Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of work motivation and work discipline partially and simultaneously on employee performance. The type of research in this study is associative with the form of a causal relationship, using this research approach with quantitative methods. The results showed that work motivation had a significant effect and had a positive direction on employee performance. Work discipline has a significant effect and has a positive direction on employee performance. Work motivation and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance. The result of the coefficient of determination is known that the contribution given by work motivation and work discipline to employee performance is 210 while the remaining 458 is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. So disciplined motivation and work discipline partially and simultaneously affect employee performance and have a positive relationship direction

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Fiscal Decentralization and SILPA either partially or simultaneously on Capital Expenditures. This type of research is quantitative research. The sample used as many as 17 districts / cities in the province of South Sumatra. The type of data used is documentation so that the data obtained is secondary data. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that (1) Fiscal Decentralization has a positive and significant effect on Capital Expenditures (2) SILPA has a positive and significant effect on Capital Expenditures (3) Fiscal Decentralization and SILPA simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Capital Expenditures. The result of the determination test is known that R2 is 26%. These results can be concluded that Capital Expenditure is influenced by Fiscal Decentralization and SILPA by 26%, while the remaining 74% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to determine, analyze, and explain how the partial and simultaneous influence of motivation and tourist perceptions on the decision to visit the Rawagede Monument tourist attraction during the covid-19 pandemic. This research uses quantitative research with descriptive and verification methods. The population in this study were visitors to the Rawagede Monument tourist attraction in 2022. The population in 2022 was searched using a linear trend. The sample to be tested in this study amounted to 390 people with sampling using slovin. This study uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive technique. The data analysis technique uses scale range analysis and path analysis with the SPSS 21 software analysis tool for windows.Based on the results of research that has been done, it shows that the motivation to get an average score of 1.431 is in the good criteria, the perception of getting an average score of 1.282 is in the pretty good criteria, the decision to visit gets an average score of 1.445 is in the good criteria. The correlation coefficient between motivation and perception variables is 0.535, the correlation level is moderate, quite strong. The partial effect of motivation on the decision to visit is 10.1% while the perception of the decision to visit has a larger contribution of 10.4%, simultaneously the total influence of motivation and perception on the decision to visit is 31.6% while the remaining 68.4% is another influence not measured in this study.

Abstract

To be able to reduce unemployment in educated students, one of the other options is entrepreneurship. Entrepreneurship can help reduce unemployment and make the younger generation aware and understand that they have alternatives in choosing their destiny by starting their own business and no need to keep looking and waiting to accept a job. This study aims to determine the effect of self-efficacy and entrepreneurial mindset on the entrepreneurial interest of students of the Management Study Program, Ninebelas November Kolaka University. The research method used in this research is quantitative, with questionnaires to answer the research problem formulation. The population in this study was 413 students of the USN Kolaka Management Study Program, with a sample of 203 people based on Slovin’s formula used. The analytical tool used was SPSS 23 to test the validity and reliability, while Partial Least Square (PLS) tests the research hypothesis model. The results of the analysis state that: 1) self-efficacy can increase interest in entrepreneurship; 2) an entrepreneurial mindset can increase interest in entrepreneurship.

Abstract

Brand trust is the desire of customers to trust and believe in a brand with the risks faced because expectations of the brand will lead to positive results. Service quality is an effort to fulfill customer desires and the accuracy of service delivery in order to meet customer expectations. Brand loyalty is a term in marketing to describe how strong a consumer's preference for a brand is when compared to other brands. Analysis of the data used is multiple linear regression. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The research scale uses a Likert scale. Partial research results, brand trust has no effect on brand loyalty PT. Lion Express. Partially, service quality has an effect on brand loyalty of PT. Lion Express. Simultaneously, brand trust and service quality affect the brand loyalty of PT. Lion Express.

Abstract

This study aims to clearly identify, interpret and analyze how the work environment and work performance affect the performance of village officials in the Kiarasari Village office, Compreng District. Researchers used descriptive qualitative research methods, when this research was carried out from February 2022 to August 2022. The sources of data obtained were primary data from interviews and secondary data sources from data analysis from villages and sources such as books, journals, and documents. support, while the data collection techniques by means of interviews, observation, and documentation, while for the validity test using the credibility test, transferbility test, dependability test, and conformity test. Based on the results of the research analysis, it can be concluded that the decline in the performance of the Kiarasari Village apparatus is caused by several factors and many things, the data from the interviews and as well as the filling of the instrument shows that there are several factors that cause a decrease in the performance of the village apparatus, including: reduced responsibility and authority, effectiveness and efficiency, initiative and discipline, triggered by working conditions that do not provide facilities, as well as work comfort for village officials.

Abstract

This study discusses the issue of various factors that affect the stock price of a company. The research focused on the property company sector in Indonesia which has been listed and has financial statements on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from January 2017-December 2020 using time series data collection techniques. The method used in this study is a deductive analysis that utilizes the Eviews version 12 application with data processing techniques in the form of data quality tests (chow test, hausman test and lagrange multiplier test) and panel data analysis test (t test, F test, and coefficient of determination test). The results of the study concluded that the ratio of total assets turnover is significantly positive having an impact on the share price; the rate-of-return ratio of assets is significantly negative in having an impact on stock prices. The exchange rate ratio, earnings per share and debt to equity ratio do not significantly have an impact on stock prices.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and determine the effect of both partially and simultaneously Promotion and Location variables on Purchase Interest at Pizza Hut Karawang Central Plaza, using quantitative and technical methods of data analysis used is path analysis. The population in this study are prospective buyers and consumers of Pizza Hut Karawang Central Plaza and the sample is 100 respondents who are taken using a finite population with the slovin formula. The results showed that there was a correlation between promotion and location at the Pizza Hut restaurant, Karawang Central Plaza, which was 0.800 with a very strong correlation value. There is a partial effect of Promotion on Purchase Intention of 47.1%, this indicates that Promotion has a positive effect on Purchase Intention. There is a partial effect of Location on Purchase Intention of 32.8%, this indicates that Location has a positive effect on Purchase Intention. There is a simultaneous influence of Promotion and Location on Purchase Interest at Pizza Hut Restaurant Karawang Central Plaza of 57.7%, this shows that Promotion and Location have a contribution to Buying Interest of 57.7% while the remaining of 42.3 % is the contribution of other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the service variables consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible simultaneously have a significant influence on customer satisfaction Prepaid at PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjung Selor Area. And to find out which of the service variables consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible partially have a dominant influence on customer satisfaction Prepaid at PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjung Selor Area. The analytical model used in this study is in the form of Multiple Linear Regression (Multiple Linear Regression). The first hypothesis which states that it is suspected that the service variables consisting of reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangible simultaneously have a significant influence on prepaid customer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjung Selor Area. Accepted, this is evidenced by the value of F arithmetic > F table. The second hypothesis which states that tangible partially has a dominant influence on consumer satisfaction at PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjung Selor area is accepted, this is evidenced by the tangible variable (X5) which has a t count greater than other variables.

Abstract

Submission of information digitally will quickly reach the recipient of the information without limits. Promotions are carried out with digital media today with various methods, one of which is by creating infographic content. Infographics are growing rapidly in mass media after being digitally designed that cannot be told, only in the form of text and photos. Infographics are a new method of conveying information that is more effective. Besides marketing with infographics, tourists will be able to confidently convince themselves by seeing the value of a tourism product and the value of the product can be symbolized by brand equity. The objectives of this study are: (1) to examine the effect of brand equity on visiting interest; (2) examine the effect of brand equity on infographic content; (3) examine the effect of infographic content on visiting interest; (4) examines the role of infographic content in being able to mediate the influence of brand equity on visiting interest. The population is tourists visiting tourist villages in Kerinci Regency while the sample is 200 visitors to tourist villages in Kerinci Regency. The method used is the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) measurement using SmartPLS software. The results showed that brand equity has a positive effect on infographic content, brand equity has a positive effect on visiting interest, infographic content has a positive effect on visiting interest, infographic content can play a positive role as mediating the influence of brand equity on visiting interest.
