Abstract

Education is a planned effort to develop the potential of students, so that they have a system of thinking, a system of values, morals, and beliefs inherited by their communities to develop according to life in the present and the future. While the character is the character, character, character, or personality of a person formed from the internalization of various virtues (virtues) that are believed and used as a basis for perspective, thinking, acting and acting. these character education development strategies have principles that are used so that character education can run effectively. The principles are sustainable, through all subjects, personal development, and school culture and values are not taught but are developed. The character education that is developed stems from the basic values contained in the principles of the Pancasila and from the daily values that grow in a civilized society. Abstract

The preservation of the Balinese language cannot only preserve the existence of Balinese language, script, and literature. In order to be sustainably maximized, Balinese should also be empowered to take a role in economic life. There must be creativity of human ideas that support the Balinese language in order to exist in entrepreneurship, as a creative economic development. Therefore, the writing will discuss issues relating to the creative economy and efforts to develop Balinese in the creative economy. Economic activities, which in their development are called creative economics, penetrate into various aspects of life related to the needs of human life, including also relating to speaking in Balinese. The existence of Balinese in the development of the creative economy that is developing in various fields, namely: crafts (by processing palm leaves written in Balinese script); fashion (by using a T-Shirt that reads Balinese or Latin); music (through Balinese pop songs); Performing arts (through Cenk Blonk puppet show); (by utilizing social media, the Balinese language is introduced to the public through creative and interesting videos).  Keywords: creative economy, entrepreneurship, Balinese language

Abstract

In detail, the purpose of this study can be elaborated as follows: (1) To determine the effect of the implementation of scientific learning based on learning skills and 4C innovation on the learning outcomes of Natural Sciences in class V students of SD Cluster 15 Buleleng District. (2). To determine the effect of the implementation of scientific learning based on learning skills and 4C innovation on the learning outcomes of science in class V students of Elementary School Cluster 15 Buleleng District, after scientific attitudes are controlled. (3). To find out how much a significant contribution to scientific attitudes towards learning outcomes of science students. This research is an experimental research. The research design used in this study is the Single Factor Independent Groups Design With Use Of Covariate. The multiple choice test method is used to collect data about the science learning outcomes of students, while the non-test method in the form of a questionnaire is used to collect data on scientific attitudes of students. Keywords: Scientific learning based on learning skills, 4C, science learning outcomes

Abstract

The Towani Tolotang community makes Hinduism its official religion. The integration of Towani Tolotang's belief into Hinduism is a long struggle to be able to maintain his existence as a Tolotang. Hinduism in the view of the Tolotang Towani Community is not only an official religion that provides legal protection for the Towani Tolotang community so that its tradition is sustainable and can appreciate the work and heritage of its ancestors, but also as a symbol of a long struggle to stay alive and survive until now. Choosing to become a Hindu is for him the struggle to become a Towani Tolotang. The joining of Towani Tolotang to Hinduism does not mean that the problem is considered over, the differences in the traditional system between the Tolotang Hindu community and Hindu traditions in other regions, especially in Bali, as if Towani Tolotang is considered as a tribal or local religion that only “hitches”  legal protection on Hinduism. In fact, it is the nature of Hinduism that does not adhere to the “law” of uniformity for its adherents, including regarding religious traditions for different ethnicities. Keywords: Dynamics, Towani Tolotang Hindu Community

Abstract

The accentuation of education is being shaken by various progesifitas changes with the demands of innovation and community needs, and is challenged to be able to respond to local problems and rapidly global change. Abstract

Indonesia is a multicultural country with a very diverse number of ethnicities, cultures, languages, religions, and backgrounds. But unfortunately, the awareness of multiculturalism in our society has not yet developed properly. Abstract

Social media is a new phenomenon that colors human life, the result of the development of information technology. Hindu religious instructors, as part of the community, can also use this technology in carrying out the task of giving life enlightenment to Hindus. This study reveals how Hindu religious education is carried out by Hindu religious instructors in the Abiansemal sub-district, how social media is used to support counseling activities and how the impact of the use of social media on Hindu interest in accessing Hindu religious content through social media. Internet observations and field interviews provide information about the use of social media for Hindu religious counseling, but not all instructors use it optimally. Users of social media in the Abiansemal sub-district interviewed randomly said that most people interact through social media, where the content communicated is still general, the content of Hindu teachings is very rarely communicated. Such facts can also be found through direct searches on various social media platforms such as YouTube, Instagram and WhatsApp. Keywords: Social Media, Hindu Counseling

Abstract

Balinese Hindu people in general believes Tri Hita Karana (THK) as their ideology in social and religious life.  THK ideology teaches Hindus people in Bali to live in harmony in order to achieve happiness both physically and mentally.  The happiness of living in a society and religion originates from efforts to establish harmonious relationship between humans and The One Almighty God (Parahyangan).   between and among human beings (Pawongan),  and between humans and their natural environment (Palemahan).  In the life of the nation and state as part of Indonesian society, the Balinese Hindu community also implements the Pancasila ideology.  By the ideology of Pancasila, the Balinese Hindu society upholds and implements the values of Pancasila which consist of five sila. Why can Balinese Hindu society implement these two ideologies without experiencing conflict.  The answer is because these two ideologies are both open ideologies and have a relevant ontological basis. Keywords: Tri Hita Karana, Parahyangan, Pawongan, Palemahan, dan Pancasila

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the application of contextual learning in Hinduism subject in elementary school. The ability of teachers to create quality learning largely determines overall educational success. The quality of learning depends on the strength of teachers, especially in providing ease of learning to students effectively and efficiently. Contextual learning or often abbreviated as CTL is one learning strategy that can streamline the teaching and learning process where learning takes place naturally in the form of student work and experience activities, not just the transfer of knowledge from teacher to students, so learning is expected to be more meaningful for students.
