This study aims to examine phenomenological studies of hypertensive patients. This research method is qualitative research with a descriptive phenomenological approach that uses the Colaizzi model. Research results: Identified in 4 themes, namely: 1. Knowledge, 2. Activities, 3. Stress/Emotional Levels, 4. Family History. In conclusion, Through the experience of clients who suffer from hypertension, information about knowledge, activities, stress/emotional levels, and family history are essential in influencing their health condition both before experiencing hypertension and after suffering from hypertension. This study aims to determine the experiences of adolescents who live with fathers with schizophrenia in adolescent life and development. The research method used is Scoping Review through electronic databases and websites, namely PsycINFO, EBSCO, Pubmed, and Google Scholer. The results showed that from 8 research articles, there were articles that reported that there was a change in roles, adolescents felt lonely and missed their father, the effect on future orientation, felt anxiety, stress, hypersensitivity, and decreased concentration, is a form of affection and respect for people. Adolescents get a lot of stigmas as they age, become more independent, and need support from family, friends, education, and health services. In conclusion, this study concludes that adolescents living with schizophrenic fathers affect the lives and development of adolescents, and the need for handling psychosocial problems for adolescents living with schizophrenic fathers must consider the psychological and social impacts of caring for fathers with schizophrenia. This study aims to explore nurses' experience treating ulcers in grades 3 and 4 and make it a standard SOP. This research method is qualitative research with an action research approach. The results of the study resulted in five themes, namely the comprehensive treatment of grade 3 and 4 diabetic ulcers, X-ray examination of grade 3 and 4 diabetic ulcers, the role of infrared and ozone in the management of grade 3 and 4 diabetic ulcers, the culture of grade 3 and grade 3 diabetic ulcers. 4, and health education on the five pillars of diabetes mellitus, grade 3, and grade diabetic ulcers. In conclusion, the Operational Service Standards for grades 3 and 4 are expected to be able to make a comprehensive, scientific, and scientific ulcer treatment so that the quality of service is uniform and suitable, the healing process wound quickly, thus avoiding amputation. This study aims to determine the experience of a single parent in caring for preschool-aged children (6 years) in the District of Buleleng. The research method used in this study is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The results of this study used in-depth interviews using collaizi analysis, which resulted in 3 themes: the causes of single parenting, the obstacles experienced after becoming a single parent, and the impact of single parents in parenting. In conclusion, the results of this study for single parents can increase knowledge about the struggles of a single parent. Keywords: Children, Experience, Parenting, Single Parent

This study systematically reviews the effectiveness of Prone Positioning on the oxygenation status of COVID-19 patients from the existing literature. The research method uses a systematic literature review and meta-analysis obtained from the google scholar database. Proquest, Pubmed, Science Direct, and Semantic Scholar. The results showed that based on oxygenation parameters, Prone Positioning had an effect on changes in the ROX index value (Mean Difference 3.89, 95% CI 0.08 to 7.70, P = 0.05), P/F Ratio (Mean Difference 17.88, 95% CI 5.44 to 30.33 , P=0.05), SPO2 (Mean Difference 1.98, 95% CI 1.29 to 2.68, P<0.00001), and S/F Ratio (Mean Difference 23.04, 95% CI 15.89 to 30.19, P <0.00001), while the respiratory rate parameters (Mean Difference -0.79, 95% CI -1.76 to -0.18, P=0.11) and PaO2 (Mean Difference 7.75, 95% CI -22.80 to -38.31, P= 0.62) did not show a significant difference. In conclusion, Prone Positioning is considered to significantly affect changes in the oxygenation of COVID-19 patients. It is expected to be a reference in implementing nursing interventions for oxygenation disorders in patients. Keywords: COVID-19, Oxygenation, Positioning, Prone

This study aims to identify the influence of attitudes in ethical dilemmas and professional attitudes of nurses on service quality. The research method used in this research is quantitative research. The study results from the Ethical Dilemma variable were 67.48% with a pretty good category, the Professional Nurse variable was 65.11% with a reasonably good type, and the Service Quality variable was 68.31% with a good enough sort. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between the attitude of ethical dilemmas to the service quality of Majalengka Hospital and a substantial connection between the professional attitude of nurses to the service quality of Majalengka Hospital. This study aims to determine the effect of reproductive health counseling on adolescent attitudes about premarital sex in high school students Cokroaminoto Tamalanrea Makassar. The research design was pre-experimental with one group pretest-posttest research design. The results of this study indicate that the category of premarital sexual attitudes is Good as many as 34 respondents or 69.4%, the results of bivariate analysis obtained the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.001 < = 0.05. In conclusion, there are differences in attitudes before and after being given reproductive health education. This study aims to analyze the effect of telenursing on interdialytic weight gain and the quality of hemodialysis nursing services. The research method used is experimental with a pre-test-post-test control group design. The results showed that the mean score of interdialytic weight gain in the intervention group was higher than the control group after being given the intervention, with a grand mean of 3.7. The p-value obtained was 0.000 at <0.05. The mean score of hemodialysis nursing service quality in the intervention group was higher than the control group after the intervention, with a grand mean of 13.9. The p-value obtained is 0.000 at < 0.05. In conclusion, telenursing is effective on interdialytic weight gain and the quality of hemodialysis nursing services. This study aims to analyze how the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic situation on the development of elementary school-age children at SD Negeri 26 Pagar Alam City. The research design used is a qualitative research with a descriptive phenomenological approach, 15 informants were taken by Stratified Random Sampling based on inclusion criteria. The instrument used is an in-depth interview guide related to the aspects studied. The results of the study obtained 3 themes, 1) Aspects of Cognitive/Language Development of Children, 2) Aspects of Children's Motor Development, 3) Aspects of Children's Socio-Emotional Development. In conclusion, the impact of the COVID-19 Pandemic on Child Development has a bad impact because online learning creates a lack of stimulation that can improve children's language, motor and socio-emotional development. This study aims to determine what factors influence the selection of MKJP (Long Term Contraception Method) through the mobile family planning program in Prabumulih City. This research method is a quantitative analysis using secondary data from the 2021 Family Data Collection (PK21). The results showed that the Nagelkerke R Square value was 0.117 and Cox & Snell R Square 0.010, indicating that the independent variable's ability to explain the dependent variable is 0.010 or 1 percent. Ninety-one percent of other factors outside the model define the dependent variable. In conclusion, the element that has a significant influence on the selection of long-term contraceptive methods is the factor of access to family planning services.
