Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the context, input, process and product components in the DKI Jakarta men's Rugby Training Team coaching program in 2021. Evaluation research with the CIPP model uses qualitative methods. The subjects of this study are the coaching components of Achievements, Athletes, and Coaches. The results show that the context evaluation in the DKI Jakarta Rugby Training Program is included in the very good category (100%). In the input component, it is stated that it is very good 100% visible from, All athletes' conditions have been met, namely, Meeting the age criteria of 18+, Physical and spiritual health meeting body posture qualifications (anthropometric), Meeting the criteria for Rugby cabor skills, Meeting physical capacity standards, Meeting psychological criteria, Meeting health criteria. Have dormitory / TC equipment, Training equipment, Sparring equipment. In the Process component, decision making is very good (100%), the supervision process is also very good (100%), but the monintoring process is included in the less category (50%). In the Product component, the results of the men's team coaching program for the Dki Jakata Men's Rugby Rugby Team at PON XX Papua 2021 won a silver medal but did not match the targets and expectations that had been made for the Dki Jakata Men's Rugby Team coaching program at PON XX Papua 2021. Based on the things mentioned above, the results of the men's team coaching program of the Dki Jakata Men's Rugby Team coaching at PON XX Papua 2021 are included in the category of very less (0%). Based on the results of the evaluation component research above, the coaching program of the Dki Jakata Men's Rugby Team at PON XX Papua 2021 as a whole obtained a value of 70.83%. So it can be concluded that the coaching program of the Dki Jakata Men's Rugby Team at PON XX Papua 2021 is considered good.

Abstract

Nutrition status is a measure of success in fulfilling nutrition for a person as indicated by body weight and height. Nutritional status is also defined as a health status resulting from a balance between nutritional needs and inputs. The purpose of this study was to determine the adequacy level of nutritional status in a person. The method used in this analysis process is cross sectional, with a total sample of 18 futsal players aged 14-15 years. The sampling process in this study was active players on the Akar Futsal Academy team, and were ready to participate in the research until it was finished. The results of this research data show that the average status is normal by calculating the Body Mass Index, the normal status is in the adequacy of fat and carbohydrates, and the status is deficient in the adequacy of protein and daily calorie consumption. At this conclusion it can be concluded to start paying more attention to the needs of the body's own nutrition as a form of fulfillment of nutrients.

Abstract

This study aims to produce innovative training training models for room hockey players that can provide benefits to athletes and room hockey coaches to convey varied training models and can understand and achieve the expected training results in order to play room hockey well. The method used in this research is the research and development method. The subjects in this study were UNJ hockey club athletes as small group trial subjects and Tangerang City hockey club athletes as large group trial subjects. The pre-test is carried out after conducting small group revisions and product trials. This pre-test is carried out before the research subjects are given treatment. After being treated with 16 models, variations of training models and models were evaluated, namely post-tests were carried out on 35 hockey athletes to find out whether there was an increase in accuracy. The pre-test data conducted before treatment was 16.28 After the test was carried out it was found that the accuracy of players increased, marked by increasing the post-test average of 24.14. This means that the exercise variation model has improved. So the conclusion is that there is a significant relationship.

Abstract

Mental has such an important role in the process of fostering athlete achievement. The purpose of this study was to find out the mentality of the Aceh Province KONI Foster Training Pelatda athletes in the face of PON XXI 2024 Aceh-North Sumatra. Athletes who are mentally tough are athletes who are able to stabilize their emotions in every performance then they can be ascertained stay on top of the game, and will never allow himself to be complacent. This research is a quantitative type . The sample in this study were the KONI Fostered Pelatda athletes Aceh Province, sampling using purposive sampling technique, amounting to 12 athlete. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and interviews. Research result as follows: of the 12 athletes of the Aceh Province KONI Foster Training Plate, 9 of them have mentally tough or mental level to compete they are at a high level with the percentage is 75% and 3 of them are in a state of moderate mental level the percentage is 25%, which means they have guts and level very good self-confidence both during training and competition. those results shows how the mental picture of the Aceh Province KONI Foster Pelatda athlete facing PON XXI 2024 Aceh-North Sumatra.

Abstract

The development of technology and information at this time, makes humans very easy to get information. The ease of information that can be accessed through the internet network, encourages various institutions to be able to compete in presenting complete, interesting and reliable information. The website is one of the information media used by institutions or organizations to provide information and services. Website-Based Sports Training Management Information System at Sport 5 Indonesia Training Center is a system that is planned to be used to manage and organize sports training at Sport 5 Indonesia Training Center efficiently and effectively using website technology. In this study, the data source used was by using primary and secondary data. This primary data is used to answer researchers' questions and make decisions. While secondary data is used to complete the information needed in this study. The system approach method used is an object-oriented system approach, the object-oriented system approach method is a software development strategy that groups software as a collection of objects containing operations and data. The system development method that researchers use is to use the prototype method, The general purpose for software is not to identify detailed input, processing, or output needs. The website in the Sports Training Management Information System has been designed to help improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and attractiveness of sports training / seminars and strengthen the reputation of sports training institutions in this case Sprot 5 Indonesia Training Center

Abstract

Lack of students' ability to master the shooting basketball, making shooting inaccurate towards the hoop. It is necessary to apply the right learning model to improve students' abilities in shooting. The purpose of this study was to see the impact of project basic learning on shooting skills in basketball games. The research method used is an experiment with quantitative data types. The population in this study were class XI students at SMKN 3 Pontianak. Sampling used a purposive sampling technique and obtained a sample of 35 students. Based on the research conducted, the results obtained were an average pretest score of 10.5 while a posttest average score of 14.0 with an average increase difference of 3.5 or 33.33%. For data analysis in research used t-test. The results of the t-test calculations show that there is a significant effect between the pre-test and the post-test. The significance value obtained is 0.000, less than 0.05. As for the test that was carried out, the result was that tcount (16.557) > ttable (2.035). From these results it can be seen that Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which means that the project based learning model influences the ability to shoot basketball in class XI students at SMKN 3 Pontianak.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the researcher's curiosity about how teachers carry out the teaching process of learning volleyball games at the Junior High School level. This study aims to determine the activities of teachers at school how to teach volleyball that the teacher has done so far. The purpose of this study is to determine the teaching of learning carried out by teachers starting from teaching planning, organizing teaching and teaching assessment in teaching volleyball games. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method with interview research design. This research is research conducted by making comparisons or connecting with other variables. The results of the study show that the teacher conducts teaching learning according to physical education, the results of the research that has been done can be concluded that good teaching is teaching that pays attention to 3 components of teaching namely planning, organizing and assessing.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in the effect of Drill Controlled One Arm and Drill Catch Up Exercises on Swimming Speed ​​for Freestyle in Men's Swimming Athletes at Pontianak Swimming Club. The method used in this research is the experimental method. The sample used in this study were 16 athletes from swimming clubs. Based on the results of the research, the Drill Controled One Arm and Drill Controled One Arm exercises both have an influence on speed in the free swimming style of men's swimming athletes at the Pontianak Swimming Club. Based on the results of the study showed that the results of the Drill Catch Up exercise were better than the Controlled One Arm Exercise for freestyle swimming in male swimming athletes at the Pontianak Swimming Club

Abstract

Regular physical activity by vulnerable populations such as the elderly can improve physical and mental function and reduce the risk of dementia. However, awareness of doing physical activity is still low among the elderly, especially in the city of Bandung. Therefore, this study aims to determine the level of physical activity, BMI, and sleep duration of the elderly in the city of Bandung. This study used a quantitative descriptive method without a control group and assessed the level of physical activity using the International Physical Activity Questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that the average (SD) age, height, weight, and BMI of the study subjects were 56.88 ± 5.32 years, 155.8 ± 7.66 cm, 66.84 ± 12.46 respectively kg, and 27.8 ± 3.8 kg/m2. Meanwhile, the average physical activity status and sleep time of the research subjects were 452.68 ± 76.88 METs, and 344.48 ± 46.28 minutes, respectively. The conclusion of this study shows that the elderly in Kiaracondong District, Bandung City, West Java Province have a low level of physical activity and are in the category of obesity or overweight. However, the resulting sleep duration is still included in the recommended category. Keywords: elderly, physical activity, west java

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the Hurdle Hops and Knee Tuck Jump Training in terms of Leg Muscle Power on the Speed of Freestyle Swimming at a Distance of 50 Meters for Children Aged 12-13 Years at the PRIM Swimming Club in 2022. The research method used is an experimental method with one group pretest dan posttest design. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling at selayang swimming pool on PRIM Swimming Club Medan. The number of athlete samples used was 8 people. This research was carried out of exercise 3 (three) times a week ( 18 meets ). Hypothesis analysis using uji-t with pre-test data and post-test data for freestyle swimming improvement, where the results obtained from the analysis of tcount of 10 are then compared with the ttable value with dk = n-1 (8-1 = 7) at a significant level α = 0.05 is 1,895, thus t-count < ttable (0,99 < 1.8946). This means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, so it can be concluded that there is not a significant effect of the Hurdle Hops and Knee Tuck Jump Training in terms of Leg Muscle Power on the Speed of Freestyle Swimming at a Distance of 50 Meters for Children Aged 12-13 Years at PRIM Swimming Club in 2022 .
