Abstract

Abstract                In facing the intense competition in the music world, a number of singers have made various efforts to maintain their existence in the music world. Singers who face intense competition in the music world include Anjas Gitarani and Tini Sebloh. This research method is descriptive qualitative. The results of this study are: 1) Masks are used as a means to create innovation and creativity, not only as a face covering instrument. Anjas and Tini provide an overview of how creativity and innovation can create creativity to maintain their consistency in singing. 2) Anjas and Tini's vocal quality is actually quite ordinary. However, Anjas and Tini highlighted their stage action by wearing masks when performing on stage. 3). The mask is basically a tool that is used as a face cover. Someone wears a mask so that their real face is not visible. Mask is synonymous with the activity of "covering" so that the face of the singer wearing a mask is not visible. It is no different from Anjas and Tini who wear masks in every appearance. "To close" also implies that a singer must be professional. Whatever the condition is sick, tired, or sad, a singer must stay fit, cheer up, and smile in front of the audience so that the audience feels entertained.               Keywords: The Mask, Anjas Gitarani and Tini Sebloh, Innovation, and Creativity

Abstract

This research aimed to determine the influence of EXO's Brand Ambassador which was analyzed by using AIDDA (Attentions theory, Interest, Desire, Decision and Action)s towards the consumptive lifestyle of the buyer of Nature Republic products.This research used quantitative methods with descriptive data types. The number of samples for this study was 67 respondents. Sampling techniques used was probability sampling. Data collection technique used was an online questionnaire for the EXO-L Surabaya community.The data analysis used was a simple linear analysis using SPSS 20 program.Based on the results it showed that the influence of the variable Brand Ambassador EXO (X) In this study towards the consumptive lifestyle (Y) buyers of Nature Republic products was 31.4%. Abstract

Abstract  The Sanitation and Green Open Space Department as a communicator, through the Community Empowerment Sub-Division, conveyed a message to the community with one of its messages, namely to build a branding destination in the tourist village of Genteng Candirejo. Interestingly, DKRTH does not have a public relations position in its organizational structure, which makes researchers interested in knowing the DKRTH's function as a communicator in building the destination branding of the Candirejo Tile Tourism Village in Surabaya. This study uses the concept of destination brand social image patterns in the study of tourism communication as a discussion analysis knife. This research resulted in a conclusion as a DKRTH communicator trying to give an impression to the public by becoming a facilitator of communication, media relations and program assistance so that the social image of the village destination branding is getting stronger Keywords : DKRTH Function, Public Relations Activities, Destination Brand Social Image Pattern

Abstract

Franchise is a business license from the franchisor to the franchisee. The franchise business industry continues to show an increasing trend every year. One of the food franchise businesses that has successfully developed and has outlets in various cities in Indonesia is ChiFry. ChiFry has been established since 2015 and now has 27 outlets throughout Indonesia. This study aims to determine the relationship strategy of the franchisor with the franchisee in the ChiFry food business, where ChiFry within 4 years succeeded in opening 25 franchise branches. The research is based on customer relations theory because the franchisee is a customer of the franchisor. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach with the case study method. The results of this study indicate that all elements of the relationship strategy at ChiFry such as commitment, communication, trust, respect, mutual understanding, confidentiality, and mutual exchange work well, thus encouraging customer satisfaction. This research also shows that when the franchisor meets aspects of customer satisfaction such as quality perception, perceived value, and handling complaints, it will create loyalty from the franchisee. Loyalty is manifested in the form of not breaking the contract of cooperation with the franchisor.Keywords : Customer Relations, Franchise, Relationship Strategy, Customer Satisfaction, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

The working visit or recess of the DPR RI is carried out to realize the aspirations of the right people on target to achieve political goals. This activity is also inseparable from the things considering that it follows local government policies and the DPRD to be said to be a successful activity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the aspiration absorption strategy through recess activities. This research method uses a qualitative-descriptive approach with in-depth interviews with three informants, namely members of the Indonesian Parliament and representatives of the electoral district of North Sumatra 1. The study results state that the strategy for absorbing people's aspirations is carried out through various forms of aspiration by involving community groups. The main structure of a method for capturing aspirations is through face-to-face dialogue with communities. People's aspirations were complete when they had felt the benefits directly. Keywords: community aspirations, political communication, recess, communication strategy

Abstract

AbstractPandhalungan culture is increasingly popular in Jember regency. Various cultural attractions in the community degree in the region, often wrapped with the term Pandhalungan. In fact, Jember Regency, routinely held the approval of the Jember cultural art with the name Pandhalungan Night Show. Pandhalungan is a term to describe the culture of assimilation between Javanese and Madura. Tumbuh-kembangnya Budaya Pandhalungan, especially in Jember district, is not separated from the role of media. One of them is social media, especially Facebook--widely used as a medium of communication in the Pandhalungan culture. Research with this descriptive analytical method uses a qualitative approach, to uncover the data that supports the role of social media in transforming the Pandhalungan culture in Jember district. As a result, the assimilation of these two cultures form a community spread from the north coast of East Java to some of the south coast of East Java, starting Lumajang, Jember, and part of Banyuwangi, continues to grow into local tourism potential. Keywords: social media, cultural transformation, pandhalungan

Abstract

This research was conducted to analyze the reception of teenage girls in the case of shopping lifestyle which has been shown through the video entitled "Shopping without any limit" on the @Handmadeshoesby tiktok account. In this video, there is a woman who went shopping for fashion products without any shopping list and she took a large quantity of fashion product without any consideration or trying out the product first. This has attracted researcher to find out how teenage girls interpret the messages in the video. This study used a qualitative research method with a reception analysis study. The number of informants was 10 people. The research used interviews and observation as a data collection techniques. This research uses Stuart Hall's encoding-decoding theory in which the message creator made messages with certain meanings that are expected to be accepted by the audience. But the audience can also interpret messages according to their own experiences. The results showed that there were differences in the reception between one informant and another. The reception of young women to the video “Shopping without any limit” that was displayed @Handmadeshoesby tiktok account has different interpretations. The aspects presented in the video were not fully approved by the informants. These interpretations comes from knowledge and experiences gained from everyday life.Keywords : Lifestyle, tiktok, reception analysis

Abstract

The research aims to know (1) The caused of the employee resignation at outsourcing company (2) The majority reasons of those resignation. This researchused qualitativemethod with research locationSemarang City. Data used for this were primary and secondary data. Primary data or main data is taken from the informants itself, while secondary data or additional data are collected from many sources such as books, journal, company’s notes and other valid source to support this research completion. Total informants weretwenty eight, based on employee’s data for resignation periode January 2020 – December 2020 at PT Transcosmos Indonesia (Tokopedia Semarang Project). Data collection were done by interviewed with those twenty eightinformants, then being analysed by two theoriessuch as Social Judge Theory and Information Integration Theory. Research showed that there were four (4) main reasons employee submitting resignation such as : getting a new job, family issue, health issue, and wanting to be an entrepreneur. Abstract

Abstract In the beginning of 2020 the mass media coverage was adorned with information about covid-19 outbreaks. The spread of covid-19 has crossed continents and even the rest of the world, making this period called as pandemic because it has infected 4.9 million people. The magnitude of this incident made the media including Kompas.com and Malaysiakini.com continue to convey information not only about health issues, but also other impacts in various fields such as law, politics, security and other social issues such as the economy and employment. This online news portal from Indonesia and Malaysia always reports on the development of covid-19 outbreaks in their respective countries. So much news was uploaded by the two online media that researcher only chose one news related to labor policy as the impact of covid-19 outbreaks. Using the theory of reality construction from Peter L. Berger, researcher analyzed the news framing using Robert N Enmant's model. The results showed an imbalance between the two online news portals because it only represented one party, where Kompas.com fetched news about wages from the point of view of the business world while Malaysiakini framed the appeal for the suspension of Eid Al-fitr leave that delivered by Mufti P Pinang as an opinion leader who respected by the Malaysian society. Keywords: Framing Analysis, Policy, Labor, Pandemic, Online Media.

Abstract

Plunturan Village, Pulung Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency as a research location wants joint efforts in all matters, especially efforts to mobilize all potential optimally so that the village economy can increase, hoping that the results will be directly proportional to the welfare of the community. The purpose of this research is to find out the communication built internally in the Plunturan village community through groups of small and medium enterprises and groups of actors and cultural observers has been running well, so that in the future there is a need for a breakthrough in the media to further empower the community's abilities, one of which is using the media. social society which so far is still loved by the general public, especially millennials. The method used in this study to achieve the target to be achieved using qualitative methods, with observation techniques and in-depth interviews with informants. The results of this research can then be developed and used by the community. The use of social media technology is an effort to build an image so that the wider community knows more about the potential that exists in Plunturan village as a tourist destination that has characteristics with local wisdom that must be visited by domestic and foreign tourists.Keywords: Tourism Brading, Marketing Communication, Creative Economy
