This exploration is a genuine test with a randomized pretest-posttest control bunch plan. The population is all understudies of class X, XI, and XII. The testing method utilizes straightforward irregular inspecting. The examples utilized in this examination were 112 individuals. The examination instrument utilized was target tests as various decision inquiries for basic reasoning abilities and mastering inspiration polls. The information investigation utilized was Paired example t-test and Independent example t-test. The consequences of his exploration are there is an impact of issue put together learning models with respect to understudies' basic reasoning abilities. There is an impact of the issue put together learning model with respect to understudy inspiration. The problem-based learning model is more compelling than the immediate showing model for understudies' basic deduction abilities in actual schooling mastering. The model of problem-based learning has a more beneficial outcome than the immediate encouraging model on understudies' learning inspiration in actual schooling learning. Abstract

Establishing student exchange programs is one way for sports science faculty to support the University to be a world-class university. For several years the faculty has been hosting several batches of a sports students exchange (SSE) program that gains interest and benefits for the students and the institution; however, limited studies have been conducted to present information about the program and its support system. This research is conducted to explain and give an overview of the program as well as explore the support system of the program. Three primary data, namely a depth-interview, questionnaire, and documentation, are gathered to explore the SSE program. The participants are lectures, faculty management, and students involved in the SSE in 2018-2019. The existence of the SSE program was exceedingly influenced by the faculty participation in AUCPESS. A grant from the Dharmasiswa Scholarship that aimed to bolster the exchange of culture and build up the Faculty's International atmosphere was the first booster. However, after the funding stopped, the program ran independently with non-financial support from Rector, faculty management, partner universities, and students. Hence, funding is not a pivotal issue as long as the University and faculty management eager to support the program.

Abstract

The correlation between emotional intelligence and learning outcomes of elementary school students in physical education is still minimal. Therefore, a deeper exploration in this study is carried out to reveal it. This study aims to analyze the correlation between emotional intelligence and students' physical education learning outcomes in elementary schools. This correlational study aims to analyze the relationship between emotional intelligence and elementary school students' learning outcomes in physical education. The ANOVA correlation between emotional intelligence and physical education learning outcomes shows a significance value of 0.224, greater than alpha 0.05. It means that there is no correlation between emotional intelligence and students’ cognitive learning outcomes in physical education subjects. Factors that contribute to the absence of a relationship between emotional intelligence and learning outcomes include implementing online learning that is less than optimal because it is not supported by adequate facilities and learning participation by all students. The other factors are reduced or limited interaction between students and the learning environment, the economic burden that causes parents’ emotional problem that impacts children's emotions. The contribution of emotional intelligence to the achievement of learning outcomes, especially in physical education subjects, is as much as 2%, and other factors contribute as much as 98%.
