Gejala Flu Burung ( Avian Influezsa) di Kabupaten Blitar telah dimulai sejak akhir tahun 2003. Namun saat itu masyarakat maupun aparat setempat belum menyadari adanya wabah tersebut. Baru setelah awal tahun 2004 diketahui bahwa wabah Avian Influenza (AI) banyak menyerang ternak unggas diwilayah ini dan puncak serangan terjadi pada bulanbulan Februari sampai dengan April 2004. Selama kurun waktu 3(tiga) bulan tersebut tidak kurang dari 7,48 juta ekor ayam ras mati karena wabah flu burung maupun sebagai akibat adanya depopulasi. Pada saat terjadinya wabah Afian Influenza di Kabupaten Blitar, keadaan tersebut sedikit banyak berpengaruh terhap harga-harga produk ternak unggas. Kontraksi harga tersebut tidak terlalu berdampak terhadap perkembangan harga input maupun harga output produk untuk periode selanjutnya. Intensitas kegiatan penanggulangan wabah AI tampaknya mampu meredam gejolak fluktuasi harga produk pada tahun yang bersangkutan, sehingga harga produk ternak ungggas kembali menjadi normal. Tulisan ini merupakan hasil pengamatan dilapangan yang dilakukan pada tahun 2006 di wilayah Kabupaten Blitar, Jawa Timur.

penelitian ini bertujuan untuk : 1. mengidentifikasi alasan mahasiswa STIE Binaniaga memilih merek handphone tertentu sebagai alat komunikasi, 2. untuk mengetahui perpindahan penggunaan suatu merek handphone ke merek lainnya, dan 3. membuat proyeksi pangsa pasar handphone dikalangan mahasiswa. Dengan responden mahasiswa STIE Binaniaga sebanyak 76 orang dan menggunakan analisis Rantai Markov diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa : • Merek handphone yang banyak diminati responden adalah Nokia, dipilih karena pengoperasiannya mudah serta fiturnya lengkap. Urutan kedua ditempati Sony Ericsson dipilih karena mudah pengoperasian, fiturnya lengkap dan sekedar mencoba-coba. Sedangkan Motorola dibeli karena fitur lengkap dan harganya murah. Merek lainnya juga dipilih karena murah harganya. • Merek handphone seperti Nokia, Siemen, Philips, Samsung, Motorola mengalami pergeseran peminatan kecuali Sony Ericsson dan merek handphone lainnya (merek-merek yang tidak diperhitungkan) mengalami kenaikkan. • Pangsa pasar yang tetap stabil dalam tahun 2007-2009 diprediksi adalah Sony Ericsson, sedangkan Nokia, Motorola dan Samsung mengalami penurunan..

Teh merupakan komoditas andalan bagi sebagian masyarakat petani di pedesaan JawaBarat. Walau dilihat dari data perkembangan luas areal tanaman perkebunan teh di wilayah ini selama duabelas tahun terakhir (1992- 2003 ) mengalami perkembangan yang berfluktuasi. Selama kurun waktu tersebut perkembangan areal tanam lebih didominasi oleh perkebunan rakyat yang mampu tumbuh ratarata 5,61 %. Salah satu faktor pendorong kegairahan petani dalam melakukan budidaya komoditas teh adalah adanya kepastian harga dan pasar. Harga jual yang diharapkan petani senantiasa harga jual yang dapat menutupi kembali biaya dan adanya keuntungan yang diharapkan. Sehingga manakala hasil jual produk yang dihasilkan dapat memberikan keuntungan yang diharapkan, maka petani akan semakin bergairah dalam melakukan usahatani tersebut. The Tax Payer obidience in fulfiling their taxation obligation will be influenced a lot by the satisfaction level toward the service fiscus. The aim of this observation is to know the response of Tax Payer toward service quality through importance and performance. The population which become the object of this observation is the personal Tax Payer registered in Bogor Tax Service Office and the number of respondents taken as the sample are 100 respondents with Slovin formula. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis and importance-performance analysis. The result of this observation will be able to be used as one of the input to Bogor Tax Service Office in improving the quality service and for the following observation, especially those who take the same object as the observation in order to improve the quality service to the Tax Payer based on the service of its working way which is felt less. Otherwise it is important for The Tax Payer, maintaining the good work or balancing the service quality based on the working way which is evaluated less important by The Taxe Payer, but has been done reasonably well or very well by The Service Office

The Financial Statements are An Extreme Important tool for obtaining information relating to the financial position and result achieved by the company. prospective workes who apply to companies not limited to comporate environments, but were outside the area even more numerous, better take a long time employee and for the information in the media for many companies the number of applicants, have a positive impact for workers who meet the qualifications and expectations. More and applicants, the more chances to choose a highly qualified workforce and competent. Conversely the negative impact the allocations of funds, time and energy to do the sekection of applicants who have spent quaite big. Employee productivity also related to the right of labor to obtain the potential development opportunities that exist in self-employees in accordance with the capabilities(education) and experience in order to increase its productivity. With the development of human resources through training, promotion and transfer of employees it is expected that employee productivity is achieved. Thereby increasing employee productivity is closely related to human resource development issues, obtained regression equation Y = 0,889 + 0.002 X, meaning that if there is an increase of one unit of selection of employees so that productivity will increase employee’s 0,002. Obatained by calculating r (0.627)> r on the table for a = 0,05 (0.3340 then accept H1, which means there is a relationship to the level of employee selection employee producivity with the interpretation of the correlation coefficient indicates the interval betwwen 0.60 to 0.799 whitch has a positive relationship is strong.

Organizational Climate has a significant influence on attitude and behavior of members of the organizational for being able to provide stability and security for employees. With a good organizational climate means it can understand the things that happen in the environment of employees and find out how to overcome them.Environment organizations, environmental organizations both within and outside the organization environment will greatly affect the activities, norms, attitude, implementation of the role which can ultimately affect organizational commitment productivity and growthThe result of hypothesis testing are as follows: (1) Most of the employees at the ATM BNI Regional Center Bogor branch 46 when analyzed in carrying out their duties included in the category are committed in perfoming their duties, (2) statistical influence between employee commitment variables (Y) is indicated by the correlation coeficient (ry = 0.901), very meaningful (significant), positive affect. In a sense the higher the value of organizational climate variables then the higher the value of employee commitment (Y), or conversely, the lower the organizational climate, the lower value of employee commitment (3) Functional influence between organizational climate variables (X) with employee commitment variables (Y) is shown by a simple linear regression equation Y = 17.192 + 0.781 X, is mean and linear. Simple linear regression equation states that any increase in a score of organizational climate variable (X) will affect the rise i employees commitment variables (Y) of 0.781 on the constants of 17.192. So it can be concluded that organizational climate is an important factor to employee commitment, and chie square test asymp. Sig reference value. Due to the absence of human resource manajemen activities, each organization will not be run in accordance with organizational objectives, in the calculation of linear regression analaysis can be concluded that the influence of labor discpline in bogor district office north was a positivie value to increase employee job peformance this can be proved frim the results of the analysis of linear regression equation is y = 0.46 x + 25.67 means that the functional relationship between the variables X (work discipline) with a variabel Y jon performance)) which means that the discpline of work increased by one unit for work performance will increase by 0.46. Based on the analysis that the author got from the questionnaire, stated that r = 0.57 close to positive one (+1), then the relationship between the variables of work discpline and work performance variables strong and positive. This is evidenced by the t test with t test in which this can result in thitung > ∏ able (3.18> 2.381) which means the correlation or relationship between the variables of work discpline and worl performance variables significan. The results obtained testing the hypothesis ho is rejected thitung > ∏ able it can be concluded that the variabele of work discpline and workperformance variables are related or korelasi. Berdasarkan analytical result obatained from the coefficient daterminants that unfluence the discipline of work on improvinf work permance has a very larga cotribution that is equal to 32, 49%

The question of compensation in addition to sensitive to be driving someone to worl due to an effect on morale and discipline employees. Therefore , any agency or any organization should be able to provide compensation equal to the workload to create a workforce that efficient and effective manner can be realized. Amaore than that, the company’s goal to improve performance. Performance assessment is a subjective process that involves human judgments. Thus, performance assessment is very likely wrong and very easily influonced by sources that are not actual, so it must be taken into account and considered reasinable. Frformance appraisals are considered to meet the target if it has a good impact on new employees who rated their performance. Simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 12:00 data processing obtained tegression equation Y = 0,487 X 74 + with an explanation of X = award, 74 = constant, 0.487 = coefficient awards, and Y = performance based on simple linear regression equation in case of increase of one unit of the performance award will be increased 0.487 units. If company policy negates the performance award will remain at a constant rate (74) units . (A) Test results obtained thitung significant constants of (12.574) > t table for (1.960 then reject Ho constanta significant meaning. (B) significant Test award coefficient t count the results obtained by (2.164)> t table foe (1.96) then reject Ho the mean coeffent of appreciation affect the performance . (C) correlation coefficient analysis is done by calculating the product moment corration (pearson) to test whether or not a strong relationship between the variables X dan Y , based on the results of cakculations with SPSS table valuse obtained by calculating the correlation coefficient r (0.3100> r on the table for a = 0,05 (0.291) then reject Ho, which means there is a relationship of respect for performance. When we enter these valuse in the table shows the interpretation of the correlation coefficient between the interval from 0.20 to 0.399 which has a low relationship
