Abstract

Salah satu faktor penyebab kegagalan pembelajaran bahasa Arab untuk non- Arab – seperti di Indonesia- adalah ketidakjelasan tujuan pembelajaran. Banyak diantara para pengembang kurikulum, termasuk guru dan dosen bahasa Arab, tidak atau belum merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran bahasa Arab sebagai bahasa Asing bagi siswa/ mahasiswa, hal ini berakibat pemilihan isi dan materi, proses dan evaluasi pembelajaran bahasa Arab dilaksanakan seperti pembelajaran bahasa Arab untuk orang Arab sendiri. Hal ini kerap membuat motivasi para siswa/mahasiswa dalam belajar bahasa Arab menjadi rendah; belajar bahasa Arab bukan sebuah kebutuhan tetapi hanya sekedar memenuhi kewajiban sesaat (lulus ujian). Seiring dengan itu, tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan demikian pentingnya bagi para pengembang kurikulum untuk merumuskan tujuan pembelajaran bahasa Arab sesuai dengan posisinya sebagai bahasa Asing di Indonesia, agar kemudian pemilihan materi, proses dan evaluasi relevan dengan tujuan pembelajaran. Abstract

Kecerdasan moral perlu dikembangkan sejak anak usia dini melalui keluarga muslim. Orangtua terutama ibu mempunyai peran penting dalam pembentukan kecerdasan moral seorang anak yang akan membentuk karakter anak untuk menuju kedewasaannya. Ibu adalah sekolah pertama dan utama bagi seorang anak. Anak usia dini yang berada diantara usia 0 – 6 tahun merupakan masa usia emas atau golden age, yaitu usia di mana sel-sel otak berkembang secara luar biasa dengan membuat sambungan antar sel. Masa ini tidak akan kembali berulang, sehingga perlu waktu yang cukup lama dari orang tua untuk membina anak-anaknya menjadi manusia yang bermoral. Untuk membangun kecerdasan moral perlu diperhatikan tujuh kebajikan utama kecerdasan moral yang dapat membentuk karakter anak , yaitu (1) empati untuk memahami dan merasakan kekhawatiran orang lain, (2) nurani untuk mengetahui dan menerapkan cara bertindak yang benar, (3) kontrol diri untuk mengendalikan pikiran dan tindakan agar dapat menahan dorongan dari dalam maupun dari luar sehingga dapat bertindak dengan benar, (4) rasa hormat untuk menghargai orang lain dengan berlaku baik dan sopan, (5) kebaikan hati untuk menunjukkan kepedulian terhadap kesejahteraan dan perasaan orang lain, (6) toleransi untuk menghormati martabat dan hak semua orang meskipun keyakinan dan perilaku mereka berbeda dengan kita dan (7) keadilan untuk berpikir terbuka serta bertindak adil dan benar. Diharapkan dua puluh mendatang Indonesia akan mendapatkan generasi yang menjunjung tinggi nilai-nilai moral dalam kehidupannya.Kata kunci : Tumbuh-kembang, Kecerdasan Moral, Empati, Nurani, Kontrol Diri, Rasa Hormat, Kebaikan hati, Toleransi, Keadilan, Anak Usia Dini dan Keluarga Muslim

Abstract

Learning more than just the memorization process and accumulate knowledge , but how knowledge gained meaningful to learners through thinking skills. Biology as one field natural sciences loading process skills include the skills to observe , hypothesize , using tools and materials, ask questions, categorize and interpret the data , and communicate the findings orally or in writing , dig and sort out factual information relevant to test ideas or solve everyday problems. With the strategy of inquiry learners can find the answer to the problems with finding and find your own answers to the proposed teacher .

Abstract

Bahasa merupakan salah satu ciri yang paling khas dan manusiawi untuk membedakan manusia dengan makhluk lainnya. Bahasa sebagai suatu sistem komunikasi adalah suatu bagian dari sistem kebudayaan, bahkan merupakan bagian inti kebudayaan. Bahasa juga terlibat dalam semua aspek kebudayaan. Kebudayaan manusia tidak akan mungkin terjadi tanpa bahasa karena bahasa merupakan faktor utama yang menentukan terbentuknya kebudayaan. Begitu banyak fungsi bahasa terhadap kebudayaan, seperti sebagai sarana pengembangan kebudayaan, sarana pembinaan kebudayaan, jalur pembinaan kebudayaan, dan sarana inventarisasi kebudayaan. Oleh karena itu, bahasa tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan budaya manusia karena antara bahasa dan budaya memiliki hubungan kausalitas atau hubungan timbal-balik. Bahasa merupakan salah satu hasil budaya manusia, sedangkan budaya manusia banyak pula dipengaruhi oleh bahasa. Lebih penting dari itu, kebudayaan manusia tidak akan dapat terjadi tanpa bahasa karena bahasalah faktor yang memungkinkan terbentuknya kebudayaan. Jadi, bahasa merupakan cerminan kebudayaan suatu masyarakat.

Abstract

The utilization of assumptions will flow two linguistic groups in language teaching based on psycholinguistic studies. Psycholinguistics is a field of study as a combination of (interdisciplinary) between psychology and linguistics. One relevant issue that we can lift from psycholinguistics in relation to the use of assumptions structural linguistics and generative transformation is the issue of language acquisition (language acquisition).There are two theories about language acquisition: code-cognitive learning theory (the cognitive-code learning theory), which is generated by the TG, and the theory of the formation of habits (habit-formation theory) of structural linguistics.In utilizing the assumptions and models of language acquisition over the teacher must make several considerations:If the language acquisition is a formation of habits (habit formation), language teachers should develop a concrete program. If it is selected, then some of the activities need to be done include:a. ask the students to imitate the models presented teachersb. given patterns of exercise (drill pattern), to declare customs behave (habit of behavior)c. give students reinforcement (reinforcement) for the response (answer) is right and reduce (eliminate, Eliminate) response is wrong, andd. let students learn inductively, interpreting the rules that have been learned.Conversely, if the acquisition of language is to learn about the code (a matter of cognitive learning code), language teachers must ensure that students are able to internalize (internalized) rules that allow the student to produce sentences. Explanation about sentence structure and knowledge of the rules should be placed in a large scale rule in language teaching

Abstract

This study was conducted to apply science learning with contextual approach to improving scientific literacy and the quality of students' arguments in a discussion of issues socio scientific. The study was conducted in MTs Daarul Uluum Majalengka PUI, involving 33 students of Boarding Schools Daarul Uluum Majalengka PUI. The findings of this initial study showed no learning materials linked to real-life situations of students, according to the context of people's lives around. Efforts to improve scientific literacy and the quality of the students argument has never been done in learning science. Implementation developed contextual learning done in class and in the field. Data were collected through a needs analysis, documentation, observation, interviews, tests, and questionnaires. Qualitative data analysis is described in accordance with a research focus. Quantitative data were processed using N-gain, differential test and correlation test. The results showed that the application of contextual learning can be implemented with various methods and evaluation. It was also found that contextual learning through discussion of issues socio scientific can improve scientific literacy and the quality of students' arguments. Correlation coefficient of 0.850 means there is a strong relationship between the quality of argumentation in the discussions pre discussion with post discussion socio scientific issue. Contextual learning is linked to the issue of sosio scientific IPA is a new and exciting enough student interest. Abstract

In the process of studying, the most important thing is recognizing the personality. Some people are able to understand an instruction and run it well, by only receiving it. Some people need a memo, and also there are some people who need a demonstration to understand.  Those  happen because of the habit. But, the habit can be improved if we realize and have an intention to learn how to do. Somebody usually use one of their physic capability in understanding the world as his certain perception. Some people may  be able to understand easily by seeing it (visual), some people are by listening to it (auditoria), and some people by movement and touch. Those three types recognized as a system V-A-K (visual-auditoria-kinesthetic). Somebody who recognizes himself well will be easier to learn new things. Therefore, a teacher should recognize firstly the students.

Abstract

Learning strategy is structured these steps prepared by the faculty before making the learning process. Institutions School of Islamic Higher Learning Strategies include as one of the subjects that must be followed by every student, especially Programs Tarbiyah. The process of learning that takes place between the characteristic of one subject with the other subject. The condition was impressed by running in place, as an example of Learning Strategy implemented in several courses Programs Tarbiyah Especially in the Islamic Religious Education Prodi third semester of 2010. The lecturer used the same learning strategy in teaching learning process or one subject to another subject. Researcher focused on the subject of Learning Strategy and Tafsir-I as a comparison. Based on the background the research formulated the problem is  How Application of Learning Strategies, Learning Methods, and Learning Media are implemented in Lhokseumawe Malikussaleh STAIN Education Programs Tarbiyah Prodi third semester student of Islamic Religion? The purpose of this study was to determine Learning Strategy, Learning Methods, and Learning Media are held on Malikussaleh STAIN Lhokseumawe  Tarbiyah Program in third semester students. This research is qualitative approach. It describes and explains the data found in the field. To analyze the data by using the technique of data reduction.   As a result found that the learning strategy was held on  Tafsir-I course is expository and inquiry strategies subsequently combining it with methods such as discussions and question and answer. In teaching learning process the lecturers less used of media such as books, markers, pens and blackboard.  The implementation of learning strategy on Learning Strategies course lecturers tend to use Cooperative Learning Strategies  and combine it with demonstration method,  question and answer. In addition, lecturers also take advantage of instructional media including books, pens, markers and whiteboard.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the relationship between empathy and forgiveness. The hypothesis of this study is that there is a positive relationship between empathy and forgiveness, assuming that the higher the empathy, the higher the forgiveness. Conversely, the lower the empathy, the lower the forgiveness. Subjects of this study are married couples who live in Kelurahan Binjai, Kecamatan Medan Denai as many as 120 people or 60 couples, chosen by purposive sampling method. Data are obtained from a scale to measure empathy and forgiveness. The calculation is performed through the prerequisite test analysis (assumption test) that consists of normality test of distribution and linearity test. Data are analyzed used Pearson correlation technique through SPSS 21 for Windows. Results of the analysis of the data shows the correlation between empathy and forgiveness r = 0.847, p = 0.000. Thus, it can be concluded that empathy has significant relationship with forgiveness on the standard error test of 0.01 (one-tailed). The results show that the contribution (R2) given by empathy variable to forgiveness is 71.8 percent; the remaining of 28.2 percent is affected by other factors not examined. From these results, it can be concluded that the hypothesis of this study is accepted.Keywords : forgiveness, empathy
