Abstract

Integrated science teaching. It was held in one Junior High School in Bandung by using a sample of 25 students who were selected by cluster random sampling technique. Student performance reflects This research aimed to improve student performance through a scientific approach in webbed-based their ability in solving specific tasks given by the teacher, and it can be measured by predetermined criteria. To assess student performance, this study used Student Worksheet as its instrument which was rated by rubric grading performance assessment. This study uses a weak experimental design with the design of the one-shot case study. The average performance of students for the first to third meeting were 66.52, 75.32 and 82.68. This data was analyzed using paired t-test and gained significant value of 0.000. Data showed that the highest student performance came from asking question, and the lowestwasfrom experiment planning category.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of demonstration method by using boiler props (boiler) to understanding the concept of Law I Thermodynamics class XI in SMA Negeri 1 Ujanmas. The type of this research is quantitative description research. The population of this research is all grade XI IPA in SMA Negeri 1Ujanmas, with simple random sampling technique obtained class XI IPA 3 as control class and class XI IPA 4 as experiment class. The research instrument is a test question as much as 5 questions that are prepared based on conceptual understanding indicators. Data were analyzed using normality test, homogeneity test, and t-test. the result of the analysis was obtained, the mean value of the experimental class posttest was 78.2 and the control class 65.6. T-test of both samples for posttest with significant level α = 0.05 obtained ttable = 2.00 and tcount = 4.98 then thitung> ttable thus Ha accepted and Ho rejected. Based on the calculation of data, it can be concluded that there is a significant influence of demonstration method by using boiler props (boiler) to understanding the concept of material physics Law I thermodynamics in class XI IPA in SMA Negeri 1 Ujanmas

Abstract

 Abstract— Peer teaching is student-centered learning, in which case students learn from other students who have the status of age, maturity/self-esteem not much different than himself. This situation is expected to increase the sense of comfort while learning and increase the concentration of learners. Optimization needs to be made in order to target peer teaching and more efficiently. In fact, the optimization of peer teaching aims not only to improve the academic achievement of learners but also focuses on the development of softskills in the form of interpersonal communication skills and communication in public.Keywords— Peer teaching, optimization, softskill   Abstrak— Pembelajaran teman/tutor sebaya adalah pembelajaran yang terpusat pada siswa, dalam hal ini siswa belajar dari siswa lain yang memiliki status umur, kematangan/harga diri yang tidak jauh berbeda dari dirinya sendiri. Situasi ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan rasa nyaman saat belajar dan meningkatkan konsentrasi peserta didik. Optimasi perlu dilakukan agar metode peer teaching tepat sasaran dan lebih efisien. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the strategic influence of everyone is a teacher here in learning to write travel reports with good and correct language in class VIII students of Banding Agung 2 Middle School. The research method used in this study is the experimental method. The study population of all eighth grade students of State High School 2 Banding Agung totaled 284 students and research samples in class VIII.3 as an experimental class amounted to 30 students and class VIII.4 as a control class totaling 31 students. Data collection techniques used are test techniques and observation techniques. The data analysis technique used in this study used the data normality test, homogeneity test and t-test with a significant level (α = 0.05). Based on the results of the discussion, the results of the t-test can be proved that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted by looking at tcount abel ttable which is 5.26 ≥ 1.98 which means that there is a significant influence on the strategy of everyone is a class VIII of SMP Negeri 2 Supreme Appeal in learning to write travel reports in good and correct language.

Abstract

Abstract— Hoax is not a new thing, but along with the acceleration of technological developments in the digital era, hoax even grow into the trend of social media users today. This is because the general public is not accustomed to record and store data so often talk without data. In the context of habitual community education in the digital age that is less hobby of reading scientific books, suddenly confused with the flood of information in the digital realm primarily on social media owned by almost all levels of society. In the context of culture since the first community in Indonesia has a habit of getting together and telling stories because of its basic nature of talking, then the information received from the results of conversation and then distributed again without verifying. This condition then causes hoax easily consumed in the community. Various hoax news can be spread easily and anyone can be fooled by hoaxes. Potentials that can be generated by hoax spreading can trigger disunity in friendships, families, nations and countries. Therefore, counseling services as education services should be as much as possible to prevent and try to suppress the negative potential caused by the spread of hoax in the community. The direction of research that will be done more emphasis on counseling services in preventing and suppressing the spread of hoax in the school environment. Keywords— Hoax, service, counseling Abstrak— Hoax bukanlah sebuah hal yang baru, namun seiring dengan percepatan perkembangan teknologi di era digital, hoax malah tumbuh menjadi tren para pengguna media sosial saat ini. Hal ini disebabkan karena umumnya masyarakat tidak terbiasa mencatat dan menyimpan data sehingga sering berbicara tanpa data. Dalam konteks pendidikan kebiasaan masyarakat di era digital yang kurang hobi membaca buku ilmiah, tiba-tiba dikacaukan dengan banjir informasi di ranah digital utamanya pada media sosial yang dimiliki oleh hampir seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Dalam konteks budaya sejak dulu masyakat di Indonesia memiliki kebiasaan suka berkumpul dan bercerita karena sifat dasarnya suka berbincang, maka informasi yang diterima dari hasil berbincang itu lalu dibagikan lagi tanpa melakukan verifikasi. Kondisi inilah yang kemudian menyebabkan hoax mudah dikonsumsi di lingkungan masyarakat. Beragam berita hoax dapat tersebar dengan mudah dan siapa saja bisa tertipu oleh hoax. Potensi yang dapat ditimbulkan  oleh penyebaran hoax dapat memicu perpecahan di lingkungan pertemanan,  keluarga, bangsa dan negara. Oleh karena itu pelayanan konseling sebagai pelayanan pendidikan harus sebisa mungkin mencegah dan berupaya menekan potensi  negatif yang ditimbulkan oleh penyebaran hoax di lingkungan masyarakat. Abstract

Abstract— School administration is the spearhead of an institution's educational services, administration as a school administrative body that directly handles services inside and outside the school that has the task and function of carrying out operative work to achieve the goals of an organization, providing information for top leadership of the organization to make decisions or take appropriate action, and help smooth the development of the organization as a whole. Because of the importance of the performance of administrative staff for educational services in schools, it is therefore demanded by school principals who are able to maximize their role in efforts to improve the performance of administrative staff. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 29 Banyuasin III. Data collection tool in this study using interviews, observation, documentation and literary studies. The analysis technique uses descriptive quantitative analysis techniques. The results of the study stated that 1) the school principal had carried out his role through continuous training and gave full confidence to the administrative staff in managing school administration both administrative and information; 2) the performance of the administrative staff at SD Negeri 29 Banyuasin III has run effectively and has been carried out in accordance with the SOP standards of school administration; 3) the performance of administrative staff gives a positive impact on the smooth running of the school's core activities, namely teaching and learning activities. Keywords— Principal, Performance, Administration Abstrak— Tata usaha sekolah merupakan ujung tombak pelayanan pendidikan suatu lembaga, tata usaha sebagai badan administrasi sekolah yang secara langsung menangani pelayanan didalam internal maupun eksternal sekolah yang mempunyai tugas dan fungsi melayani pelaksanaan pekerjaan-pekerjaan operatif untuk mencapai tujuan dari suatu organisasi, menyediakan keterangan-keterangan bagi pucuk pimpinan organisasi untuk membuat keputusan atau melakukan tindakan yang tepat, dan membantu kelancaran perkembangan organisasi sebagai suatu keseluruhan.  Karena pentingnya kinerja staff tata usaha bagi pelayanan pendidikan di sekolah, oleh karenanya dituntut kepala sekolah yang mampu memaksimalkan perannya dalam upaya meningkatkan kinerja staff tata usaha. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 29 Banyuasin III. Alat penumpul data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi serta kajian literartur. Teknik analisis menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa 1) kepala sekolah telah menjalankan perannya melalui pelatihan secara kontinu dan memberikan kepercayaan penuh kepada staff tata usaha dalam mengelola ketatausahaan sekolah baik yang bersifat administrasi maupun informasi; 2) kinerja staff tata usaha di SD Negeri 29 Banyuasin III sudah berjalan dengan efektif dan telah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan standar SOP ketatausahaan sekolah; 3) kinerja staff tata usaha memberikan dampak positif bagi kelancaran kegiatan inti sekolah yaitu kegiatan belajar mengajar Kata Kunci— Kepala Sekolah, Kinerja, Tata Usaha

Abstract

The problems that occur of learners in the modernization era increasingly complex. This condition is seen from various phenomena that occur in social life of society. Implemented program in character building of this student, it becomes an important part for our nation forward, especially learners. Education is done until now, the results have not been as expected. There are still many occurrences of events that have an effect on the lives of learners in terms of deviant behavior such as drug use, sexual harassment, aggressive behavior, brawl, bullying, fight between one to another and etc. Character education materials are loaded into each subject, local content and Guidance and Counseling services. Counselor Teachers / Counselors are responsible for the learning activities associated with BK services for a number of learners. Individual character development can be done by professional guidance and counselor/counselor in guidance and counseling. The type of research used descriptive qualitative research that describes the various data obtained from observations and interviews while the research method of data collection by interview and documentation observation method. The subject of this research is 1 person of guidance and counseling teacher, Head of SMP N 3 Palembang and 7 learners. The result of this research is to know the forms of BK teacher activities and activities in schools such as: Reading Al-Quran, Sholat Ashar congregation, and the existence of individual and group guidance everyday.

Abstract

Technological developments have led to innovative and creative learning models in the learning process. The network learning system (SPADA) has helped educators in facing the challenges of technological development. One learning model that can be applied in technological development is blended learning which is a combination of the advantages of face-to-face and virtual learning.

Abstract

Abstract—. The problem facing our education at this time is the unequal distribution of teacher resources in several schools in the regions. It can be seen from the problem that the number of teachers and students is not comparable with other problems. Therefore an effective strategy from the principal is needed so that the problems faced by the school do not interfere with the quality of learning as much as possible. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 10 Betung. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. After that the data can be summarized or collected and analyzed through three stages of activities simultaneously, namely: data reduction, and drawing conclusions / verification. Based on the results of the study note that From the results of research and discussion that has been described, it can be concluded that the principal's strategy maximizes the role of the teacher to improve the quality of learning through two strategies that 1) maximize the function of the teacher as the homeroom teacher; and 2) maximizing the function of the teacher as the school extracurricular coach. The principal's strategy in maximizing the role of 10 Betung Elementary School teachers can run effectively. Seen in the learning process in schools that do not experience obstacles even though the school lacks educators. The effort was also enthusiastically welcomed by all teachers, because in addition to not disrupting the teacher's teaching time, the activity could also increase the teacher's knowledge due to ongoing training. In addition, teachers also get additional incentives that can be used by teachers.Keywords— Principal Strategy, Teacher Role, Learning Quality Abstrak—. Permasalahan yang dihadapi pendidikan kita saat ini adalah belum meratanya sumber daya guru di beberapa sekolah yang berada di daerah. Hal itu terlihat dari permasalahan tidak sebandingnya jumlah guru dengan siswa dan permasalahan permasalahan yang lainnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan strategi yang efektif dari kepala sekolah agar permasalahan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh sekolah sebisa mungkin tidak mengganggu mutu pembelajaran.Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SD Negeri 10 Betung. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Setelah itu data yang telah dapat dirangkum atau dikumpulkan dan dianalisis melalui tiga tahapan kegiatan secara bersamaan yaitu: reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan  yang telah diuraikan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi kepala sekolah memaksimalkan peran guru untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran melalui dua strategi 1) memaksimalkan fungsi guru sebagai wali kelas; dan 2) memaksimalkan fungsi guru sebagai guru Pembina ekstrakulikuler sekolah. Strategi kepala sekolah dalam memaksimalkan peran guru SD Negeri 10 Betung dapat berjalan dengan efektif. Terlihat pada proses pembelajaran di sekolah yang tidak mengalami kendala meskipun sekolah kekurangan tenaga pendidik. Upaya tersebut juga disambut antusias oleh seluruh guru, karena selain tidak mengganggu waktu mengajar guru, kegiatan tersebut juga dapat menambah pengetahuan guru karena mendapat pelatihan berkelanjutan.
