Abstract

The purpouse of this study was to the effect of democratic leadership style, workload and instrinsic motivation on the work performance of Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan DIY employee. The population and samples used in this study were all employees of the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan DIY, totaling 90 people using the saturated sampling method. Methods of data collection using questionnaires. IBM SPSS Statistics 25 is used as data analysis trought two stages of testing, namely: classic assumption test and hypothesia test (t test and f test). The results of this study show that the leadership style is not effect on work performance. There is a positive and significant effect on workloard and instrinsic motivation variabels on employee work performance and democratic leadership style, workload and instinsic motivation affect employee performance in the Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan Kehutanan DIY.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of asset growth, profitability and liquidity on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples were taken from 17 companies in 2016-2020. The sampling technique used purposive sampling method. The data is obtained and downloaded through the website www.idx.co.id and the company's website. Data analysis used descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that Asset Growth (AG) has no effect on capital structure (DER), Profitability (ROE) has an effect on capital structure, Liquidity (CR) has an effect on capital structure (DER), AG, ROE, and CR simultaneously have a significant effect against DERs.

Abstract

The e-commerce business in Indonesia has been increasing since early 2020. The development of the world of e-commerce in Indonesia is of course due to the rapid population growth to the development of the world of digital technology. purchase on Lazada in Batam City. This research uses quantitative analysis method. Data collection techniques by filling out questionnaires. This study shows that product quality, convenience, and consumer trust have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Lazada in Batam City.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of job involvement and perceived supervisor support on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This study is a quantitative study using a population of all employees of PT Baja Mulia Industriindo Klaten. Collecting data by census, with a total of 50 respondents using a questionnaire survey. Data analysis using inferential analysis with the statistical program used is Smart PLS 3. The results show that work involvement has an insignificant negative effect on OCB, job satisfaction has an insignificant positive effect on OCB, perceived supervisor support has no significant positive effect on job satisfaction, work involvement significant positive effect on job satisfaction, perceived supervisor support has a significant positive effect on OCB, job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between job involvement and OCB, job satisfaction is able to mediate the relationship between perceived supervisor support and OCB.

Abstract

Competition in the business world is increasingly competitive, so business people are required to continue to innovate and provide the best products and services in winning business competition. Nilna Mukena is a business that produces mukena with various models in Ngunut Tulungagung. Nilna Mukena must pay attention to customer satisfaction, because this is one of the successes in a business and encourages consumers to make purchasing decisions. Factors that influence consumer purchasing decisions include product quality, price, service quality, and customer satisfaction. The objectives of this study were 1) to measure the direct and indirect effects of product quality, price, and service quality on purchasing decisions with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable, and 2) to determine the total amount of each variable effect of product quality, price, and service quality on Nilna Mukena. This research approach is quantitative. This type of research is comparative causal. The data analysis technique of this research is multiple linear regression. Comparative causal research is research that compares which is the stronger direct or indirect effect of each independent variable on the dependent variable and compares the total amount of influence of each independent variable. The population of this study were Nilna Mukena consumers and the number was unknown. The sample used was 100 respondents. The sampling method is by filling out a questionnaire distributed to consumers who come to Nilna Mukena. The test results in this study indicate that product quality has no effect on customer satisfaction, product quality has no effect on purchasing decisions, price has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, price has no effect on purchasing decisions, service quality has a significant positive effect on customer satisfaction, service quality has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, customer satisfaction has a significant positive effect on purchasing decisions, customer satisfaction provides a role in mediating prices on purchasing decisions, customer satisfaction does not provide a role in mediating product quality and service quality on purchasing decisions at Nilna Mukena Ngunut Tulungagung.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze whether product quality, service quality, and brand image can affect customer satisfaction at Griya Coklat Nglanggeran which was conducted in Nglanggeran Tourism Village, Patuk District, Gunungkidul Regency. This research is a quantitative study using a questionnaire distribution technique to all consumers at Griya Coklat Nglanggeran who are the samples in the study. The sampling technique used in this study was a purposive non-probability sampling technique using 120 respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study consisted of data quality tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis tests, and hypothesis testing. Data from filling out the questionnaire from this study were then analyzed using the SPSS 25 application. This study gives the result that product quality and service quality have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction. However, brand image gives negative results or does not affect customer satisfaction. The results of this study indicate that product quality, service quality, and brand image simultaneously (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Griya Chocolate Nglanggeran.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Involment, Social support colleagues, Job related anxiety on Job Performance. Job Involment is a normative belief about the value of work in the life of an incumbent and this state of attitude is the result of previous cultural and socialization activities. Social support from colleagues can include instrumental assistance to complete work tasks, it can also be a type of emotional support to prevent the health consequences of stressful work experiences. Job related anxiety describes the tension that employees experience in carrying out their work duties because employees worry about organizational functions and their ability to meet superiors' expectations. Job Performance is As a behavioral skill that employees use to perform various aspects of their job. a role that directly or indirectly contributes to the goals of the company. This type of research is a quantitative method. The sampling method used is convenience sampling with 245 employees of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (Persero) in the big rice fields of central Jakarta. Data analysis techniques in this study used instrument testing techniques with validity and reliability. Validity relates to the accuracy of the instrument in measuring the variables to be studied, while reliability relates to the consistency, accuracy, and predictability of a measuring instrument. and there is a hypothesis test carried out using the multiple linear regression method with the SPSS version 21 program. Hypothesis testing is carried out by comparing the p-value or level of significance (alpha) of 0.05. The results of this study indicate that Job Involment, Social support colleagues, Job related anxiety have a positive effect on Job Performance. The managerial implication in this research is that it is expected that leaders in organizations implement social support colleagues, so that employees become more comfortabel at work. The company is expected to be able to foster good relationships with employees so that Job related anxiety employees feel that their work has become a definite responsibility. Good relationships from superiors and subordinates will create effective work so Job Involvement is very important for workers.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the concept of Career Development, Motivation and Job Satisfaction on Employee Performance at PT Dream Tours & Travel Surabaya. This research is expected to provide input to the company in managing employee performance, especially related to Career Development, Motivation and Job Satisfaction. The object of this research is PT. Dream Tours & Travel Surabaya, with primary and secondary data sources. The population in this study were 55 employees of PT Dream Tours & Travel Surabaya with a saturated sample technique of 55 employees as respondents. The analysis technique used in this research is Partial Least Square (PLS) 4.0 with the testing tools used are Outer Model Test, Inner Model Test and Hypothesis Test. The test results show that there is a significant influence between career development on employee performance, as well as a significant influence between motivation on employee performance, and a significant influence between job satisfaction on employee performance.

Abstract

At present, attention to the creation of a company brand is starting to be used as the basis for a process for employee recruitment or it can be said as a company brand for Employer Branding. Apart from Employer Branding, prospective applicants also often make considerations for the company through the reputation owned by the company when applying for a job. The purpose of this study is to conduct an analysis to determine the effect of Employer Branding and Employer Attractiveness on interest in applying for jobs. The sampling technique in this study uses the Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling technique and uses smartPLS as an analytical tool. Data were obtained from questionnaires distributed to Class of 2017 and 2018 students via google form, with a total sample of 151 respondents. The findings in this study show that Employer Branding has a significant and positive influence on interest in applying for jobs at UPN "Veteran" East Java Management Students. Employer Attractiveness has a significantly positive influence on Interest in applying for jobs at UPN “Veteran” East Java Management Student.

Abstract

Organizational commitment (X1), quality of work life (X2), job satisfaction (Y) and employee performance (Z) at the West Tanjung Jabung District Health Office, where organizational commitment is in the very good category, quality of work life is in the good category, satisfaction work and employee performance are in the high category. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Therefore, it can be concluded that organizational commitment (X1) partially has a significant influence on job satisfaction (Y). The quality of work life has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Therefore, it can be concluded that the quality of work life (X2) partially has a significant influence on job satisfaction (Z). Organizational commitment and quality of work life together influence job satisfaction. Therefore, it can be concluded that the results of testing organizational commitment and quality of work life simultaneously have a significant influence on job satisfaction. Organizational commitment has a significant effect on performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that organizational commitment (X1) partially has a significant influence on performance (Z). The quality of work life influences performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that the quality of work life (X2) partially has a significant effect on performance (Z). Organizational commitment and quality of work life together have a significant effect on performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that the test results are significant, which means organizational commitment and quality of work life simultaneously have a significant effect on performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on performance. Therefore, it can be concluded that job satisfaction (Y) partially has a significant effect on performance (Z).
