48.40%, including in the sufficient category. Then it increased in the second cycle, namely 67.71%, which was included in the good category. Based on this result, the application of the PjBL model assisted by learning media can increase the creativity and cooperation of class V students of SDN 171 Rejang Lebong.Keywords: PjBL Model, Learning Media, Creativity, Cooperation.

Abstract

This study develops teaching materials mathematical approach Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) to train the creative thinking skills of fourth grade Elementary School Bengkulu City as a reference material for students. This study is a Research and Development (R&D) research modifying the ADDIE model. This research was conducted in five stages, namely the analysis stage, the design stage, the development stage, the implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. Validation is carried out by material experts, design experts, and linguists. Teaching materials that have been validated are given to fourth grade teachers of Bengkulu City Elementary Schools to get responses. Data analysis techniques in this study are qualitative descriptive statistical analysis of input, comments, and suggestions from expert validation sheets, teacher response questionnaires, student summative evaluation results, student response questionnaires and descriptive statistical analysis of scores from expert validation results, teacher responses and responses. students. This research produces teaching material products with expert validation assessment of material 94.2, expert validation design 92.5, validation of linguists 85.71 with very valid categories. The results of eligibility get 92.22 with a very valid category and the effectiveness of getting 87,75 with a very effective category. The conclusion of this research is that the product of developing mathematics teaching materials based on Realistic Mathematics Education is valid, feasible, and effective to be used to train the creative thinking skills of class IV Elementary Schools of Bengkulu City.Keywords: Teaching Materials, Development, RME, Creative Thinking Skills,                     Mathematics.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the teacher's strategy in implementing offline learning during the COVID-19 pandemic related to preliminary activities, core learning activities, and closing activities for offline learning in class IV C of SD Negeri 1 Bengkulu City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The research instrument used observation and interview guidelines. The data analysis technique uses the steps, namely, data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and concluding. The validity of the data used triangulation and member check. The results showed that in carrying out learning outside the network during the COVID-19 pandemic in class IV C of SD Negeri 1 Bengkulu City in the preliminary learning activities, the teacher said greetings, invited students to pray, gave apperception, motivation, literacy, explained the general subject matter and explain the learning objectives. In the core learning activities, the teacher uses the Discovery Learning (DL) model, lecture and question and answer learning methods, audiovisual learning media, and lesson module teaching materials which contain material from thematic books K13 and there are also materials taken from Bupena. In closing learning activities, the teacher provides formative tests, feedback, follow-up, provides reinforcement, invites students to pray, and ends with saying greetings.   Keywords: Descriptive Studies, Teacher Strategies, preliminary activities, core learning, closing learning

Abstract

This research aims to develop comicmaterials based onin Bengkulu City Elementary Schools. This type of research is the  Research and Development (R & D) with moedel ADDIE: Analyisis (Analysis),  Design (design), Development (development), Implementation (Implementation),  Evaluation (Evaluation). However, this research and development only reaches thestage Development . The validation was carried out by two material experts and one design expert. The teaching materials developed were rated by two grade IV teachers of 68 Elementary Schools in Bengkulu City. The data analysis technique used is descriptive statistical analysis of the results of expert validation assessments and teacher responses, and qualitative descriptive analysis of comments and suggestions from expert validation and teacher responses. From the results of the material expert validation, it was obtained a value of 89.3% with the very valid category, the design expert validation obtained a value of 96% with the very valid category. The recapitulation of values from the validation of material experts and design experts obtained an average of 92.95%. Teacher I's response obtained a value of 86.15% and teacher II's response obtained a value of 89.23% with a very valid category. The recapitulation of the value of the teacher's responses obtained an average of 87.69%, so that the product of Comic Learning Materials based on Folklore is very valid and very feasible to use.  Keywords: Development, Teaching Materials, Comics, Folklore

Abstract

This study aims to determine the correlation between parental support and children's learning motivation while receiving online learning during covid-19 in Bengkulu City. This study uses a quantitative approach to the type of correlation. The population of this study were students at SD Kota Bengkulu. The sample that the researchers used was 360 respondents. The research instrument used was a questionnaire. The steps in this study are data tabulation, validity test, reliability test, data description, normality test, hypothesis testing and conclusions. In this study concluded that: there is a positive and significant relationship between parental support learning motivation is based on the calculation of SPSS version 16 is equal to 0.501 and the results correlation rvaluecount is less than 0.05 then H0 is rejected and Ha accepted so that there is a correlation between parental support and student motivation. The correlation of 0.501 lies between 0.40-0.599, it can be concluded that there is a moderate correlation between parental support and student motivation while receiving online learning at SD Kota Bengkulu.   Keywords: parental support, children's learning motivation.

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to develop the experiment-based module to improve the critical thinking skills of fifth grade students at SD Negeri 122 Rejang Lebong which can be used as a guide for teachers. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) with a modification of the 4-D model, but in this study it was only carried out until the third stage, namely define, design and develop. This experiment-based module is validated by materials experts, design experts and linguists. The module developed was responded to by two teachers of SD Negeri 122 Rejang Lebong. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis, namely the results of expert validation assessments, teacher responses, and student trials, as well as qualitative descriptive analysis of expert validation comments and teacher responses. This study resulted in an experiment-based module to improve critical thinking skills with a material expert assessment of 91.35 in the very valid category, 96 linguists validation in the very valid category, 96 design validation in the very valid category, and the teacher's response of 96 in the very good category. used as the final product of development. The results of the pretest and posttest trials of students obtained a score range of 0.5 with a medium category, meaning that the developed module can improve the critical thinking skills of fifth grade students of SD Negeri 122 Rejang Lebong.Keywords : Module, Experiment, Critical Thinking Skills

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the role of parental assistance and the impact of the role of parental assistance on online learning at the elementary school of 44th Rejang Lebong. This type of research is descriptive qualitative with a case study approach. The subjects in this study were the parents of 44th Rejang Lebong state elementary school students. The instruments used in this study were observation sheets, interview sheets, and documentation. The data obtained were analyzed through the interactive model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana, namely data collection, data condensation, data display, and data verifications. Abstract

This study aims to describe the steps to use and the quality of youtube video media in fifth grade Thematic learning at SDN 61 Central Bengkulu Regency. This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The location of this research was carried out at SDN 61 Central Bengkulu Regency. The subjects of this study were teachers and students of  fifth grade SDN 61 Central Bengkulu Regency. The main instrument in this study was the researcher himself with the help of interview guidelines, observation sheets, and documentation. Data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. The data obtained were then analyzed qualitatively based on the results of interviews, observations and documentation. From the results of data analysis, it shows that in the use of youtube video media by teachers at SDN 61 Central Bengkulu Regency, it is not yet fully guided by the learning steps using the correct youtube video media and in selecting youtube video media as learning media there are still youtube videos with good quality. not good and have not paid attention to the six aspects in the selection of youtube video media as learning media..

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan proses pembuatan dan hasil karya kolase dari kain perca di Kelas IV C SD Negeri 05 Kota Bengkulu. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas IV C SD Negeri 05 Kota Bengkulu dengan jumlah 35 siswa yang terdiri dari 17 siswa laki – laki dan 18 siswa perempuan. Instrumen penelitian pada penelitian ini adalah peneliti sendiri dengan menggunakan pedoman observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data melalui koleksi data, kondensasi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data melalui triangulasi dan member check. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu (1) proses pembuatan karya kolase dari kain perca dimulai dengan menyiapkan alat dan bahan yang akan digunakan, membuat rancangan gambar yang akan dibuat, menggunting kain perca sesuai dengan bentuk gambar yang sudah dirancang, dan menempelkan bahan yang sudah disiapkan. (2) hasil karya kolase dari kain perca berdasarkan unsur – unsur berupa unsur titik, garis, warna, bentuk, bidang, dan tekstur dan prinsip prinsip berupa prinsip irama, keseimbangan, kesatuan, dan pusat perhatian. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini adalah siswa telah mampu membuat karya kolase dari kain perca dengan proses yang benar dan hasil karya yang telah dibuat siswa sudah mengandung unsur – unsur dan prinsip seni rupa.
