Abstract

In analyzing the level of user satisfaction and quality on the Balindo application and evaluating the influence of users after they have experience in using the Balindo application by applying the WebQual 4.0 method and the IPA method. Researchers collected data by distributing questionnaires made for users, namely customers/tenders from Balindo application users totaling 250 people. When the questionnaire data has been collected and after processing the data, the results of the process can be seen from the validation test R Calculation> R Table. This reflects that the question items from the questionnaire have a significant correlation to the total score or can be declared valid. After that, the results of the reliability test can be obtained from the results of the Cronbach's Alpha value of all items> 0.06. From this, it can be said that the questionnaire items are reliable or consistent, so they can be used as a data collection tool to carry out research and cover the division of priorities in order to get a very important response and must still be considered. After calculating the quality and user satisfaction of the Balindo application, the results of the interpretation showed that many respondents felt satisfied with the alternative of auctions as they usually do but have a significant influence on the potential for errors or mistakes in the Balindo application so that this can be used as evaluation material and further development of the Balindo application to make it even better.

Abstract

Air quality in poultry farms plays a crucial role in animal productivity, as poor air quality can increase the risk of disease in chickens, cause stress, and ultimately reduce productivity and egg quality, leading to economic losses for farmers. Laying hens require stable and adequate temperature conditions during their growth period to ensure optimal development. The optimal temperature for laying hens during the brooding period (up to 14 days old) ranges between 30-32°C. A common issue faced by livestock farmers is the lack of adequate facilities to manage stress in livestock, which often hinders their ability to stabilize the air temperature in the chicken coop. Farmers often rely on manual methods to estimate and adjust the temperature inside the coop by feeling the heat, which is neither accurate nor efficient. This research aims to design an IoT-based air quality monitoring system at Yakin Telur Farm. The system is designed to monitor temperature, humidity, and ammonia gas levels in the chicken coop in real-time.

Abstract

Traditional K-Means face 2 (two) main problems, namely: Determination of Initial Centroid and poor initial cluster. Determining the initial centroid using random numbers is one of the main problems in classical K-Means which results in low accuracy and long computation time. Likewise, determining the good centroid of each cluster without being accompanied by a process of paying attention to the performance of each cluster can also cause the accuracy value obtained is not good. This study will contribute to how the performance obtained by determining a good initial centroid is combined with the use of a good cluster. Determination of a good initial centroid is done by using the K-Means Grid Mapping which divides the determination of the centroid into several Grid Points. The result of this research is a combination of Iterative K-Means with Grid Mapping K-Means to become Iterative Grid Mapping K-Means which will get a good initial centroid and also a good cluster shown in the table of iris and abalone, comparison of the variables in the iris and abalone affecting the best cluster as a result.

Abstract

Human capital is a key factor in realizing an organization’s vision and mission. To ensure optimal performance, employee output must be evaluated consistently through a well-organized appraisal process. Although PT Kompas Media Nusantara has adopted such evaluations, they are still carried out using traditional methods, such as distributing physical documents. To address these inefficiencies, an ERP-based Employee Performance Evaluation System has been designed to streamline workflows, enhance accessibility, and support a more standardized and systematic assessment process. This system utilizes Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with individual job responsibilities to measure performance. The development process adopts the Scrum methodology, while system validation is carried out through Black Box Testing. The test results reveal that the system performs reliably, achieving a 100% accuracy rate in matching inputs and expected outputs. To assess user satisfaction, the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) framework combined with a Likert scale was employed. The evaluation produced high satisfaction scores across various dimensions: content (89.12%), accuracy (87.02%), layout and design (88.07%), user-friendliness (89.12%), and timeliness (86.84%). These findings indicate strong user acceptance of the ERP-based system, reinforced by consistently positive user feedback regarding its effectiveness and ease of use
