Abstract

Socially Responsible Human Resource Management (SRHRM) and CSR Behavior are factors that play a role in measuring the condition of employees working in a company environment, especially in management organizations. The purpose of this study is to quantitatively analyze SRHRM and CSR Behavior on Organizational Trust. The goal is to find out the condition of employees when facing the COVID-19 pandemic so that their effectiveness and efficiency can be measured. The data uses primary data (questionnaire). The total sample is 64 private companies in Greater Jakarta for the 3 months period of COVID-19 (May-June-July 2021). The reason the sample was taken is that private companies in Jabodetabek have an average CSR and effective organization so that the influence of their employees can be measured. The research method uses linear regression with STATA. The dependent variable is Organizational Trust 5 items: fairness, commitment, promise, management, career development. The independent variables are SRHRM and CSR Behavior based on the questionnaire items. The results of the study explain that SRHRM affects Organizational Trust. SRHRM creates a conducive work environment so that trust increases because the organization is effective. While other results, CSR Behavior does not affect Organizational Trust, due to differences of opinion between employees and the company, because companies affected by the pandemic do not allow companies to develop their employees' CSR Behavior strategies.

Abstract

COVID-19 is a serious pandemics that affects life survival, including in Indonesia. One of the affected areas in East Java Province, especially in the tourism sector. This study aimed to quantitatively measure the interest of the East Java people towards tourism intentions and interests based on the Theory Of Planned Behavior (TPB). The research method used is a questionnaire with 102 people who reside in East Java. The research period is one month, beginning from September 2020 (during the COVID-19 pandemic). The dependent variable used is the intention, and the independent variable is Attitude toward the behavior, Subjective norm, Perceived behavioral control, Anticipated regret. This study proves that only Attitude toward the behavior and Perceived behavioral control has a positive effect on tourism interests and intentions of the people of East Java. These results provide information that there is still severe public concern about a pandemic. However, the government can encourage tourism because, based on the research results, there is still a public interest in choosing a vacation, either on nature vacation or enjoying seaside.

Abstract

One measurement of performance in local government is the regional government performance score (EKPPD). The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of economic factors with performance scores in local government. This study conducted 119 cities and regencies in Java and Sumatra for 2 years, 2015-2016. The total sample is 238 cities and districts. The reason for this sample was chosen because Java and Sumatra are two large islands in Indonesia and have quite high economic development. The research method used is regression using panel data. The dependent variable used is the performance score from the Regional Government. The independent variable used is economic factors such as the Human Development Index (HDI). Control variables are Poverty Rate and GINI Coefficient. The results of this study explain that HDI and GINI have a positive effect on the performance of local governments. The contribution of this study provides an explanation that the higher the poverty rate inherent with the better quality of life of the community, prove that developments in the City / Regency in the Regional Government have been implemented by the Regional Government following the capacity of the Regional Government.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bermaksud menguji pengaruh keadilan organisasi dan peran entrepreneurial leadership terhadap perilaku kerja inovatif pada karyawan di instansi pemerintahan yang berstatus PNS. Penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model (SEM) sebagai metode analisis data. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan online kusioner. Responden dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sebanyak 199 karyawan di instansi pemerintahan yang berstatus PNS. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian telah dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel organizational justice berpengaruh secara signifikan pada perilaku kerja inovatif pada karyawan di instansi pemerintah yang berstatus PNS. Meskipun demikian, entrepreneurial leadership justru tidak berpengaruh signifikan pada perilaku kerja inovatif. Hal ini menjelaskan peran pemimpin dalam konteks entrepreneurial leadership tidak mendorong karyawan di instansi pemerintah yang berstatus PNS untuk bekerja secara inovatif dilingkungan kerjanya.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has directly changed people's habits to switch to online systems, including financial transactions. The most common are the use of internet banking and payments using digital wallets. The purpose of this study is to quantitatively analyze the use of internet banking and digital wallets in financial transactions based on Theory Of Planned Behavior (TPB). The method used is primary data (quantitative) by questionnaire as many as 62 people who use internet banking. This research was taken for 1 month, namely February 2021 (during COVID-19). The dependent variable used is Financial Transaction, while the other independent variables use 3 variables, namely Attitude, Norm and Behavior Control. The results of this study provide information that only attitude and norm have an effect on the financial effect. This provides evidence that the use of financial transactions via the internet is often done during the COVID-19 pandemic. This provides a new paradigm that financial transactions have begun to switch to using non-cash payments.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi perlu dikembangkan, terutama untuk lingkungan pendidikan. Hal ini memberikan bukti bahwa penerapan sistem kampus terpadu (enterprise) perlu dilakukan oleh pihak kampus untuk mempermudah pelaksanaan akademik. Dosen sebagai sosok yang memberikan arahan kepada mahasiswa harus memahami perkembangan teknologi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan penjelasan tentang kinerja sistem informasi e-campus berbasis enterprise (penginputan soal ujian akuntansi) secara terstruktur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan menggunakan pengumpulan data dalam sistem e-campus. Pengumpulan data lainnya adalah dengan observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Metode ini digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data yang lebih detail dengan cara observasi langsung (menggunakan website kampus) di Universitas. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa seluruh Dosen dan Mahasiswa telah menerapkan sistem e-campus untuk mempermudah sistem pembelajaran, seperti input data untuk kepentingan Dosen dan Mahasiswa khususnya untuk Program Studi Akuntansi.

Abstract

One of study in Public Management was government performance, and this research conduct to measure local government performance especially during the election period. Performance measurement uses a performance score based on Indonesian Ministry of Home Affairs. The aim is to analyze the economy and welfare on performance during the 2016 Mayor/Regent election period. This study used a sample of 174 cities and regencies in Indonesia during the 2016 election period. The research method is regression based on panel data. The dependent variable is Government Performance and independent variables are the economy (GDP) and the population's welfare. The control variables use total assets and legislative measures. The study results are welfare had significant effect on region performance, economy has no effect on performance. These results explain a change in the leader, either the Mayor/Regent, so that performance measurement provides better effectiveness during the election. The research contribution explains that there is an increase in welfare when the election occurs, reinforced by the interest to win the election to create a good image for the Mayor / Regent to be re-elected.Keywords: City, elections, government performance, public management.

Abstract

The existence of Law No. 14 of 2005 and some thoughts that take is-sue with the low quality of teachers, one of the causes of which cannot be separated from the impact of the recruitment process and inadequate selection. It is necessary and urgent to conduct normative juridical studies to construct how the process of recruitment and selection of state teachers in Indonesia so that recruitment reconstruction and selection of ideal state teachers are produced in Indonesia. Two conclusions were made based on the knife analysis in the form of agency theory that emphasizes the contractual relationship between the principal and the agent that must reflect the efficient organization. First, the recruitment and selection of prospective state teachers have only been carried out en masse and almost simultaneously. The selection test is carried out by working on multiple-choice questions in which various types of questions are widely sold and can be learned or learned, even traced patterns of the problem. Thus, the correct answer to a question does not correlate with the ability of prospective teachers to carry out their duties and responsibilities later as a teacher who is loved and respected by students and colleagues. Second, it is necessary to update the rules related to the recruitment process and selection of prospective state teachers, including maximizing information technology in knowing the behavior of future teachers in using social media and so on.

Abstract

Public service is one of the means to build public trust to realize national development goals. However, the report received by the Ombudsman of the Republic of Indonesia shows the implementation of public services has not been to the needs and changes in various community, national, and state life. Concerns about the inefficiency of public services and many rules and standard operating procedures indicate the need to reorientate public services in Indonesia. Based on normative juridical studies, two conclusions were produced. First, so far, public services in Indonesia are only for the fulfillment of certainty of laws and regulations, which seem to be just fulfilling formal justice. Second, it is necessary to reorient public services, namely public services that explore transcendental dimension laws, so that the general knowledge offered by the state to its people can exceed the limitations of written rules by giving the meaning of every existing law by not going out of laws born of ideal nature, which is true. This can be conducted by synthesizing a priori knowledge with apository knowledge. Inside a priori of public service, the implementation must show on the condition of a good experience while remaining based on rational thinking.

Abstract

There must be indicators of education-based activities, especially in secondary schools. The aim is to analyze the indicators of high school in Indonesia qualitatively. The research uses a qualitative literature study with data on comparisons of secondary schools so that they can be mutually based on previous literature. The primary data that are compared qualitatively are (1) Comparison of secondary schools, a study on the performance of the Provincial Education Office, and (2) Application of a performance-based reward system in High Schools and Equivalent. As a result, the performance of the Provincial Education Office tends to focus on only 2, namely (1) increasing access, equitable distribution of quality education for secondary and special schools, and (2) improving the qualifications, competence of educators, and education personnel for secondary and special education.
