Abstract

In the field of land transportation in the Capital City of DKI Jakarta, which is currently integrated with each other with payment methods in one tab, e-money cards can make it easier for users of public transportation modes whose mobility they often use and new users. With the enthusiasm of the community, until now there are still users of public transportation modes who just want to try using or who are switching to using public transportation modes to save more time and savings in terms of daily expenses. However, there are still those who do not have an e-money card, which requires users to buy an e-money card at a bank or supermarket that provides e-money cards. This study aims to make it easier for new users of public transportation to purchase e-money cards at each provider bank using a Vending Machine (VM) with the concept of the Finite State Automata (FSA) method of the Non-Deterministic Finite Automata (NFA) type. The results of this study aim to help new users of public transportation to be able to reach every station and bus stop in purchasing e-money cards, even though currently purchasing e-money cards with Vending Machines has not been spread evenly in several places of public transportation and is only focused on Vending. Machine one bank only.

Abstract

Smoking is an activity that can make addiction a habit every day, because cigarettes contain substances that are harmful to the user's body and to other people who inhale the smoke. Included in the school environment, several factors that increase interest in cigarettes among students are the factor of wanting to try, being influenced by friends and the environment. The school environment has a big impact, with rules and regulations that are not enforced to the maximum resulting in an increasing number of cigarette users among students. this can affect the friends around him. From these problems, the authors conducted research using Arduino Uno as the main component in the development of the Cigarette Smoke Detection Tool which was combined with the MQ-2 sensor as a module used for cigarette smoke detection, and the module will sound a buzzer when it detects cigarette smoke, then combined with the module. GSM as a tool to notify a predetermined number when cigarette smoke is detected in the room via SMS (Short Message Service). The result of this test is that the MQ-2 sensor can detect if there is cigarette smoke around the sensor or device at a short distance of less than 6 meters.

Abstract

Training as a program concept which serves to improve individual learning abilities and can review the quality of work and improve the company's business performance because behind the growing business are diligent and smart employees. In fact, in the process of training employees of PT. Telkom Access West Bandung (West Bandung Area 1) there are problems related to training, namely the training schedule that is not in accordance with the time or if participants who pass the training still get the same topic. The purpose of this research is to build an employee training information system that accommodates the above problems and provides benefits for employees, especially in the training process. The research method used is Agile Development with Unified Modeling Language modeling. The results of this study are an employee training information system that provides benefits for employees, especially in terms of training schedules and employee training reporting and it is also hoped that the employee training information system that has been created has further development, namely additional features such as employee appraisal features and others.

Abstract

The development of the hospitality business in Batam is increasingly making competition and competition between hotels tighter. Competition and competition make the management of hotels must have good marketing strategy skills so that they can increase the sales volume and room occupancy rate of their hospitality business. The reason of this observe is to discover how information technology can improve the ability of marketing strategies in terms of sales volume and room occupancy rates in the hospitality business. The sampling method of this research was performed through the usage of purposive sampling with the wide variety of respondents as many as 50 people who were taken intentionally. The conclusion tool used is SWOT analysis to take benefit of possibilities and maximize strengths, lessen weaknesses and additionally avoid threats. The Strengths-Opportunities (SO) strategy is implemented using brand positioning through the development of hotel websites, maximizing cooperation with travel agents by providing easy booking using online technology applications. In the ST strategy, it is applied by conducting a comparative analysis of room quality and room prices with star-class hotels through information technology, using promotional media supported by technological advances. In the WO strategy by minimizing weaknesses by analyzing cost components, renovating rooms with the help of using information technology. Abstract

Kranggan Jaya is one form of a company engaged in the sale and purchase of building goods where the buying and ordering process that occurs so far is still manual. Recording and calculations in transactions that require accuracy, often get into trouble to the detriment of the store. This is what underlies the need for a process that runs automatically with the use of information systems. The construction of SIBeRang for TB. Kranggan Jaya is urgently needed to answer the challenges faced in business competition in businesses related to building shops. The Rapid Application Development method is used in software development and data collection through direct observation of the purchasing process, ordering goods until the goods ordered are received by the warehouse. In this study, in addition to interviews with warehouse employees and purchases. SIBeRang finally overcome this problem so that the existing data becomes accurate and can be accounted for. In addition to TB. Kranggan Jaya, suppliers benefit from this information system by making it easy to obtain data on ordering goods without having to come to take documents to the building shop.

Abstract

Extreme Gradient Boosting(XGBoost) is a popular boosting algorithm based on decision trees. XGBoost is the best in the boosting group. XGBoost has excellent convergence. On the other hand, XGBoost is a Hyper parameterized model. Determining the value of each parameter is classified as difficult, resulting in the results obtained being trapped in the local optimum situation. Determining the value of each parameter manually, of course, takes a lot of time. In this study, a Genetic Algorithm (GA) is applied to find the optimal value of the XGBoost hyperparameter on the market segmentation problem. The evaluation of the model is based on the ROC curve. Test result. The ROC test results for several SVM, Logistic Regression, and Genetic-XGBoost models are 0.89; 0.98; 0.99. The results show that the Genetic-XGBoost model can be applied to market segmentation and forecasting.

Abstract

Organizations need to have IT governance within a certain time frame or commonly referred to as an IT blueprint as a guideline for the organization's strategic planning in designing the needs, development and management of information systems and technology. Sekolah Tinggi Manajemen Informatika dan Komputer (STMIK) Muhammadiyah Paguyangan Brebes is a university that has the view that IS/IT strategic planning is a basic need that can be used to realize the vision and mission. The scope of this research is limited to the academic section (BAA) by dividing the main activities and supporting activities using the value chain, while the enterprise architecture methodology uses the Zachman framework which refers to the first line of the planner's perspective, the second line of the owner's perspective and the data, function and network columns. . This research produces a blueprint for information systems and technology that can be used as a reference in the development of information systems and technology in the 2021-2026 timeframe which has been tested with the results that it is feasible to apply in STMIK-MPB.

Abstract

Malnutrition is a condition that a person experience because the lack of nutrient intake or the amount of nutrients that exist is still below standard. nutritional problems are most commonly experienced by toddlers. Nutritional status in toddlers is a benchmark of the health condition of toddlers. The nutritional status of toddlers can currently be measured based on anthropometric index using WHO standards. Anthropometrics is an assessment of the nutritional status of toddlers determined through measurements of the human body In this study measurement of nutritional status using a technique in data mining namely Naïve Bayes Method that aims to facilitate health centers in measuring the nutritional status of toddlers quickly through android-based applications. Naïve Bayes method performs nutritional status classification of toddlers that will produce a classification very thin, thin, normal and fat. Based on data taken from banda sakti health center Lhokseumawe city which then carried out the classification process, obtained the results of nutritional status "skinny" with data testing male sex, weight 7.4 kg and height 64.6.

Abstract

Queuing can be interpreted as a process starting from the arrival of customers, waiting to be served, to getting service. Queuing system that is not well organized can hamper service. Therefore, along with the development of information technology, many queuing systems have been developed. This study aims to build a system with case studies at AMIKOM University Yogyakarta. Administrative services that exist on the object sometimes cause long queue problems, especially when trouble occurs when filling out the KRS which results in some students having to come directly to campus. Based on the description of the problem, researchers are interested in designing a website-based queuing system by applying the First In First Out (FIFO) method. FIFO is a method of solving the queuing problem that can be applied in a way that the first entry is assumed to be the first out.

Abstract

The era of globalization always changes in terms of knowledge every year. One of them is the presence of technology as a tool to facilitate human work. The use of existing technology is then developed into information. Without information, maybe humans don't know how to see and even use technology as a place for information. One of the information that can be obtained through technology is video. In this video, it will show the interior design of the modern canteen of the engineering faculty and computer fields of the university. With a canteen design using this modern development concept, it can be used as a new canteen development innovation. The canteen's 3D model design is made using a blender software. From this design, animation will be given and implemented into a video. The design process starts from hardware and software, storyboards and sketches, object modeling, presenting textures, presenting animation, rendering, and editing. The final result of the video can be used as promotion or interactive multimedia to the community or certain parties.
