This study aims to compare the effectiveness of pharmacological therapy with pharmacological therapy accompanied by spiritual mindfulness based on breathing exercises on anxiety levels and blood glucose levels in type 2 DM patients. This study is a quasi-experimental study using a pretest-posttest design with a control group design. The results showed that there were differences in the level of anxiety of patients in the control group and the experimental group with a P-Value of 0.035 <0.05, and there were differences in the blood sugar levels of patients in the control group and the experimental group with a P-Value of 0.002 <0.05. In conclusion, pharmacological therapy interventions accompanied by spiritual mindfulness based on breathing exercises were proven effective in reducing anxiety and blood sugar levels in type 2 DM patients. This study aims to determine the effect of bedside handover implementation on nurse interprofessional communication at Cut Meutia General Hospital. The research used a quasi-experimental method with a nonequivalent control two-group pre-post test design. The results showed an effect of bedside handover on interprofessional communication at the Cut Meutia General Hospital ((p=0.001 <0.05). In conclusion, the performance of bedside handover affected the nurse's interprofessional communication, among others, in conveying information and discussions, receiving information, respecting the uniqueness of nurses, and better teamwork. This study aims to analyze the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination policy in Batang Hari Regency. This research is a descriptive study through a qualitative approach with a case study research design. Based on the interview results, it is known that the implementation of the COVID-19 vaccination policy in Batang Hari Regency has been going well. Several indicators in policy implementation, such as communication, Human Resources (HR), bureaucratic structure, disposition, and performance, have been carried out well. However, it has several obstacles, such as vaccination stock, insufficient human resources when there is an accelerated invasion of vaccination, and vaccine recording and reporting to the public. Public health center. It can be concluded that overall communication, resources, disposition, bureaucratic structure, and implementation of vaccination policies have been carried out well and effectively. This study aims to analyze the effect of giving Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) to cancer patients. The method used is a systematic review using three databases: PubMed, Science Direct, and Google Scholar. The results showed that of the fourteen articles reviewed, thirteen articles showed that the use of Complementary and Alternative Medicine (CAM) could reduce the side effects of chemotherapy, increase self-confidence in physical, social, and body image functions, provide satisfaction with life, and reduce anxiety. , positive quality of life enhances hereditary resistance, improves well-being, and overcoming the disease. One article states that CAM users report more severe anxiety and skin or hair changes.In conclusion, some types of CAM have beneficial effects for some clients. Still, on the other hand, there are adverse effects without the client realizing that this therapy can be a source of chemicals that can interact with conventional drugs. This study aims to determine the effect of health coaching on the behavior and self-efficacy of mothers in preventing stunting: the research method, Quasi-Experimental with pre-test and post-test with a control group design. The statistical results obtained differences in behavior and efficacy before and after treatment in the two groups with p-value <0.05. The difference in the mean post-test behavior with health coaching is 85.55 and with the module 76.88. The mean difference in post-test self-efficacy with health coaching is 41.13 and module 23.88. This study aims to determine the relationship between the quality of women of childbearing age (WUS) based on age, education, occupation, parity, and history of contraceptive use with cervical cancer growth. This research method is analytically observational with a case-control study design. The results of univariate analysis of 118 respondents aged>35 years were 71 people (60.2%), high school education level was 47 people (39.8%), work as housewives (IRT) was 35 people (29.7% ), respondents with parity as many as 65 people (55.1%) and the use of non-hormonal contraception as many as 56 people (47.5%). The results of this study found that there was a significant relationship between age, occupation, and parity (Î±=<0.05). In contrast, employment and history of contraceptive use did not show any association with cervical cancer (Î±>0.05). The results of data analysis with the chi-square test got a value of 0.025 or p <Î± (0.05). In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between age, occupation, and parity with cervical cancer. Keywords: Cervical Cancer, Women of Childbearing Age

This study aims to analyze the relationship between anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic with the production, expenditure, and smoothness of postpartum mothers' breast milk at the Syamtalira Aron Health Center. The research method is an analytic survey using a cross-sectional design. The results showed no significant relationship between the anxiety of the COVID-19 pandemic and postpartum mothers' milk production. Also, there is no significant relationship between pressure during the COVID-19 pandemic and the release of breast milk. However, there is a relationship between anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic with breastfeeding for mothers in the working area of the Syamtalira Aron Health Center. In conclusion, pressure during the COVID-19 pandemic can impact the smooth breastfeeding of postpartum mothers in the working area of the Syamtalira Aron Health Center. This study aims to determine the relationship between the characteristics of the implementing nurse on Watson's caring behavior at Bhayangkara Hospital Tk I R. Said Sukanto. The research method is descriptive-analytic with a cross-sectional approach. The results showed that caring behavior was influenced by years of service (p = 0.002) OR = 7.167. Multivariate results obtained that the variables significantly related to caring behavior were years of service, which were controlled by confounding, namely age and marital status. The model formed is declared feasible because it meets the model's meaning seen from the Omnibus test value (p = 0.000). Based on the Nagelkerke R Square value = 0.384, the independent variables contained in the model (length of work, age, marital status) can explain caring behavior by 38.4%. This study aims to analyze the effect of e-learning collaboration in nursing management on improving the competence of nursing students at STIKes Nurul Hasanah Kutacane. This research design is quasi-experimental with pre and post-test without control. The results showed that the average competence of nursing students before the e-learning collaboration in nursing management was 129.51. The intermediate competency of nursing students after e-learning collaboration in nursing management is 158.97. In conclusion, there is a significant effect of e-learning collaboration on nursing management on increasing nursing student competence. Nursing management e-learning collaboration has a positive impact on improving student competence. Keywords: E-Learning, Collaboration, Competence

This study aims to investigate what are the reasons for smoking behavior. The research design used is qualitative with a descriptive phenomenological approach. Based on the results obtained in this study, six themes: are perceptions about smoking, knowledge, curiosity, peers, work, and family. Simply put, smoking behavior in adolescents continues to increase every year. This increase occurs because many things can influence smoking behavior, including social and environmental factors, characteristic psychological factors, and lifestyle factors, while the family environment also influences smoking behavior.
