This research is qualitative research with descriptive methods by interviewing parents of students, as well as documentation and field observation. Data analysis techniques in this study were carried out by collecting, reducing, presenting, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that each family applies a different parenting style. Parents with authoritarian parenting styles can help children memorize 1 juz of the Qur’an within 20 to 30 days. By using the right parenting style, there is an increase in the children’s memorization rate. Families who initially apply a permissive parenting style can guide their children to memorize one juz of the Qur’an for 2 to 3 months. And after the implementation of an authoritarian parenting style, children can finish memorizing 1 juz of the Qur’an within 20 to 30 days.

Abstract

Jakarta is one of the Muslim-friendly tourist destinations in Indonesia. The DKI Jakarta government has various limitations in managing existing facilities, so community participation is needed. It encourages people to utilize application-based new media to answer the challenges and problems faced by Jakarta. A platform is required in the form of a digital application that can load destinations ranging from places, lodging, food, and facilities owned by tourist attractions labeled halal tourism to make it easier to find halal tourist destinations in Jakarta as an optimization of intelligent cities and contribute to SDGs. Halal tourism applications make it easier for people to get information related to Halal Tourism in Jakarta with the most popular development methods, namely collaborative filtering and location-based filtering methods. This method uses knowledge gathered from monitoring the behavior and personal choices of system users, who are generally known as personal profile users. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) by designing an Android-based system. Data collection is an interview with sources with the DKI Jakarta Tourism and Creative Economy Office accompanied by expert information. The result of this research is the design of the Jakarta City Halal Tourism Application (SI PAHAJI) aimed at local and foreign tourists. The application contains information about tourist attractions, accommodations, and other facilities that are friendly to halal visitors in DKI Jakarta to help recommend tourist destinations in DKI Jakarta that follow user preferences and locations.

Abstract

Employee satisfaction and its effects on employee performance at PT. Aru Raharja are influenced by talent, internal communication, and work-life balance. With the aid of the AMOS Version 24 application, data was collected from 190 respondents via questionnaires and analysed using structural equation modelling (SEM). According to the study's findings, internal communication does not significantly affect employee satisfaction (H2 is rejected), while talent management has a favourable and large impact on it. Employee Satisfaction is positively and significantly impacted by Work-Life Balance (H3 obtained). But neither Work Life Balance (H6) nor Talent Management and Internal Communication (H4 and H5 were eliminated) had a substantial impact on Employee Performance. Employee Satisfaction was also discovered to have a positive and significant impact on employee performance (H7 received). The study also found that Employee Satisfaction fully mediators the association between talent management and employee performance (H8 received), making the direct impact of talent management on employee performance negligible. Employee satisfaction, however, does not mediate between internal communication and employee performance (H9 rejected). However, Work Life Balance also fully mediates the association between Work Life Balance and Employee Performance (H10 accepted), negating the direct impact of Work Life Balance on Employee Performance.
