Abstract

Organizational sustainability has increasingly become a central focus in human resource management (HRM), particularly through the implementation of innovation-based green compensation and reward mechanisms. This study aims to present a systematic review of the role of green compensation and rewards in promoting employees’ pro-environmental behavior and enhancing organizational sustainability through innovative strategies. The review includes 100 articles categorized into five key themes, such as the impact on employee behavior, integration of green HRM practices, green incentives, and the effectiveness of green rewards. The findings indicate that green compensation significantly influences employees’ pro-environmental behavior by enhancing green motivation and organizational commitment (K, 2024). Furthermore, the integration of green HRM practices including green recruitment and innovation-focused training reinforces the alignment between corporate sustainability strategies and employee behavior (K, 2024). Both financial and non-financial incentives designed with a sustainability focus and innovative approaches have also been shown to increase employee engagement in environmental initiatives (Beck-Krala, 2020).  Green reward mechanisms not only raise environmental awareness but also play a crucial role in driving eco-innovation in the workplace (Performance Analysis, 2020). In addition, effective and innovation-based reward systems help organizations achieve higher levels of sustainability by improving employee retention and environmental performance. This study concludes that green compensation and reward are key strategies in green HRM to support sustainability. Further research is needed to explore the implementation of these mechanisms across different cultural and industrial contexts.

Abstract

Income tax remains the main contributor to Indonesia’s tax revenue; therefore, the government aims to boost its income through the taxation sector, both corporate and individual income taxes. The study is designed to assess the various aspects that shape the utilization of tax havens by firms, particularly within the mining field. Multinational corporations often utilize tax havens as a means of reallocating profits to Tax-friendly jurisdictions, thereby Cutting down their aggregate tax burden. This study applies multiple linear regression analysis using secondary data derived from corporate financial reports. The F-test outcomes indicate that, collectively, Tax haven usage is significantly affected by the four independent variables, with an F-value of 4.446 > F-table value of 2.43 and a significance level of 0.006 < 0.05. The t-test results indicate that transfer pricing (t = 2.172; sig. = 0.032), thin capitalization (t = 2.716; sig. = 0.007), and intangible assets (t = 2.646; sig. = 0.009) significantly influence the utilization of tax havens.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work experience on employee performance based on a literature review. Analyze the combined effect of educational background and work experience on employee performance. Identify supporting and inhibiting factors in the relationship between education, work experience, and employee performance. Provide a conceptual overview and recommendations regarding the equivalence of education and work experience in improving employee performance. The research method used is a library study, where researchers review previous research and then draw conclusions from the results. This study was conducted by reanalyzing previous research relevant to the research objectives and developing a deeper understanding. Based on the results of the reanalysis of three previous studies, this study shows that educational background and work experience have a significant influence on employee performance. A higher level of education positively contributes to improved cognitive abilities, technical skills, and understanding of job duties and responsibilities. This results in increased efficiency, work quality, and problem-solving abilities in the workplace.Furthermore, work experience has also been shown to have a positive relationship with employee performance. Employees with longer tenure tend to have a better understanding of systems, organizational culture, and applicable work procedures. This experience allows them to work more effectively, reduce errors, and adapt more quickly to changes or challenges in the workplace. Simultaneously, the combination of a good level of education and adequate work experience forms stronger work competencies, which ultimately contributes to increased productivity and overall performance quality. These results are in line with previous research findings which confirm that human resources with a higher educational background and extensive work experience are important assets for organizations in achieving goals and competitive advantages.

Abstract

Key Audit Matters (KAM) is a very significant matter in auditing an entity's financial statements that are communicated by the auditor in the audit report. KAM is not a separate opinion or an indication that there is material misrepresentation, but the result of the auditor's professional discussion on the complexity of the audit. KAM focuses on crucial areas and material risks. Because KAM explains several things that are very crucial for the company, so not all audit report results apply KAM properly. This study examines the analysis related to the implementation of Key Audit Matters (KAM) in line with the 701 Audit Standard and its effect on the quality of the audit results produced. The methodology used includes a literature review, facilitated through the use of Google Scholar. The data obtained have undergone qualifications, covering 2022-2024, maintaining a thematic focus and coherent discourse with this study. Furthermore, this data is subject to analytical supervision. The findings of the investigation regarding the implementation of Key Audit Matters (KAM) in accordance with Audit Standard 701 reveal its impact on the quality of the audit results produced. The implementation of KAM has a beneficial effect on audit results, making it more informative and reliable for the decision-making process. KAM assists auditors in identifying issues that require disclosure in accordance with SA 701, thereby improving the transparency and communicative efficacy of audit reports for stakeholders. However, the disclosure of KAM also presents significant risks for companies related to the confidentiality of company data. Therefore, professional communication is needed in compiling and implementing KAM.

Abstract

The skincare industry in Indonesia has experienced rapid growth, driven by increasing public awareness of skin health and evolving beauty standards, especially among younger consumers. Amid intense competition and the rise of local brands, understanding the factors that influence purchase intention is crucial for brand sustainability. This study investigates the influence of brand reputation, information quality, product availability, and perceived behavioral control on consumer purchase intention toward Somethinc, one of Indonesia’s leading local skincare brands. Employing a quantitative approach with a causal research design, data were collected from 185 respondents in Jakarta who had previously purchased and used Somethinc products. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) via SmartPLS 4. The results show that brand reputation and product availability have a significant and positive impact on purchase intention, emphasizing the importance of brand trust and product accessibility. In contrast, information quality and perceived behavioral control did not show a significant effect, suggesting that emotional and brand-driven factors may outweigh technical or rational considerations in skincare purchases. These findings offer valuable insights for marketers to refine branding and distribution strategies in a highly competitive beauty market.

Tuwa Kawa Coffee & Eatry as a business actor in the culinary sector needs to ensure profit stability amid fluctuations in operational costs and uncertain sales volumes. In practice, the company has not used the right financial analysis tools to help with profit planning in a systematic and measurable manner. This study aims to analyze Costing Volume Profit (CVP) for profit planning at Tuwa Kawa Coffee & Eatry. CVP analysis serves to identify the relationship between costs, sales volume and profit so that it can provide an overview of changes in one of the components that will affect the company's profit. The research method applied is a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach. The data analyzed was obtained from the financial statements of Tuwa Kawa Coffee & Eatry's profit and loss. The results of the study revealed that CVP analysis can provide significant benefits for management in estimating profits to be achieved, determining realistic sales targets and designing more efficient cost control strategies.
