Method of solving the problem is the method more activity involves students in the learning process in addition to the method of solving the problem is more emphasis on how to stimulate students to think about a problem to be analyzed in an attempt to solve the problem, so that students are able to develop the ability to think critical, especially on learning science. This research is a classroom action research conducted at one of the elementary schools. Based on the study results were measured throughout the study, the learning process in the third cycle has reached KKM set that is equal to 80%. On the condition of prior actions, the students who received grades equal to or greater than the new KKM reached 47%, while, after the achievement of KKM action by 80%. This achievement has been to meet the target of classical KKM expected.

As a result of the learning method has not been much involved chemical activity and cooperation among students, then the expected learning outcomes have not been able to achieve maximum completeness. Based on the analysis of class XII, acquired 67% of students who have achieved KKM. So there are still 33% of students who have not reached KKM. The research objective of this study was to determine the improvement of student learning outcomes through a strategy of cooperative learning type STAD in chemical. Research results through cooperative learning type STAD has been done has been the achievement of optimal learning is exhaustiveness Minimum Criteria (KKM), which has been set for the school subjects in class XI is 75 (for a scale of 0 - 100). Already reached 80% or more KKM (No remedial).

The effort of Ahmad Sanusi to develop in education through Ibtidaiyah educational board and Madrsah Diniyah to teach religion aspect and general knowledge that based on Islamic rule. To increase and develop the knowledge of Kyai its makes leadership training, general knowledge training, religion, politic, and then active in weekend discussion as a way to discuss and increase in religion knowledge. The level of education in the college consists of three levels: low level, middle level, and high level. Every level consists of four classes, such as: class I to class IV in four month. The curriculum that made and aplicated in Pesantren concern in religion aspect: Tafsir (translating), and nahwu sorof, otherwise the method that use the Sorogan method that combinating with discussion.

In an institution, performance is an answer or a picture of the success or failure of employees in the institution working in order to achieve the goals of the institution or organization that has been established. In this study, the authors use correlational research that puts the research variables into two groups namely independent variables and dependent variables. Based on hypothesis test result there is a positive correlation between interpersonal communication ability of principal with high school teacher performance in Metro City and there is a positive correlation between teacher professional competence with teacher performance of SMA Negeri as Metro City, with explanation that the higher professional competence of teacher will the higher the performance of teachers SMA Negeri.

Increasing the activity of students in learning, needs teachers' creativity in selecting and implementing methods or appropriate instructional strategies. To solve the aforementioned problems, the activities of students to be more active can be fished by providing training under the guidance of teachers and provide value bonus points to students who are active in the learning takes place, such as actively ask, issue a pen-able, and is active in answering the questions given the teacher. The object of this study was the students of class XI IPS in SMA consisting of 22 students male and 8 female learners. Data analysis using quantitative analysis to analyze the motivate the students in preparing the working paper. The active level of students in the first cycle increased by 23.33% and the second cycle increased by 66.67% so the use of guided training methods and scoring bonus points can increase student motivation in learning in the classroom.

The low qualities of human resources in Indonesia it comes from educational problem that complicated and never ending. In big line, the problems are quality, good spread, relevantion and efficiency and then efectivitas in education. There are many jobless in Indonesia is one indicator the low relevancy in education and society need. So that we need to solve the problem in education such as by develop the curriculum that make effect in life skill to every students to be able doing activity in daily. The curriculum that we use to day, it needs to develop the function in life, so that can make real act in daily life role. Because the real life always changes, so every graduate school must be able and ready in the changing. Because of it need to give the life skill that consist of base skill and instrument skill.

Discipline is one aspect of education that is very important to note. Without an awareness of the necessity of implementing predetermined rules, teaching is unlikely to achieve maximum targets. This research uses quantitative type which is correlative, and the location of this research is SMA Negeri 1 Kota Metro-Lampung. Based on the data that the authors get is as follows: Student learning discipline is quite high, with a high percentage of 10 people 33.33%, 17 people 56.67% moderate and 3 people 10% low; Student achievement is good enough, with good percentage 17 people 56,66%, 10 people 33,34% enough and 3 people 10% low; and the relationship between Learning Discipline with Learning Achievement has a high level of closeness this is in accordance with the results of data analysis obtained that is the value rxy = 0.790.

The problem in this research is the learning service in guidance and counseling is good enough, but the student's learning achievement is quite even less good. This type of research is quantitative, then the population is high school students. This study aims to find out the learning service in guidance and counseling by teacher guidance and konsleing on the students. And to know is there any relation between learning service in guidance and counseling with learning achievement. The conclusion of this research is there is relation between service learning in guidance and counseling with high school student achievement. The results show that ???? count greater than ???? table at 5% significant level is 0.361 and the significant level of 1% is 0.463, or 0.463 <0.603> 0.361.

Method used in this study is an experimental method to test the initial and final test. Samples taken as many as 30 students were then divided into two groups and each group totaled 15 students. The measure that is used to start the learning success used assessment guidelines jury assessors match referee commission and test engineering assessment rate increase, ratings (tester) is a coach which has been certified branches or regions (warrior) and has extensive experience in the field of martial arts. Data analysis techniques are used to test the hypothesis with t test at significance level = 0,05. It be concluded that teaching methods elementar (parts per part) better and more effective methods of teaching global (overall) in learning the basic techniques of front kick in pencak silat on vocational students.
