Abstract

Permasalahan yang mendasari pendirian Difabel Creative Center di Daarut Tauhiid Peduli Kota Bandung berkaitan dengan tantangan besar yang dihadapi penyandang disabilitas dalam mengakses peluang kerja dan kehidupan sosial yang setara. Banyak individu dengan keterbatasan mental atau fisik merasa kurang beruntung dan pesimis dalam menghadapi kehidupan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tahapan pemberdayaan kelompok disabilitas melalui program Difabel Creative Center di Daarut Tauhiid Peduli Kota Bandung. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif serta teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberdayaan kelompok disabilitas melalui program Difabel Creative Center (DCC) di Daarut Tauhiid Peduli, dilakukan dengan metode survei terbuka untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan, analisis sosial-ekonomi, prioritisasi sumber daya, inovasi program, implementasi, dan evaluasi berkala. Program ini berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan peserta dalam berbagai bidang kreatif. Selain itu, program ini juga berkontribusi terhadap perkembangan kesejahteraan mental dan spiritual peserta, yang terlihat dari peningkatkan kepercayaan diri dan partisipasi aktif dalam kegiatan sosial. Peluang pekerjaan bagi peserta juga meningkat, dengan beberapa peserta berhasil mendapatkan pekerjaan atau memulai usaha mandiri. Simpulan dari penelitian ini adalah pemberdayaan yang dilakukan melalui berbagai aktivitas kreatif dan dukungan sosial terbukti mampu meningkatkan kualitas hidup peserta

Abstract

The lack of knowledge in food diversification among women in Banjarangsana Village has led to the underutilization of local potential and a lack of innovation in food diversification management. Empowering women has been the main focus in efforts to achieve gender equality and sustainable development. This research aims to understand the stages of women's empowerment through food diversification in Banjarangsana Village, Panumbangan District, Ciamis Regency. A qualitative research approach was used, involving interviews with program participants, observation, and document analysis. The stages of the program include enabling, strengthening, protecting, supporting, and sustaining. The results of this research indicate that through enabling, there has been an increase in women's knowledge, skills, and self-confidence, as well as an improvement in the economic welfare of families. Strengthening shows that support from family, mentors, and the local community plays a significant role in the success of the program. Additionally, the program provides social support to women, including increased self-confidence and understanding of their rights. Through collaboration and support networks among women, they can exchange experiences and support each other in overcoming challenges in running abon production businesses. Overall, this program contributes to women in Banjarangsana Village in enhancing their economic independence, expanding social networks, and changing gender role dynamics in households and the wider community. This program is also a significant step towards food security and gender equality in the local context of Banjarangsana Village

Abstract

Nonoman Galuh, Ciamis Regency is related to the challenges faced by the younger generation in the process of preservation and regeneration in the field of culture. Ciamis Regency has quite a lot of sites and cultural riches, so the younger generation needs to be given a learning space more in accordance with the current situation and conditions. The purpose of this study is to find out the Training Management in the Bale Binekas Program in Pangauban Kawargian Nonoman Galuh, Ciamis Regency. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The result of the study showthat training management in the Bale Binekas program involves several stages, starting from needs analysis, setting training objectives, training implementation, and training evaluation. The Manajemen of this training is based on four management functions: 1) Planning, 2) Organizing, 3) Actuanting, 4) Controlling. The Bale Binekas Program has succeeded in improving the knowledge and skills of participants in the field of culture. This program is one of the learning space innovations for the younger generation and creates a cultural cycle between art communities. The conclusion of this study is that training management carried out through various classes in the Bale Binekas program is able to improve the knowledge and skills of the younger generation in cultural preservation

Abstract

The rapid development of communication technology has had an impact on people's lives, especially teenagers. In the era of technology, one of the developments in human civilization today is creativity and communication through social media. Through social media, they can get to know and talk to new people they know. One of the most popular social media sites in Indonesia currently is the Tiktok application.This research uses qualitative methods to obtain data and explain phenomena by direct observation. Qualitative methods are methods that tend to use analysis and are descriptive. The results of this research show that: 1. The use of the TikTok application by teenagers in Pabuaran Cibadak Village can influence their social interactions. 2. The motive for using the TikTok application by teenagers in Pabuaran Cibadak Village is because of invitations from their own friends and curiosity about trending applications. 3. The positive impact of using the TikTok application is skill development

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between the effectiveness of playing letter cards and the memory skills of early childhood children at the Taman Bocah Asembagus Kindergarten, Situbondo Regency. The background of this study is based on the difficulties experienced by some children in remembering the alphabet, so additional media are needed to help the learning process. The method used in this study is a quantitative approach with a correlational research design. The research respondents consisted of 22 children selected using a purposive sampling technique, representing the entire population of children attending school at the Taman Bocah Asembagus Kindergarten. Data were collected through observation and documentation, which were then analyzed using correlation analysis to determine the relationship between the two variables. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between the effectiveness of playing letter cards and children's memory skills, with a correlation coefficient value (r count) of 0.663, indicating a strong relationship. Further analysis revealed that the relationship between the success of playing letter cards and children's memory skills was in the medium criteria (0.554), while the relationship between changes in playing letter cards and children's memory skills was in the high criteria (0.616). Based on the results of the analysis, the null hypothesis (Ho) stating that there is no relationship between the two variables is rejected, while the alternative hypothesis (Ha) stating that there is a relationship is accepted. This study concludes that playing letter cards can effectively improve the memory of early childhood, with a significant contribution to their cognitive development. Therefore, it is recommended for educators and parents to integrate the use of letter cards as an aid in the learning process. The results of this study are expected to be a reference for the development of out-of-school education and provide new insights into effective learning methods for children, as well as encourage further research in this field

Abstract

Mothers have great responsibilities within the family. Daily routines often leave them bored, leading to recurrent stress. This study aims to deeply understand how mothers feel, experience, and assess the parenting interventions they apply in an effort to reduce the stress they experience. Data were collected through primary data conducted by structured interviews using a questionnaire instrument. The results of the analysis show that the application of parenting as a solution in parenting can help reduce stress levels, increase satisfaction, and improve emotional well-being and the quality of the mother's relationship with the child

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe the impact of the advanced functional literacy program on the entrepreneurial abilities of learners at PKBM Mentari. The research utilizes a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. To ensure the validity of the data, techniques such as prolonged engagement, persistent observation, and triangulation (both source and method triangulation) were employed. The data analysis process includes data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the advanced functional literacy program has a positive impact on the entrepreneurial abilities of learners, leading to business development. The program has resulted in increased knowledge and skills, enabling learners to innovate and create business opportunities, such as bamboo skewer production. This has led to an improvement in the quality of human resources. In terms of entrepreneurial abilities, there has been an increase in economic independence among participants. They have not only been able to create new income sources for themselves but have also contributed to the local economy by opening new business opportunities and providing employment.

Abstract

This research aims to describe the implementation of a computer course program in improving the digital skills of training participants at LKP Sulthan Computer Bondowoso. The technique for determining the location uses a purposive area and the technique for determining informants used is purposive sampling. The type of research used is descriptive research using a qualitative approach. The data collection methods used are observation, interviews and documentation methods. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this research can be concluded that the places and facilities at the Sulthan Computer LKP include computers, theory rooms and practice rooms, the presentation of the material provided is in accordance with the SKKNI Perpes Number 08 of 2012 curriculum, practice and assignments in the graphic design program, namely designing pamphlets and banners. The problem that often occurs at the Sulthan computer LKP is the difference in the comprehension abilities of training participants. At the end of the course program the instructor reflects on closing the program to review the training participants' achievements. The skills and creativity of trainees can be seen from the way trainees operate computers and communication skills which are often applied during the learning process

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Nusantara Module activities on Outbound Students of Muhammadiyah Bulukumba University in the Batch 3 Merdeka Student Exchange Program (PMM 3) at Medan State University. The focus of this research is the multicultural experience of students on the four core activities of the archipelago module, namely diversity activities, inspiration activities, reflection activities, and social contribution activities. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis used was qualitative data analysis with data reduction steps, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the archipelago module activities consisting of diversity activities, inspiration activities, reflection activities, and social contribution activities, proved to be an effective initiative in increasing students' multicultural experience, enriching students' understanding of Indonesia's cultural diversity, and strengthening students' tolerance and social responsibility.
