Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis : (1). Apa yang direncanakan JBS dalam pendidikan jurnalistik profetik; (2). Bagaimana proses pengorganisasian yang diterapkan JBS dalam pendidikan jurnalistik profetik; (3). Bagaimana bentuk pelaksanaan yang diterapkan JBS dalam  dalam  pendidikan jurnalistik profetik; (4). Bagaimana pengawasan yang diterapkan JBS dalam pendidikan jurnalistik profetik. Jenis penelitian ini deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah pendiri JBS, pimpinan JBS, tenaga pendidik, siswa dan alumni. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, yang kemudian hasilnya diolah dengan menggunakan analisis induktif dengan melakukan triangulasi sumber, teknik, dan waktu. Pengecekan keabsahan data melalui kredibilitas, transferabilitas, dependensibilitas dan konfirmabilitas. Hasil penelitian: (1) Perencanaan pendidikan jurnalistik profetik dilakukan dengan memformulasikan visi misi pendidikan jurnalistik sederhana, dibikin ahli perencanaan, paham agama dan jurnalistik, serta membuat kurikulum sesuai visi misi yang dilaksanakan dalam teori dan praktik; (2) Pengorganisasian pendidikan jurnalistik dengan merancang struktur organisasi secara efektif dan simpel, serta merinci tugas dan fungsi jabatan, serta ada delegasi wewenang; (3) Pelaksanaan pendidikan jurnalistik profetik dibangun dengan  komunikasi dan informasi antar pelaksana, terbuka saran dan kritik, serta komitmen personil; (4) Pengawasan pendidikan jurnalistik profetik dengan menetapkan alat ukur standar pengetahuan jurnalistik profetik para pelaksana dan peserta didik.

Abstract

This article seeks to explore the severe history of Sufi figures from the female group with the aim of knowledge and wisdom of akhlakul karimah examples for readers, especially female students. This research is a descriptive qualitative type because the data studied is not numerical data, this research uses the Grounded Theory strategy, which is to explore a topic to be studied in depth with disciplinary theory, the technique used is Library Research, which is a study based on non-field literature data, with content analysis technique, which is a process of rigorous and systematic procedures for analyzing, testing, and clarifying data. The result of this study is that women and men have equality in their efforts to approach and achieve the Perfect (spirituality) in addition to equality in social roles. In Sufism for example, Robi'ah al-Adawiyah can surpass the level of men. This shows that men and women have the same opportunity and position to reach a certain level of piety. It all depends on their abilities and endeavors. In any case, women's involvement in Islamic mysticism has contributed immensely to the development of Islam and become a force in itself for Islam.

Abstract

Sampai saat ini, guru sebagai ujung tombak dari pendidikan secara umum belum maksimal dalam memberikan pelayanan pendidikan bagi siswa. Kementerian Pendidikan, Kebudayaan, Riset, dan Teknologi melaporkan bahwa pada tahun 2021 “Kompetensi pendidik dalam mendukung pembelajaran berkualitas sesuai kebutuhan di seluruh wilayah Indonesia belum merata”. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyoroti salah satu lembaga pendidikan Islam, tepatnya pada Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hikmah tentang bagaimana implementasi model Market Place Activity (MPA) pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam? Hal ini penting untuk melihat sejauhmana guru Pendidikan Agama Islam berbuat dalam meningkatkan pendidikan. Dari hasil wawancara secara mendalam, dan hasil ceklis sebagai instrument yang diperkuat dengan triangulasi, maka terdapat dua temuan dasar yang menjadi sorotan utama dalam penelitian kasus ini; (1) Proses pembelajaran model Market Place Activity (MPA) dapat mewujudkan aktivitas anak didik lebih bergairah dalam mengikuti proses belajar mengajar di kelas. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan keaktifan anak dalam mengikuti proses pembelajaran yang ditandai bahwa anak mau bertanya dan mengeluarkan pendapat. (2) model Market Place Activity (MPA)  juga dapat membentuk karakter siswa secara langsung, yang ditandai dengan rasa tanggung jawab atas proses pembelajaran yang sedang berlangsung. Dengan demikian model Market Place Activity (MPA) pada pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam di Madrasah Aliyah Al-Hikmah dapat mewujudkan proses pembelajaran siswa menjadi lebih baik.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership and managerial principals on teacher performance competencies. The research method uses quantitative analysis with the hypothesis in the research, namely: First, there is an influence from the principal's leadership on teacher performance competencies. Second, there is the head's managerial influence on teacher performance competencies. Third, there is also the simultaneous influence of leadership and managerial principals on teacher performance competencies. With a population of a number of teachers and principals and their representatives at Public Junior High Schools in Bandung district in 2021. With a sample of 250 teachers, principals and their deputies, the sample was taken proportionally at random. Data collection techniques with a questionnaire using an instrument with a total of 80 statements from respondents. Quantitative analysis with statistical calculations, using simple regression correlation, and multiple regression. Conclusion (1). There is a significant influence on the principal's leadership on teacher performance competence, (2). On the significant influence of managerial principals on teacher performance competencies, (3). There is also a significant influence of the principal's leadership and managerial simultaneously on teacher performance competence, with a multiple correlation coefficient = 0.715 with a coefficient of determination = 51.0%.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the process of implementing Islamic religious education in building religious values in the school environment at SMP Muhamadiyah 1 Purwokerto and intracurricular learning conducted by Islamic religious education teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto. The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The data source was selected purposively and was snowball sampling. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interview and documentation methods. Meanwhile, data analysis was done by descriptive analysis. The results of this study have shown that the implementation of Islamic religious education in building religious values in schools. It has been implemented in daily activities such as getting used to greetings, shaking hands, being polite in speaking, polite in behaving, and respecting teachers and fellow friends. Carry out religious curriculum programs, such as holding Al-Quran Reading, Dhuha Prayers in congregation, Dhuhur Prayers in congregation, Developing talents such as speeches, lectures, Islamic studies, Memorizing Al-Qur'an, Discipline. Intracurricular learning of Islamic religious education at SMP Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto is carried out systematically using the 2011 curriculum. Student-centered intracurricular learning with conceptual and illustrative material aspects as well as contextual examples. Conducting assessment by attitude and control through attitude and developments in religious practice.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan menjelaskan implementasi integrasi  nilai-nilai Pendidikan Agama Islam dan faktor pendukung serta penghambatnya dalam pembelajaran pada  jurusan PGMI PTKIN di Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan subjek penelitian seluruh dosen pengampu mata kuliah ilmu pengetahuan umum berjumlah 13 orang, dengan rincian 7 orang Dosen PGMI, 3 orang Dekan FTIK dan 3 orang Ketua Prodi PGMI dari masing-masing PTKIN.  Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi langsung, dan dokumentasi di lokasi penelitian. Data dianalisis dengan metode reduksi, penyajian, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi integrasi nilai-nilai pendidikan Islam dalam pembelajaran jurusan PGMI PTKIN di Aceh yaitu; pembentukan ilmu nilai Akhlaq (Karakter, sikap, Peningkatan Nilai keimanan  (‘aqîdah), dan peningkatan pemahaman  nilai ibadah (hukum-hukum). Faktor pendukung implementasi integrasi Pendidikan agama Islam dalam pembelajaran jurusan PGMI di PTKIN di Aceh adalah kebijakan para pimpinan, kreativitas dosen, forum diskusi, lingkungan, dan letak kampus yang strategis.  Sementara faktor penghambatnya adalah  sumber daya dosen belum memadai, sistem akademik kampus, sarana dan prasarana, serta latar belakang siswa yang beragam.

Abstract

This research examines life skills education implemented by schools with a school-based management approach to achieve national education goals. The purpose of this research is to know life skills education, school-based management and national education goals, as well as its application in the review of education management science. This research is descriptive qualitative because the data studied is not numerical. The results of this study are life skills education is education in education units based on the local wisdom of education units, so that students get provisions for life in accordance with what is in their environment, school-based management is management autonomy that authorizes schools to develop local curriculum based on needs, the purpose of education in accordance with the national education system law is to educate the nation's life. The application of life skills education through school-based management is a system of policy independence by schools in conducting input, process, and output of students in accordance with the objectives of the institution to provide life skills to students according to their needs.

Abstract

This article is organized with the determination to investigate and describe how the idea of perennialism, the formative history and character of perennialism and its implementation in Islamic education. The exploration technique in this article is a subjective examination strategy. It is a kind of library examination, and the investigation of the information involves inquiry. The result is that the idea of perennialism suggests a message about the presence of perennial status in values and standards. Perennialism is definitely not another school of thought. Perennialism in schools was persuaded by the philosophical ideas of Aristotle, Plato, Thomas Aquinas at the time. The figures of perennialism are:  Seyyed Hossein Nasr and Frithjof Schuon, the two figures above are figures that will generally last. With respect to its implementation in the realm of Islamic education, it can be found in the objectives of Islamic teaching, the duties of instructors and members of instruction, Islamic school education plans, learning techniques and assessments.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (1) how Islamic universities implement the IQF-based curriculum;  (2) What are the perceptions of lecturers and students towards the IQF-based curriculum; (3) What factors can hinder the implementation of the IQF-based curriculum. Data for this study were collected using interviews, observations, documents, and Focus Group Discussions. The data were analyzed qualitatively by using descriptive and thematic analysis in which the process is in five steps; familiarization, codification, review themes, finalize themes, and report writing. The study revealed that the universities did both macro and micro-level preparation for implementing the IQF curriculum, while both students and lectures still indicated some limitations and informed some constraints in implementation.
