Abstract

Islamic law has regulated the rules for distributing inheritance to the heirs of the jawil furud in detail and clearly, but the time when it must be carried out and distributed to the heirs is subject to the provisions and provisions of the Syar'i law regarding the time limit that must be carried out so as to maintain the benefit and eliminate harm. The stipulation of a rule governing the timing of Bener Meriah Regent Regulation Number 19 of 2022 has stipulated that 100 days after the death of the heirs must be given the rights of the heirs without any fighting over and controlling each other without the sincerity of the owner of the rights obtained through inheritance. The time-limit provisions can provide benefits to the heirs without any delay in the implementation of the distribution of inheritance. Besides that, the role of Islamic education is to be able to form good character and maintain Islamic values in various aspects of life, including the distribution of inheritance. This refers to the understanding of the legal foundations for the distribution of inherited assets.

Abstract

This research looks at what Acehnese scholars think about the customary punishments for people who break the khalwat qanun in Aceh Tamiang District, based on Aceh Province Qanun Number 6 of 2004 about Jinayat Law in the progressive Islamic education model. This research method is normative and empirical. It looks at legal principles and norms in laws and regulations, legal doctrine, and how legal norms are used in society. It then looks at the problem from the point of view of Acehnese scholars regarding violations of the khalwat qanun. The results of the study show that when putting customary life into practice, regions can set up different policies to help adat and traditional institutions in their areas that are based on Islamic law and work in line with it. Gampong or village residents who break the khalwat or make the Sharia look bad can first go to a Gampong Traditional Meeting (RAG). One reason why khalwat offenders aren't caned in Aceh Tamiang is because the case was settled in a way that was unfair to both local elites and the general public. A number of Khalwat cases were resolved through customary mechanisms. Sanctions such as the "banquet of bad luck," handing over tens of sacks of cement for village infrastructure development, and washing and humiliating in public places are forms of settlement for indigenous peoples. Many indigenous peoples outside Aceh also carry out sanctions like this. considerations of efficiency, expediency, and trustworthiness. Through customary mechanisms, khalwat cases are handled more quickly and efficiently than in the Sharia Court. In addition, the implementation of Qonun Jinayah can be carried out using a progressive education model approach that aims to raise awareness in every individual community about the enforcement and implementation of Qonun Jinayah in the Aceh Tamiang region.

Abstract

This article will explore the challenges of Islamic religious education for Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) children who are converts or muallaf. We will discuss the problems faced by the Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) converts in obtaining Islamic religious education in the community. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach, data collection through in-depth interviews and observations and documentation. Testing data validity with triangulation of sources and methods. The results of this study show that the children of Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) converts face various challenges in obtaining Islamic religious education, namely the problem of cultural barriers and traditions, social problems such as discrimination and marginalization, accessibility to quality Islamic education institutions, learning that is not in accordance with needs or interests, problems of financial resources and financial support, problems of human resources such as teachers and religious leaders who provide role models and problems of low learning motivation. Strengthening the role of teachers, communities and formal, informal and non-formal Islamic education institutions is essential to overcome these challenges.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh metode pembelajaran discovery learning terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Metode dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Experimental Design dengan Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Rancangan ini memiliki pretest yaitu kelompok kelas eksperimen dengan metode discovery learning dan kelompok kelas kontrol dengan metode diskusi. Kemudian diberikan posttest untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan yang berbeda dengan pelajaran yang sama. Batasan berdasarkan populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X MIPA MAN 2 Kabupaten Bogor. mata pelajaran Fiqh dengan hasil belajar yang diinginkan.Dari hasil analisis data dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan metode pembelajaran discovery berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar fikih kelas X MAN 2 Kabupaten Bogor. Berdasarkan perhitungan Independent Sample t test pada kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol diperoleh t hitung sebesar 3,612 dengan jumlah siswa 60 orang. Pengambilan keputusan dengan melihat hasil sig. (2-ekor) adalah 0,001. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa angka lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka keputusan berdasarkan pada sig. (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau Ha diterima, jadi dari data di atas terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol.Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Pembelajaran Discovery Learning berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa angka lebih kecil dari 0,05 maka keputusan berdasarkan pada sig. (2-tailed) lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau Ha diterima, jadi dari data di atas terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara nilai rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Jadi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Metode Pembelajaran Discovery Learning berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine adaptation patterns, policies and efforts made by SDIT Multazam Pamekasan through a quality assurance system in order to optimize the implementation of independent/Merdeka learning. This study uses descriptive research methods and data collection techniques that are carried out, interviews, observation, and documentation. This research involved several important figures in SDIT Multazam Pemekasan. The results of the research conducted show that the principal and the team appointed as the education quality assurance system at SDIT Multazam Pamekasan have carried out their functions effectively and made several additional efforts so that the process of implementing the independent/Merdeka learning curriculum at SDIT Multazam Pamekasan can run well. These efforts are in the form of improvements to the school body by adjusting lesson plans, mentoring teachers and teaching staff, up to the preparation of 10 superior quality assurance programs as differentiating learning which are the output of the independent learning curriculum. These known efforts help increase motivation and interest in learning in students at SDIT Multazam Pamekasan.Keywords: Role, Education Quality Assurance System, Merdeka Learning Curriculum, Interest in Learning.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji pola adaptasi, kebijakan dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh SDIT Multazam Pamekasan melalui sistem penjaminan mutu dalam rangka optimalisasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran mandiri/Merdeka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif dan teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan yaitu wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini melibatkan beberapa tokoh penting di SDIT Multazam Pemekasan. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah dan tim yang ditunjuk sebagai sistem penjaminan mutu pendidikan di SDIT Multazam Pamekasan telah menjalankan fungsinya secara efektif dan melakukan beberapa upaya tambahan agar proses penerapan kurikulum pembelajaran mandiri/Merdeka di SDIT Multazam Pamekasan dapat berjalan dengan baik. Upaya tersebut berupa pembenahan badan sekolah dengan melakukan penyesuaian RPP, pendampingan guru dan tenaga kependidikan, hingga penyusunan 10 program penjaminan mutu unggulan sebagai pembeda pembelajaran yang merupakan output dari kurikulum pembelajaran mandiri. Upaya tersebut diketahui membantu meningkatkan motivasi dan minat belajar siswa di SDIT Multazam Pamekasan.

Abstract

Audiovisual media can help students in improving their mastery of mufrodat. Mufrodat learning is a process of delivering learning in the form of words or vocabulary in Arabic learning. This study aims to improve the mastery of Mufrodat through the application of teaching materials based on audiovisual media. The study involved an Arabic teacher and 27 learners. This research uses classroom action research with the Kemmis & McTaggart model, which has four cycle stages: planning, implementation, observation or observation, and reflection. Each cycle consists of two meetings. The data collection techniques used are observation, tests and documentation. The results of this study show that: 1) The application of Audiovisual media in improving the mastery of mufrodat students of grade VII SMP Muhammadiyah Boarding School Palopo can be carried out correctly. The results of observations of student learning activities during the learning process evidence it. 2) The mastery of mufrodat students in grade VII of SMP Muhammadiyah Boarding School Palopo before and after the application of audiovisual media has increased with each cycle.

Abstract

Using the performance prism method, this study aims to determine and analyze the performance of Islamic banking at PT. Bank Muammalat. The Performance Prism method is a performance measurement model that depicts organizational performance as a three-dimensional shape (prism) with five sides. This model considers satisfaction, stakeholder contribution, process, and company capability in addition to strategy. This is a quantitative study with a descriptive approach. The results showed that PT. Bank Muamalat performance is already good, as evidenced by the overall Total Index value of 6.2331. Whereas a score of 6-7 indicated that the resulting performance was good according to the provisions of the OMAX Achievement Target.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the impact of the digital economy, economic openness, I-HDI and investment on Indonesia's GDP growth. Research data was collected in the form of a time series from the BPS and BI websites. The data is quarterly interpolated and analyzed using the VAR VECM method to find the impact of the digital economy, economic openness, I-HDI and investment in the short and long term periods. The findings show There is a causal relationship between IHDI and the digital economy, digital economy and GDP, GDP and IHDI, IHDI and GDP, GDP and investment, economic openness and GDP. 2) There is a positive and significant relationship between the digital economy, economic openness, IHDI and investment on the growth of Indonesia's Gross Domestic Product in the long term, while in the short term all variables have no significant effect on Indonesia's GDP growth. In the long term, a strong and dominant variable influencing GDP growth is investment. 3) The largest composition that contributes to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) variable is the digital economy (32%) and IHDI (27.4%).

Abstract

Pendidikan Holistik menawarkan suatu konsep pendidikan berbasis pada seluruh potensi peserta didik secara kompleks. Artinya melibatkan seluruh aspek baik secara kognitif, spiritual, budaya dan spiritual. Dalam Al-Qur’an wawasan soal pendidikan disampaikan secara universal, oleh sebab itu perlu dikembangkan secara kontekstual melibatkan perangkat yang relevan dengan meninjau semangat dari syariat (maqashid al-Syariah). Kajian ini mengembangkan maqashid al-Syariah yang digagas oleh Jasser Auda. Temuan artikel ini bahwa ayat-ayat pendidikan disampaikan dengan kosa kata yang universal tetapi terdapat kata kunci yang bisa dikembangkan untuk menjawab tantangan yang kontekstual sesuai dengan kebutuhan pendidikan.

Abstract

Di Indonesia, pemilu akan diselenggarakan pada tahun 2024. Semakin dekatnya pemilihan umum untuk memilih pemimpin berdampak pada semakin ramainya diskusi tentang siapa yang berhak untuk dipilih dan apa kriteria yang harus dimiliki olehnya. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menelusuri apa kriteria yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang calon pemimpin untuk dapat dipilih. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelusuran ini adalah metode penafsiran tematik dengan menghimpun ayat-ayat yang membahas tema yang sama. Didasarkan pada penelusuran tematik dalam Quran, beberapa kriteria yang menjadi pertimbangan oleh masyarakat untuk memilih pemimpin, yaitu agama, ilmu, senioritas, keturunan, fisik dan harta. Dari enam kriteria itu, Quran menegaskan pentingnya mendahulukan pemimpin didasarkan pada keimanan yang kuat dan ilmu yang luas, yang dapat membantunya untuk menjadi seorang pemimpin yang baik.
