Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kecerdasan emosi terhadap perilaku prososial siswa di SMA Negeri 9 Halmahera Selatan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa SMA Negeri 9 Halmahera Selatan yang berjumlah 171 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan angket dan wawancara. Dua angket yang disebarkan yakni angket kecerdasan emosi dan perilaku prososial. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan analisis korelasi melalui program SPSS windows versi 22,0. Melalui analisis regresi diperoleh hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar (r) = 0,765 para taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti bahwa terdapat hubungan positif signifikan kecerdasan emosi dengan perilaku prososial siswa di SMA Negeri 9 Halmahera Selatan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh persepsi terhadap soft skills peserta didik. (2) pengaruh sikap terhadap soft skills peserta didik. (3) pengaruh perilaku terhadap soft skills peserta didik. (4) pengaruh antara persepsi, sikap dan perilaku secara bersama-sama terhadap soft skills peserta didik. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Proportionate Stratified Random Sampling karena terdapat level kelas yang berbeda (kelas 10, 11 dan 12) peserta didik di SMA Kristen 2 Kupang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui ketiga variabel bebas yaitu persepsi, sikap dan perilaku secara bersama-sama mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel terikat soft skills. Secara terpisah (parsial) semua variabel bebas yang terdiri dari persepsi, sikap dan perilaku berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap variabel terikat soft skills peserta didik SMA Kristen 2 Kupang. Sumbangan dari ketiga variabel bebas yaitu persepsi, sikap dan perilaku terhadap variabel terikat yaitu soft skills adalah sebesar 50,4% sedangkan sisanya sebesar 49,6% adalah kontribusi dari variabel-variabel lain yang tidak diikut sertakan dalam penelitian ini. Dimana variabel persepsi berkontribusi sebesar 6,8%, variabel perilaku berkontribusi sebesar 5,4%, dan variabel sikap menyumbang kontribusi paling besar 38,2%.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) determine the effect of democracy parenting style and emotional intelligence with moral judgment (2) to determine the effect of democracy parenting style with moral judgment (3) to determine the effect of emotional intelligence with moral judgment. The population of this study are students of class XI SMAN 12 Medan amounted to 344 students. The study sample consisted of 105 students who were selected using the proportionate stratified random sampling technique. Collected using the moral judgment scale used are defining issues test (DIT), a scale of democracy parenting style, and emotional intelligence scale. Data were analyzed using regression analysis techniques. The results show (1) there is no effect of democracy parenting style on students' moral judgment, which is indicated by the coefficients rx1y = 0.448 and p > 0.05 ; (2) there is no effect of emotional intelligence on students' moral judgment, which is indicated by the coefficients rx1y = 0.161 and p > 0.05 ; (3) there is no effect of democracy parenting style and emotional intelligence with students' moral judgment, which is indicated by the coefficients F = 1.243 and R = 0.154 while R² = 0.024 with p > 0.05. The percentage of contributions given by democracy parenting style and emotional intelligence towards moral judgment is 24 %. The remaining 76 % is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the activities and achievements of the study material autonomous region through the use of methods of assisted demonstration Mega OTT Government. Research subject learners class 9B SMP Negeri 4 Salatiga Years Lessons 2017/2018. The research is the research of class action is carried out in 2 cycles. Data collection with the non-engineering tests and tests. An examination of the validity of the data by triangulation, checking with colleagues, friends and the use of an accurate reference. Data analysis with descriptive statistical analysis. Observation results against learning activities on cycle I achieve score 3.7 percentage of 73.6% and activity cycle II score 4.1 percentage 80% activity. The average value of the learning achievements of pre-cycle 66.7 number of learners who complete the KKM 30% from 30 children. The average results of achievement learning cycle I 80.0 and comprehensively reach 66.7%, KKM cycle II averaging 83.7 83.3% and finished the KKM. Thus declared the application of the method of demonstration Mega-assisted the Government can increase the activity of OTT and the learning achievements of students.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hasil belajar biologi siswa dengan menerapkan pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Think Pair Share dengan menggunakan media gambar terhadap hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas VIIIb SMPN 1 Kunto Darussalam tahun ajaran 2015/2016. Pengambilan data dilaksanakan pada tanggal 7 September sampai dengan 29 September 2015.Sabjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VIIIb SMPN 1 Kunto Darussalam dengan jumlah siswa 20 yang terdiri dari 9 siswa laki-laki dan 11 siswa perempuan. Pengumpulan data diambil dari hasil belajar siswa berupa daya serap dan ketuntasan belajar yang diperoleh dari nilai PPK dan KI. Daya serap hasil belajar siswa sebelum PTK 69,25 meningkat sebesar 13,24% pada siklus 1 menjadi 82,49 dan pada siklus II meningkat 5,21 % menjadi 87,70.Ketuntasan Klasikal siswa sebelum PTK 55 pada siklus 1 mengalami peningkatan sebesar 45% menjadi 100, pada siklus II tuntas 100% .Ketuntasan nilai KI sebelum PTK 65% dan meningkat 25% menjadi 90% dan pada siklus II meningkat 10 % menjadi 100%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajaran tipe think pair share dengan menggunakan media gambar dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar biologi siswa kelas VIIIb SMPN 1 Kunto Darussalam Tahun Ajaran 2015/2016.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership on work morale, the influence of the work climate on work morale, and the influence of leadership and work climate on work morale in Pematangsiantar 4 Middle School. The method used in this study can be classified in the type of associative research that is a complete description of information about the relationship between variables one with other symptoms. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis, classic assumption test, t test, F test and determinant coefficient. The results of the analysis show that leadership partially has a positive and significant effect on morale, tcount> ttable (3.838> 1.697), the work climate partially has a positive and significant effect on morale, with tcount> ttable (1853> 1.697), leadership and the work climate simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on work morale, with the value of Fcount> Ftable (32,250> 3,350).

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to study whether sprint 3 repetitions of 3 sets can increase the speed tendencies of the Pencak Silat UKM of UPG 1945 NTT. The method used in this study is the experimental method with the design of the study design is one group pretest-post test design. This research was conducted in the UKM Perisai Diri at the Pencak Silat UKM of UPG 1945 NTT. The time used in this study is 1 year. The test used is the test of doing the front kick for 1 minute to find out the speed of the front kick. The data analysis technique used is the t-test method. The results of data analysis showed the average initial test of front kick = 70.87, Final test = 78.07 and t-count = 7.059. The results of the next calculation are compared df = N-1 (15-1) = 14, then it is obtained 1.761 at the significance level of 5%, which means t-count (7.059)> t-table (1.761). Thus the Ha is accepted while the Ho is rejected, because the t-count value is greater than t-table. Based on the results of data analysis it can be concluded that sprint training 3 repetitions of 3 sets can increase the speed tend to be in the the Pencak Silat UKM of UPG 1945 NTT is 10.16%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the form, function, meaning and value contained in the speech RTU in the community of Pana Village, Kolbano District, South Timor Regency. The methods and techniques for taking data used in this research are observation (involved observer), interview, recording, note-taking, and documentation. The data will be analyzed qualitatively based on cultural linguistics approach. It’s because the cultural meanings and values that contained in the RTU speech can be applied as an effort to preserve culture. Thus, the efforts of preserving the language and culture of Pana Village community can be brought up. The result in these research and discussion showing that the form of the RTU speech consists of: introduction, contents and the closing section. The functions in this RTU speech for the Pana Village community at Kolbano District, the Region of Central South Timot, are as follows: (1) Magical functions; (2) Religious functions; and (3) expressive functions. Based on those functions, the meaning contained in the RTU speech is (1) religious meaning; (2) Economic meaning; and (3) Sociological meanings. The values stated in the RTU speech are (1) Religious values; (2) Economic value; (3) Social value.

Abstract

The aimed of this research is to know the influence of modification of physical education learning using cheerful cards to the motivation of achievement and student self-concept at private junior high school of PGRI Kupang. This research is quasi-experiment research by wearing a model one group Pretest-postest design. Respondents numbered 60 students with research samples taken randomly; there are control groups (n = 30) and experiment groups (n = 30). The results showed that the modification of physical education learning using cheerful cards affects the motivation of achievement and self-concept of private junior high school of PGRI Kupang with a value of sig. 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The study aimed to know the influence of brain gymnastics on the concentration of learning and to know the difference between the study concentration of intervention groups (brain gymnastics) with the control group (conventional). This research uses the design of quasi-experiment design. The population in this study is a class XII IPA student at SMA Negeri 6 Kupang, amounting to 65 students. The sample is extracted based on the formula n = 15% x N (n = 15% x 65 = 9.75, and rounded to 10). So, the samples in this study numbered 10 students for the experimental group, and 10 for the control group. While the sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The method of data collection used in this study is waning, observation, and questionnaire. The questionnaire used for a learning concentration variable is the Army alpha. The first hypothesis test results showed that there was a brain gymnastics influence on the concentration of student learning, while the second hypothesis test results showed that there was a difference between the study concentration of interventional groups (brain gymnastics) with the control group (conventional).
