Abstract

Labor productivity is a parameter of the extent to which human resources or labor are used properly to create the desired results in a process because labor is an important factor in an economy. This study aims to determine: (1) The direct influence of the level of education and health on labor productivity. (2) the partial direct effect of education level on labor productivity and health level on labor productivity. This study uses secondary data in the form of time series data consisting of Jambi Province for the period 2001-2020. The data were obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). This study used multiple linear regression analysis. Labor productivity from 2001-2020 fluctuated and tended to decline. At the education level, it can be seen that the average length of schooling in the year was fluctuating so that in 2010 it experienced a drastic decline. The level of health in 2007 experienced a very drastic decline. The results showed that: (1) The level of education and health had a significant effect on labor productivity. (2) The level of education has a positive and significant effect on labor productivity. (3) The level of health has a positive but not significant effect on labor productivity. Based on the results of this study, it is expected to provide benefits for the provincial government to take follow-up actions such as improving facilities for education and health evenly in all districts/cities in Jambi Province.

Abstract

Indonesia consists of various ethnic groups, languages and different religions. In addition to having a dense population and large area, Indonesia has a natural area that supports the second largest level of biodiversity in the world. Indonesia has 34 provinces where each province has a different culture and special food. Indonesia is a country that is famous for its culinary fields, there are many kinds of Indonesian food and drinks, because Indonesia is rich in its unique cooking spices. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of price, brand image, and service quality on customer loyalty at Bu Rupa's restaurant in Tanah Merah. The population in this study were all consumers at Mrs. Rupa's restaurant, so the sample used was 50 respondents. The results of this study indicate that price has no effect on customer loyalty, as evidenced by the Tcount value of 1.784 and a significant value of 0.81 so that it is said to be significant Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. Brand image has an effect on customer loyalty, which is evidenced by the Tcount value of 5.519 and a significant value of 0.000 so that it is said to be significant, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Service quality has no effect on customer loyalty, as evidenced by the Tcount 1.664 and a significant value of 0.103, then Ha is rejected and Ho is accepted. The next result is to prove that price and brand image affect customer loyalty with a calculated F value of 11,515 and a significant value of 0.000 so that the value is said to be significant, then Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected, meaning that price, brand image and service quality have a positive influence simultaneously on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Auditor Experience (X1), Objectivity (X2), Independence (X3, and Accountability (X4) on audit quality at the Yogyakarta Public Accounting Firm. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is all auditors. who works at a Public Accounting Firm located in the Special Region of Yogyakarta. The sampling method used purposive sampling. Data was collected through questionnaires and obtained 7 KAPs located in Yogyakarta with a sample of 40 respondents. Then the data was processed using SPSS IBM Version 25, technique The data analysis used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumption test, multiple regression test, t test, f test, and determinant coefficient (R²).The results of this study are to prove the auditor experience variable has a positive effect on audit quality, objectivity variable has no effect on quality. audit, independent variables have an effect h is positive on audit quality and the accountability variable has a positive effect on audit quality

Abstract

The study tested the leadership variable, intellectual ability and work environment on employee performance at the Tanah Jawa District Office, Simalungun Regency, North Sumatra, which amounted to 32 employee. The study used quantitative and qualitative methods . The results showed that the questionnaire data instrument items were declared valid and reliable. The regression equation produces a positive correlation between the variables of leadership, intellectual ability and work environment on employee performance with the work environment variable having the greatest relationship to employee performance. Partially (t test) shows leadership has a significant influence on employee performance, intellectual ability has a significant influence on employee performance, work environment has a significant influence on employee performance. Simultaneously the variables of leadership, intellectual ability and work environment have a positive and significant influence on performance This shows that leadership, intellectual ability and work environment when running well in an organization and being able to become a carrying capacity for employees will have a positive impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The aims of this study is to see how the influence of innovative work behavior on business performance in SMEs, while the mediating variable is competitive advantage. Innovative work behavior is the basis for developing excellence which will impact business performance. The sample in this study were 111 SMEs in Jambi province, especially those that had been established for more than 5 years. the data used is primary data taken through questionnaires distributed to 111 SMEs managers, and processed with verification analysis techniques using structural equation modeling.

Abstract

The aims of this study are to analysis the influence of knowledge management on employee retention and the effect of both on employee performance. The sample in this study is 173 employees who work in finance companies in Jambi City, the data used are primary data derived from questionnaires, processed and analyzed using structural equation modeling. The results of the study prove that there is a positive and significant effect of knowledge management on employee retention and there is a positive effect of both on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of human resource planning on the performance of the Karawang district health office. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification with a quantitative approach, the sample used in this study is 50. The data analysis used in this research is simple regression analysis with hypothesis testing t test and f test. The results show that the coefficient of 0.288 means about 28.8%, then the HR Planning variable (X1) has a contribution to performance (Y) while the remaining 71.2% is explained by other factors not examined in this study (ε). Based on the results of research related to the influence of human resource planning on employee performance, the value of sig 0.000 is smaller than the alpha value, which is 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a partial effect of the variable human resource planning on employee performance. Based on the results of research related to the influence of human resource planning on employee performance, the value of sig 0.000 is smaller than the alpha value, which is 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous influence of the variable human resource planning on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect social media marketing, store atmosphere and electronic word of mouth to customer loyalty Starbucks City of Samarinda. The sample selection technique uses purposive sampling with a sample obtained by 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires at all Starbucks outlets in Samarinda City. The data that has been collected is processed using the SmartPLS 3.2.9 analysis tool with the SEM method. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant effect on store atmosphere to customer loyalty, electronic word of mouth have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Whereas, Social media marketing no significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of knowing and analyzing the marketing strategy in increasing sales volume in the UMKM Cake Pisang Raja Raja Impian Tuban business. The sampling method was carried out by purposive sampling by analyzing the 7P marketing mix strategy (product, price, place, promotion, process, people, physical evidence) and STP (segmenting, targeting, and positioning) that had been implemented. This research was analysed using a descriptive method using SWOT analysis (Strength, Weakness, Opportunity, Threat). SWOT analysis is used to evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of the company's internal environment as well as the opportunities and threats that are the company's external environment. SWOT analysis can produce several alternative strategies that can be implemented in making decisions for future businesses in order to develop and adjust to the business environment. The results of this study indicate that the UMKM Raja Banana Cake Dream Tuban business has Strengths 2.66 , Weaknesses 0.61 , Opportunities 2.10 , and Threats 0.72 . So that in the SWOT analysis diagram the UMKM Pisang Raja Impian Tuban Cake is in quadrant 1 (one) position which supports aggressive strategies on the various opportunities and strengths it has.

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the impact of the dynamic relationship dynamics during the Covid-19 pandemic between gold prices, oil prices and stock returns in Asean-5 countries related to the contatagion effect theory with evidence using GARCH Models analysis. The types of samples in this study are saturated samples, namely Gold prices, Oil prices, Composite Stock Price Index (Indonesia) JCI, Kuala Lumpur Composite Index/KLCI (Malaysia), Straits Times Singapore (STI), Securities Exchange of Thailand Index/SETI (Thailand). ), and the Philippine Stock Exchange/PSE (Philippines), during the Covid-19 pandemic, from March 11, 2020 to October 30, 2021, totaling 430 samples. The analytical technique used in applying the GARCH model in this study uses the Eviews 10 software program, with the results for the gold dependent variable the results state that the Indonesian Composite Stock Index (IHSG), Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (KLCI), STI (Singapore), Securities Exchange Thailand Index/SETI (Thailand), and Philippine Stock Exchange/PSE (Philippines), have a consistent relationship with the price of Gold, the contingent theory of effects is proven to occur in 5 countries in the sample. As for the dependent variable oil, the results state that the price of the oil price variable is only the theory of contingent effects, which has been proven to occur in 4 countries and has not been proven to occur in the Kuala Lumpur Composite Index (KLCI) Malaysia.
