This research uses a quantitative research design with a cross sectional approach. The population was 177 college students with a sample of 135 college students. The technique used is accidental sampling. The research was conducted from 14 to 28 February 2024. The research instrument uses a questionnaire in the form of a google form. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis. The results were tested using spearman rho. Obtained sig (2-tailed) p value = 0,000 < 0.05 indicates that H₁ received which means there is a relationship between self image with flexing behaviour among Gen Z Instagram users at ITSK RS dr. Soepraoen. The results of the study had a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.300 included in the study with a moderate strength of the relationship and with a positive direction which means the higher self image make it the lower flexing behaviour. The results of this research expect the participation of institutions to be able to provide education related to the need of students to improve their self image by attending academic and non-academic activities on campus. Keywords: Self Image, Flexing Behaviour, Gen Z, Instagram.

Abstract

The absence of symptoms causes hypertensive patients to tend to ignore and not control hypertension. The family becomes a support system in the lives of hypertension patients who require long-term and continuous care. The aim of the research was to determine the relationship between family support and medication adherence in hypertensive patients at Puskesmas Sawahan Kabupaten Nganjuk. This research design uses correlational analytics with an observational approach. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Sawahan Kabupaten Nganjuk. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. The instrument in this study used a questionnaire containing questions about family support and Morisky medication adherence (MMAS). The sample was selected by consecutive sampling and 30 respondents were obtained. The research results showed that almost half had good family support (46.7%) and most were compliant with taking medication (63.3%). Based on the Spearman's Rho Test statistical test, it shows that the ρ value = 0.002 < α (0.05), which means Ha is accepted so it can be concluded, there is a relationship between family support and adherence to taking medication for hypertension at Puskesmas Sawahan Kabupaten Nganjuk.

After completing the treatment, the researcher gave a post-test on pain and functional ability. The research population was all low back pain patients with decreased functional ability, totaling 35 patients at Eka Husada Hospital. The research sample was 30 low back pain patients with decreased functional ability at Eka Husada Hospital who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Primary data was collected through direct interviews followed by examination. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. Results: Based on the analysis, it is known that there is an effect of a combination of Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation and Self-stretching on reducing pain and increasing functional ability in conditions of myogenic low back pain at Eka Husada Hospital Conclusion: There is an effect of TENS and self-stretching on reducing pain and improving function in patients with myogenic low back pain.

Abstract

Objective: Hypertension if not treated immediately will cause complications of coronary heart disease, heart failure, damage to cerebral blood vessels, and kidney failure and even death. One of the causes of hypertension is lack of physical activity in pre-elderly. The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Elderly Physical Fitness Gymnastics (SKJ) on Reducing Blood Pressure in Pre-Elderly (49-59 Years) with Hypertension. Methods: The research design was a Quasi-experimental pre-post test with a pretest-posttest with control group design. A sample size of 25 pre-elderly intervention groups and 25 pre-elderly control groups were selected with inclusion and exclusion criteria. The independent variable is Physical Fitness Gymnastics and the dependent variable is Hypertension in pre-elderly. The instrument in this study was to measure blood pressure using a Sphygmomanometer and observation sheet. Statistical tests using Paired T-Test with a significance level of 0.0 Results: The results from the fourth week in the intervention group with a Paired T-test value of 0.001 or <0.050. Because the P value is smaller than the significance level (0.05) then (Ha) is accepted. So the conclusion is that there is an effect of Elderly Physical Fitness Gymnastics on Blood Pressure in Pre-Elderly (45-59 Years) with Hypertension. While the results of the Paired T-test in the control group were 0.574 or >0.050. Because the P value is greater than the significance level (0.05) then (Ha) is rejected. So the conclusion is that there is no effect of Blood Pressure in Pre-Elderly (45-59 Years) with Hypertension Conclusion: Physical Fitness Gymnastics needs to be carried out as a supporting therapy in treatment interventions to lower blood pressure in pre-hypertension elderly
