Abstract

National Education Act, there are 4 chapters and 10 verses that speak about the curriculum, namely: Article 36, paragraph 3, namely: curriculum prepared in accordance with the level of education within the framework of the Unitary Republic of Indonesia with respect to: Increasing Faith and Piety; Increased Noble Morals; Increased potency, Intelligence, and Interests of Students; Regional Potential Diversity and the Environment; And the demands of the National Regional Development; The demands of the workplace; The development of Science, Technology, and Art; Religion; Dynamics of Global Development; And the National Unity and Values ​​Nationality. National Education serves to develop the ability and character development and civilization of the nation's dignity in the context of the intellectual life of the nation, is aimed at developing students' potentials to become a man of faith and devoted to God Almighty, noble, healthy, knowledgeable, skilled, creative, independent and become citizens of a democratic and responsible, one through the Islamic Religious Education.

Abstract

Student Teams Achievement Division is a cooperative learning model using small groups with a total membership of each group 4- 5 students heterogeneously. While the concept map is a way to demonstrate the concepts and propositions of a field of study. Map concept is a two-dimensional image of a field of study, or a part of the field of study. The learning model is expected to solve the problems of chemical subjects. Chemistry is the science of searching for answers to the question of what, why, and how natural phenomena pertaining to the composition, structure and properties, changes, dynamics, and energetics substances.

Abstract

The study was divided into 3 cycles, the first cycle action composing descriptions using printed drawing media, the second cycle composing descriptions with different themed print media, the third cycle of composing the description with the next themed print media. The result of the research shows that 1) the quality of the Learning Planning in the first cycle is 70 (medium category), and the second cycle is 80 (good category), and the third learning plan is 87,5 (very good category), 2) the learning activity students in the learning process increased, active students in class X2 achieved the percentage of activity of 51.28% in the first cycle, in the second cycle of active students achieved 64.10% and in the third cycle of active students reached 84.51%. In class X3 active learning activities achieved 52 students, 63%, the second cycle reached 68.42%, and the third cycle reached 84.21%.

Abstract

This research concentrates on IT for Business because it is closely related to contemporary IT skills. The word business also has its own charm because the business needs almost every person. Thus, through this course is expected to know the student response and the cause of their lack of understanding of IT. This research is a field research and is qualitative. The approach used in this research is explorative. To collect data, researchers get it through interviews, observation, and documentation. Associated with data analysis, researchers used descriptive-analytical methods. From the results of research, it is known that IT for business courses give a positive impact to develop and generate courage and skills for students in the field of IT.

Abstract

The research population in this study were all second grade Junior High School three classes with the number of students 115 students. Samples taken in this study consisted of two the number of students 69 students were taken by using random sampling techniques. There is a significant impact on the competence of teachers in the learning process and learning motivation on learning achievement physics students either jointly or respectively on the real level of 5% and 1%; in the competence of teachers in the learning process and learning motivation toward students' physics learning achievement of 36.05%; in the competence of teachers in the learning process of the students' physics learning achievement of 17.26%; and the contribution of learning motivation toward students' physics learning achievement of 19.01%.

Abstract

This study aimed at obtaining an empirical description of the relationship between patterns of thinking skills of students with learning strategies of Arabic speaking skill they use. The data were collected through observation, interview, field notes, and questionnaire. The results showed that the thought patterns of students majoring in Arabic at the State College for Islamic Studies of Jurai Siwo Metro can be classified into four thought patterns, namely: concrete-sequential, random-concrete, abstract-sequential, and random-abstract, and learning strategies of Arabic speaking skills used by students majoring in Arabic consists of cognitive, memory, meta-cognitive, compensation, affective, and social strategies. There is a close relationship between the selections or use of the learning strategies of Arabic speaking skill with student’s thought patterns. Judging from the pattern of thinking, students tend to use cognitive, memory, and meta-cognitive strategies stronger compared to compensation, affective, and social strategies in Arabic speaking skill learning.

Abstract

Strategi prediksi adalah strategi proses membaca di mana para siswa menebak/memprediksi apa isi teks atau apa yang akan terjadi selanjutnya. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis membutuhkan seorang kolaborator untuk membantu dalam Penelitian Tindakan Kelas ini. Penulis menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas, penelitian ini dilakukan di IAIN Metro-Lampung. Kesimpulan yang didapat dari penelitian ini didukung oleh hasil skor siswa dalam siklus pre test 1 adalah 61,53 dan nilai rata-rata siswa dalam siklus post test 1 adalah 69,31 dan nilai rata-rata siswa dalam siklus post test 2 adalah 75, 28. Perbandingan skor siswa dalam pre test dan post test adalah 7,78 dan perbandingan skor siswa dalam post test 1 untuk post test 2 adalah 5,97; dan Dengan diterapkan membuat strategi prediksi dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan aktivitas siswa.

Abstract

In this case focus on increaseing activity and learning outcomes through Think-Pair-Share. Method of research was classroom action research, involved two cycles. Based on the analysis it is found That: 1) Learning activity was much as increase of 4.2% of cycle I (57.8%) to cycle II (62%), 2) Students increase of the response was much as 4.6 of I cycle (60%) to cycle II (64.6%), 3) Learning achievement was much as increase of 3.5 of cycle I (63.5) cycle II (67) and 4) Learning as much as complately increase of 21 % of cycle I (50%) to cycle II (71%). Based on these results, to improve the quality of teachers should teach IPA at the type of cooperative learning using Think-Pair-Share. In order to do further research on the effectiveness of Think-Pair-Share relating learning outcomes or view the learning process, and are expected to contribute in learning IPA.

Abstract

Language is many things a system of communication, a medium for thought, a vehicles for literary expression, a social institution, a matter for political controversy, a factor in nation building. All normal human beings speak at least one language, and it is hard to imagine much significant social or intellectual activity taking place in its absence. Each of us, then, has stake in understanding how language is organized and how it is used. This article provide how to make language as scientific thinking facility in our life and expalining about the functions, the purposes and identity of our language. Because our language is different with animal language or other languages.

Abstract

The accuracy means the right or hit the target. The accuracy is meant here is an attempt to control the direction of service in accordance with the objectives to be achieved. To embarrass an opponent in his quest to return the ball from the blow service, do not let your opponent guessing and knowing where the ball will fall in room service. This research is a correlation between several variables conducted on students who attend a few games of tennis. The results of the data analysis of the relationship between grip strength (X1), eye-hand coordination (X2) and confidence (X3) with accuracy of service (Y) has Rx123y correlation coefficient = 0.897 and F count = 21.957 stating the level of relationship between grip strength, coordination eyes hand and confident with the accuracy of the service is very high.
