Crimes can occur anywhere, anytime, and to anyone so that they can make them prisoners. Public perceptions about an excessive inmate have a negative effect on prisoners' perceptions in the community about themselves and are vulnerable to mental health disorders such as stress. Stress prevention strategies one of which is family support. This research uses an analytic survey method design with cross-sectional approach. This study aims to determine the relationship between family support and stress levels of inmates at the Binjai Class IIA Penitentiary. The population of this research is 264 men. The sample of this study was taken using purposive sampling. This sample of this study consisted of 72 inmates at the Binjai Class IIA Penitentiary. Data were collected using the DASS 42 questionnaire with a stress level scale and family support using a list of statements. Data were analyzed using the chi-square test. From these results, it can be concluded that there is a relationship between family support and the stress level of inmates at the Binjai Class IIA Penitentiary (p-value = 0,000 <α 0.05). Based on this research, it is suggested that the correctional institutions increase programs of activities that benefit prisoners such as adding facilities and infrastructure to channel prisoners' hobbies so that stress experienced can be reduced.

Comparison of Vitamin A Composition of ASI in Cold Storage and Room Temperature. This research aims to compare the composition of Vitamin A in breast milk stored using refrigerators and room temperature. This research is a pure experimental type. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and obtained as many as 30 samples. The ASI was tested for its Vitamin A composition by UV-Vis Spectrophotometrics. The treatment was carried out by pumping using a doubell pumping pump and then stored using a Refrigerator and Room Temperature for 8 hours, analyzing the data using the One-Way Anova test. Research results show that the composition of Vitamin A ASI stored using storage in the room is higher than breast milk stored in the refrigerator at 40C (p = 0.064). Vitamin A is better stored at room temperature if you want to consume it no more than 24 hours after milking.

Good pharmacy practice (GPP) is a pharmaceutical service standard that has not been implemented well enough because the presence of pharmacists still lacks in pharmacies. This study aims to see the relationship between the presence of pharmacists and the implementation of GPP. This study uses a cross-sectional survey design. Data were collected in February-April 2019 in Denpasar City using a questionnaire and analyzed using a binary logistic test. The results showed the presence of pharmacists had a significant influence on the implementation of GPP (P <0.05). The presence of pharmacists at the pharmacy increases the safety of the drug procurement system through official channels and interactions with patients regardless of social status. Special attention is needed to improve reporting of drug side effects and patient medical records through practice schedules that are in line with pharmaceutical service standards.

One alternative mosquito control that can be done to control the dengue vector is to use natural insecticides. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of lime peel powder (Citrus amblycarpa) as an anti-electric mosquito against Aedes aegypti mosquito mortality. This study uses a true experiment design conducted at the Central Research and Development Center for Vector and Disease Reservoir (B2P2VRP) Salatiga. The object of the research was the lime skin powder (Citrus amblycarpa) as a natural insecticide against the Aedes aegypti mosquito. A sampling of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes was done by a simple random sampling of 240 Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. Vulnerability test for 20 minutes of exposure and holding for 24 hours. The effectiveness of kale lime peel extract in killing Aedes Aegypti mosquitoes after 20 minutes of exposure was 25% (1 gram), 10.0% (1.5 gram), 0% (2 gram), 100% (control +) and after being held for 24 hours 35% mortality was obtained at a concentration of 1 gram, 11.67 at a concentration of 1.5 grams, 0% at a concentration of 2 grams, 100% at the control (+). Probit analysis results obtained values of LT50 68.03 seconds at concentrations of 1 gram, 216.39 seconds at concentrations of 1.5 grams, and 2.09 seconds in the control group (+). Post-hoct LSD analysis with the Mann-Whitney test showed a significant difference between the extracts of lime skin powder (1 gram and 1.5 gram) and the control (+). Further research needs to be done using ethanol solvents to make anti-mosquito MAT.

Japanese encephalitis (JE) is a disease caused by the Japanese enchephalitis virus which results in acute infection of the central nervous system. There were 326 children suspected of having JE in Indonesia in 2016, with the most cases found in Bali Province (69.3%). To prevent the spread of the JE virus, the Government of Indonesia conducted a JE immunization campaign in 2018. The purpose of this study was to describe the achievement outcomes of the implementation of the immunization campaign and the distribution of JE cases by implementing a Geographic Information System (GIS). The data used are secondary data obtained from all districts in Bali Province. Making maps using computer instruments with Microsoft Excel software and Arc GIS 10.6. Mapping is carried out with several stages of activities namely digitization of maps, division of administrative areas per sub-district and district, input of all data, creation of performance categories and exports of GIS results. The results in this study are presented in two forms, namely the frequency distribution table and information on the achievements of the immunization campaign in a map of the Province of Bali. The results of the mapping show that the majority of sub-districts in Bali Province have met the JE immunization campaign achievement target of> 95% but there are three sub-districts that are still below the target namely in the Districts of Gianyar (94.77%), Tegallalang (94.27%) and Kubu (63.97% ). In JE 2018 cases, six positive JE cases were found in Mengwi District (1 case), Tejakula (1 case), Gianyar (1 case), Abang (2 cases), and Karangasem (1 case). The conclusion of this study is that the achievements of the JE immunization campaign vary and there are cases of JE in the achievement of low immunization in one of the districts in Bali Province.

In Indonesia, the prevalence of iron nutrition anemia in adolescent girls aged 13-18 years is 22.7%. The cause is chronic blood loss, lack of iron intake, inadequate absorption of iron, and increased need for iron. Anemia causes a decrease in immunity, the concentration of learning, fitness, and productivity in young women. If allowed to affect the future such as pregnancy with anemia and the effect on babies born, the purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of iron intake, menstrual length, and age of menarche to the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls. This type of observational analytic study with Case-Control design with a total sample of 56 adolescent girls. The results showed that nutrient intake was less risky 0.551 times (95% CI 0.139-2.179) having moderate anemia compared to adolescents with adequate iron intake. Conclusion there is a significant relationship between iron intake and the incidence of anemia in adolescent girls. Suggestions for young women to increase iron intake by consuming foods that contain balanced nutrition.
