Abstract

Literasi lingkungan merupakan bentuk kesadaran masyarakat akan peduli terhadap lingkungan. Hal ini tidak hanya mendiskusikan mengenai isu lingkungan, tetapi juga menetapkan kerangka sebuah literasi lingkungan. Literasi lingkungan dibagi ke dalam beberapa bagian yakni pengetahuan, kesadaran, dan etika. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam pendekatan kualitatif. Tempat penelitian berada di daerah Sempu Banyuwangi. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan teori Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi, penyajian, dan verifikasi atau kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian secara keseluruhan tingkat pemahaman literasi lingkungan masyarakat Sempu sudah cukup paik mengenai kesadaran akan lingkungan sekitar, pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku. Peran mahasiswa dalam hal tersebut bertindak sebagai pendamping dan motivator dalam usaha peningkatan literasi lingkungan dengan kegiatan pelatihan. Selain itu masih menunjukkan diperlukan peran pendamping dalam memberikan literasi lingkungan kepada masyaraka Sempu untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kesadaran tentang lingkungan.

Abstract

Perkembangan Posbindu PTM tidak terlepas dari bentuk pelayanan yang diberikan pada lansia. Jenis pelayanan ini dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan lansia. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui korelasi manajemen Posbindu PTM dengan kepuasan pelayanan lansia pada Kelurahan Sumbersari, Kota Malang. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian korelasional dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian merupakan seluruh anggota aktif lansia yang tersebar dalam empat Posbindu dengan sampel penelitian 83 lansia dengan menggunakan teknik proportional random sampling. Hasil penelitian dari uji kelayakan memiliki hasil dengan nilai 87.2% untuk manajemen Posbindu PTM yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik, dalam kepuasan pelayanan lansia memiliki nilai 87.5% yang termasuk dalam kategori sangat baik. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara manajemen Posbindu PTM dengan kepuasan pelayanan lansia yakni, dengan nilai sig. 0.000<0.05 dan angka koefisien korelasi sebesar 0.710 yang artinya, korelasi diantara dua variabel merupakan korelasi kuat atau taraf hubungan kuat.

Abstract

Equitable and equitable education for people with disabilities in Jember Regency is still not well implemented. Therefore, PKBM Rumpun Aksara as a non-formal educational institution also opens up access to education for people with disabilities to gain knowledge and skills. These skills are adapted to the background of students with disabilities, the majority of whom are entrepreneurs and have obstacles in their business. So the aim of this research is to describe the empowerment of students with disabilities in building entrepreneurial independence at PKBM Rumpun Aksara. The method in this research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Determining the research location used a purposive area technique, namely at PKBM Rumpun Aksara. Data collection uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. The conclusions in this research show that the empowerment carried out by PKBM Rumpun Aksara can build entrepreneurial independence for students with disabilities who are characterized by a work ethic, being able to meet their needs, not depending on other people, and initiative

Abstract

The potential of the Lumajang area in the food agriculture sector is the Kirana banana. Lumajang city, which is famous for producing the best Kirana bananas, has not been supported by a large production level and superior banana quality, so that this potential is not seen as a promising job field for farmers. This study was designed to follow the rules of qualitative research using a case study research design, the selection of research sites was carried out using a purposive area technique based on certain considerations. With 3 informants using purposive sampling technique, research informants are agribusiness training managers, training instructors, and Kirana banana farmers. Data collection techniques are through unstructured interviews, participatory and unstructured observations, as well as documentation in the form of photos, notes, and voice recordings. In analyzing research data, the researcher adopts a qualitative approach which is generally inductive. The results showed that the management activities in this training applied George R. Terry's theory with 4 management functions, namely planning, management, implementation, and evaluation. Related to improving the competence of farmers, this training discusses the knowledge, skills, and attitudes that must be possessed by farmers

Abstract

Culinary is a field that attracts many parties, such as entrepreneurs, the consumer community, and the general public so that it becomes a business opportunity for women who sell jamblang rice in particular. The purpose of this study was to find out how the profile of the family of Jamblang rice traders is related to lifestyle, the role of parenting between mothers and fathers, and also regarding the formation of children's skills. This study uses qualitative research methods by collecting data by using interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results showed that the lifestyle of Jamblang rice traders consisted of time, interests and how to allocate money. The parenting pattern applied is permissive parenting which is defined as an enabling parenting style, and democratic, which means a parenting pattern that prioritizes discussion in making decisions for their children. The formation of children's skills is done by doing habituation and giving good examples. The conclusion of this study is that jamblang rice traders can apply parenting according to the needs of children, and can cultivate skills that are in accordance with child development

Abstract

Sexual education in early childhood can be provided through parents and teachers at school. Parents and teachers work together to provide education to early childhood and look after each other so that the knowledge given can stick to children properly. Various patterns of socialization of sexual education have been given to students at PAUD SKB Ungaran, Semarang Regency, some of these socialization patterns include: using the storytelling method, showing illustrated videos of sexual education education that are suitable for early childhood, providing toys that are suitable for use in sexual education education in early childhood, provide explanations that are easy for children to understand. With these methods, children can know clearly how to protect their bodies or the dangers in the surrounding environment that could occur.

Abstract

Rural literacy is a container for improving society's human resources by studious interest in reading and knowledge. Where that increase can be felt in terms of education, technology and economics. Therefore, the existence of a local agency has been very helpful in boosting coastal knowledge to advance and expand. The goal of this study is to identify and describe the potential of local agencies on the payable coast known as the dolphin kub (group of joint venture groups). The research site is located on Joint business group “Lumba-Lumba” selected using a stringent area technique. The identification technique of the informer used is an integral sampling. Data collection techniques using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The authentication technique of data involves extension of participation, persistence in observation, and triangulation. As for the triangulation used were technical triangulation, source triangulation, and time triangulation. Data analysis USES the miles and huberman theory by data collecting, data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The result of this research is that local institutions' role is crucial to improving community knowledge to advance and expand. Increased public knowledge can be supported by rural communities through the potential of those around and also various forms of activities

Abstract

The aim of the study was to determine the participation of learning residents in the success of learning the Package C program at PKBM Kartini. The research informants were determined using the Purposive Sampling technique, in which the learning residents and tutors of the Paket C program were key informants, while institutional managers were supporting informants. Data collection was carried out using interview techniques, observation and documentation. The resulting data is data in the form of narrative and analyzed using the data analysis model of Miles and Huberman starting with data collection, data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the study show that there is participation of learning citizens in the learning process, but each learning citizen has different learning participation. Contributive participation in attendance and asking questions in learning is different, but has initiative participation to ask for additional material or questions to be studied. The different participation of learning residents is because on average the learning residents are already married and have jobs so it is difficult to manage time. With this participation, it will certainly affect learning outcomes

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the role of the Pinggir Sawah Literacy House in the Sempu Banyuwangi area in terms of forming environmental awareness. The research method used is descriptive with a qualitative approach. The technique used was in-depth interviews by digging up information from data sources from the Pinggir Sawah administrators and the community who came to the place. The research results illustrate that the role of the Pinggir Sawah literacy house is able to raise awareness of love for the environment. Some activities include utilizing waste, planting plants using organic media. The role of the Pinggir Sawah literacy house is to try to create environmental awareness by reducing waste and utilizing it to create a clean and healthy environment. Activities carried out include outreach and training in waste utilization skills

Abstract

Bina Keluarga Balita (BKB) is a family welfare program aimed at increasing parents' knowledge and skills regarding child development, with the program implemented by community volunteers. This study aims to understand the role of BKB cadres as agents of change in guiding mothers with toddlers and to identify supporting and inhibiting factors. Cadres are expected to drive change in BKB activities. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques include interviews, observations, and documentation. The results show that cadres play roles in socialization, building relationships, diagnosing conditions, providing counseling, filling out Child Development Cards (KKA), using educational play tools (APE), and monitoring mothers with toddlers. Supporting factors include a focus on mothers' needs and integration with Posyandu and PAUD services. Inhibiting factors include a lack of cadres training, slow regeneration, and limited government funding. In conclusion, the role of cadres as agents of change is quite successful in improving mothers' knowledge and skills about BKB
