Abstract

Wonderland Adventure Waterpark is a well-known entertainment destination among the general public, offering various types of water play attractions such as bubble baths, gorilla slides, lazy rivers, wave pools and other artificial surfing areas. The aim of this research is to find out how product innovation and marketing communications influence the interest of visitors to Wonderland Adventure Waterpark Karawang. In this research, the author uses a quantitative strategy with a descriptive and verification approach. The size of the research population involving visitor data in 2022 is 264,985 so the author decided on the sample size using the Slovin formula as 88 respondents. The results of the discussion from this research show that product development at Wonderland Adventure Waterpark received a positive response with a very high score, while marketing communication also received a positive response and was rated highly. The positive impact of product innovation and marketing communication together has an impact on visitor interest, this shows that the two complement each other in attracting visitor interest. Nevertheless, Waterpark management continues to empower product development and improve marketing communications to maintain its appeal and attract more visitors.

Abstract

This research looks at how brand image, taste, and price influence consumers' decisions to buy Supermi. The authors conducted this study to discover and analyze whether brand image, taste, and price have an impact on consumer purchasing decisions. The population of Yogyakarta City who have consumed Supermi brand instant noodles. A sample of 100 respondents was selected using the Roscoe formula. The sampling method is simple random sampling and uses the Likert scale to measure research data collected through questionnaires. SPSS 25.0 is used for testing. Test results show that taste and price have a partial impact on purchasing decisions, while decisions about what to buy are not influenced by brand image. Brand taste, price, and taste, simultaneously impact consumers' decisions to buy Supermi products.

Abstract

Electronic Word of Mouth (E-WoM) and destination image play a significant role in the tourism sector and have a strong influence on tourism satisfaction and tourism loyalty. This research aims to understand and identify the implications of E-WoM and destination image on tourism loyalty and tourism satisfaction as mediating (intervening) variables in Moramo Waterfall Tourism, Southeast Sulawesi. The analytical approach used is to use the SEM-PLS analysis tool with a sample of 160 respondents using purposive sampling. The results of the study show that the E-Wom and destination image variables have a positive and significant effect on tourism satisfaction and tourism loyalty. The more positive information and reviews and the more positive the image of the Moramo Waterfall tourist attraction in Southeast Sulawesi, the higher the tourism satisfaction and the stronger the formation of tourism loyalty, therefore tourism satisfaction is an important strategy to build tourism loyalty and the influence of both variables is positive and significant. The results of the study also show that tourism satisfaction as a mediating variable has a positive and significant effect on tourism loyalty, although the mediating effect is low.

Abstract

This research aims to know the impact of social media and product quality on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction at UMKM Alfahmi Konveksi. The research method in this research is the quantitative method. The location of the research was carried out at Alfahmi Konveksi located at Rahmad PIK Complex No. A 42 Menteng VII, Medan Tenggara, Kec. Medan Denai, Kota Medan, North Sumatra 20226. As for the results of the research, it was found that (1) there was a positive and significant influence of social media on repurchase intention in UMKM Alfahmi Konveksi. (2) there is a positive influence and significant impact of product quality on repurchasing intention. (3) Colabored between social media and product quality have a positive, significant impact on repurchase intention through customer satisfaction. The findings provide a deep understanding of the importance of the role of social media and product quality in improving repurchase intention through customer satisfaction at UMKM Alfahmi Konveksi.

Abstract

This was a quantitative study. The data were secondary data from six Provinces in Sumatera  in the period 2010-2021 obtained from the BPS and DJPK. The data were panel data analysis using the fixed effect regression model processed by Eviews 12. The results of the study showed that: 1) foreign investment have significant positive effect on economic growth in Sumatera with a probability value of 0.0035. 2) domestic investment have significant positive effect on economic growth in Sumatera with a probability value of 0.0001. 3) Exports have no significant effect on economic growth on the island of Sumatra with a probability value of 0.08019. 4) Education spending has a positive and significant influence on economic growth on the island of Sumatra with a probability value of 0.0006. 5) Health expenditure has a positive and significant influence on economic growth on the island of Sumatra with a probability value of 0.0091. The R-squared value in this study is 0.986931, this means that the contribution of all independent variables in explaining the variable is 98.69%.

Abstract

Companies can strive to increase employee job satisfaction to achieve conditions that encourage optimal development and improvement of employee abilities. Work environment and safety in the workplace are some of the factors that affect employee job satisfaction. The attendance rate in the Production Department of PT YXZ continues to increase. This is due to poor physical working conditions and a lack of attention to occupational safety. The purpose of this study is to partially and simultaneously determine the effect of the physical work environment and work safety on employee job satisfaction in the production department of PT  YXZ. The research method used is a quantitative method with data analysis using multiple regression analysis assisted by SPSS version 26. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire with 33 respondents, all employees of the Production Department YXZ. The results of this study show that the physical work environment partially affects employee job satisfaction, and work safety does not affect employee job satisfaction. While simultaneously the physical work environment and work safety affect employee job satisfaction, Employee satisfaction will increase with a good physical work environment and good work safety

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine how the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau's implementation of e-government and competency affects worker performance, with motivation serving as an intervening variable. In this study, quantitative approaches and descriptive verification were the methodologies employed. The impact of competency and the use of e-government on worker performance at the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau is the study's research topic, and motivation serves as an intervening variable. It is evident from the technique that there are 62 samples total. The PLS analysis method is applied in this study. The Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau's workforce competency, work motivation, and performance, as well as the e-government description, indicate that the organization's overall E-Government score is 3050 in the good category. Next, the competency variable is described as follows: with a score of 2,537, it indicates that personnel in the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau have a high level of expertise. Moreover, the work motivation variable description indicates that the work motivation score falls into the High group with a value of 3588. In the meantime, the employee performance variables description indicates that the score falls into the high category at 2024. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect, competency has a significant and positive effect on work motivation, e-government has a significant effect on employee performance, competency has a negative and insignificant effect on employee performance, and work motivation has a significant and positive effect, according to the results of the Smart PLS 3.0 analysis tools. At the Jambi Province Regional Secretariat Organization Bureau, competency has a significant and positive impact on employee performance through work motivation, and e-government has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through work motivation.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze the effect of perceived quality and product price on purchasing decisions on LG brand washing machines in the city of Surabaya. The population in this study are washing machine buyers and users in the city of Surabaya. Determination of sampling in research using purposive sampling technique and the number of samples used is 104 respondents. The data used is primary data and data collection is done by distributing questionnaires to buyers and users of LG brand washing machines in the city of Surabaya. Then the analysis technique used is Partial Least Square (PLS). through the results of the study it is known that price perceptions and product quality contribute significantly to purchasing decisions on LG Brand Washing Machines in the City of Surabaya.

Abstract

This research was conducted on employees of PT Kreasi Lutvi Sejahtera. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of transformational leadership style on employee job satisfaction at PT Kreasi Lutvi Sejahtera. The research used in this research is quantitative methods with data collection techniques through questionnaires with the population in this study being employees at PT Kreasi Lutvi Sejahtera using a sample of 37 employee at PT Kreasi Lutvi Sejahtera. The analytical tool used is the Correlation Test. The results of the analysis show that the transformational leadership style has a positive and significant influence on job satisfaction. This shows that the higher the level of Job Satisfaction expected by employees will influence the increase in Employee Performance

Abstract

Before entering the era of online shopping, previously information systems were only intended for internal company parties such as company employees. In this era of artificial intelligence, accounting information systems are also operated by consumers. Consumers operate information systems to be able to complete purchases of goods or services online. Based on research results through mass media, it is known that consumers' current shopping tendencies are more towards shopping online. The reason consumers tend to prefer shopping online is because the prices offered by online companies are cheaper and they save time shopping. When consumers make online shopping transactions, concerns arise about sharing personal data with e-commerce companies. These concerns include the use of consumers' personal data by e-commerce companies. This research is descriptive verification research using a survey approach. This research is classified as quantitative research. The respondents who will be studied in this research are students spread across universities in the city of Bandung. The data analysis method uses SEM-PLS. The results of the research show that information privacy concerns have a significant negative influence on trust, privacy policy has a significant positive influence on trust and simultaneously information privacy concerns and privacy policy have a significant positive influence on trust. So it can be concluded that if there is an increase in information privacy concerns and privacy policies, it will have an impact on increasing trust in online shopping for university students in the Bandung City area.
